    On 11.7.2025 at ***** am a delivery driver delivered a package to my neighbor. When he got back into his car, he attempted a 3-point turn. Instead, he backed into our decorative brick border, knocking over a 45-foot portion about 2 feet high and did not stop. He hit the bricks and continued to drive off. He had to have felt he hit something, he was driving a Prius and knocked over brick and cement. This was caught on security camera that is date and time stamped, and the neighbor has provided us with her tracking number receipt as well as the pic the driver took of the package with a date and time stamp that matches the video. We have the driver and his car on camera. The delivery service company has been called and emailed, and they refuse to engage in a conversation. We want either the company or the driver/insurance to pay for the repairs to this brick work that was just installed last fall 2024.

    I had a joint shipment of 5 items from *****, being delivered by Gofo express.The package was marked as delivered via Gofo with a photo taken of it on my porch around 9:30am. The site has the delivery date as 09/02,but today is 10/***** husband was last to leave the house at 10:30am and there was no package on my porch.A very kind neighbor told me they saw someone put the package on my porch, take a photo, and then take the package back with them.I reported to *****, whose auto response was to contact the courier, and gofo's response was to contact the seller.This was a $77 order with xmas gifts. I'm so upset

    I received a package addressed to an ****** ***** who apparently lived at my address sometime in the past. I found a contact email on the **** website. I explained that he did not live here any more and asked what I should do with the package so that they could return it to the sender. The first response claimed that it had been delivered. I explained again that I had not asked about delivery and that ****** ***** does not live here. Again they doubled down on saying that the package had been delivered. If they cannot actually respond to a simple question, I seriously question if there is a single brain cell amongst the entire staff.

    An incident with the company, **** U.S, regarding repeated unprofessional behavior by one of their couriers and also the company. During a recent delivery to my home on, 9/5/2025, the delivery person wrote on my property with a permanent marker, marking my house address directly on the wall next to the mailbox without permission. This is the second time this has happened when ordering from a company called ******, who utilizes their company to deliver their packages. This time, we have clear video footage of the courier in the act. I consider this vandalism, and it is completely unacceptable.I requested the following from GOFO via email:A formal explanation and written response regarding this incident.Confirmation that all drivers have been instructed to cease this practice immediately.Compensation or reimbursement for the cost of cleaning or repainting the affected area.Assurance that further violations will not occur.This repeated damage to my property demonstrates a clear failure in training or enforcement of basic delivery standards. And I have not heard back from this company.

    I have not done business with this delivery company. Yesterday a white unmarked pickup truck dropped off two packages for another address at my home when I was away. The driver didnt bother to read the address I have posted at my driveway entrance, aka he had the wrong address. I also have a physical barrier keeping anyone from driving into my driveway (under comstruction). Security footage shows This negligent driver got out, moved my barrier, and drove down my driveway to throw these strangers packages at my porch. I want to talk to a human representative from your company. I have attempted multiple phone calls and emails to the contact info for Gofo, and there is NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN ABOUT THIS. Incredibly poor business from top to bottom

    I purchased some shoes and arch supports on August 18, 2025. Order **********. The delivery was made to my residence on August 29, 2025, by GOFO EXPRESS but the gate was left open. The package was stolen off my porch a few hours after delivery. I contacted the seller and delivery company multiple times. They both kept telling me to call the other. I am also making a complaint regarding the delivery company. I made a police report at the request of the delivery company but they still didn't allow me to file a claim and told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to contact the delivery company. In the end, I don't have my package AND I havent been able to file a complaint. The delivery company is GoFo Express. The tracking ***************. Please see the repeated emails below. They keep saying it was delivered and have refused to let me file a claim even after submitting the police report they asked for.

    GOFO Express has a driver that only speaks Chinese. I have been complaining to them for months about their driver. It just falls on deaf ears. In the beginning, we trying to communicate with him, but he had problems using the translation app on his phone. So then we put up notes for all the drivers to follow as people from the outside like to come in our building and follow the driver's so they can steal the packages. On 1 occasion, this driver actually delivered the packages to our doors, but since he doesn't speak English, he can't understand the instructions that most of us have on our doors. By the time I get the notification that there's a package at my door, it's been stolen. Since **** could see my packages we're at my door, they said it was delivered!!! Very unprofessional. On our last ditch ever we printed out the instructions in Chinese. So when the driver came in to go dump all the packages in the manager's office she walked him to where the note was, but he didn't understand the note. Come to find out there's 8 to ************************ Chinese. We've given up

    07/12/2025 GOFO Express delivered a package to my house. A loud noise was heard outside. My daughter's boyfriend ran out and saw a gray 4 door sedan pulling out of my drive and speeding away. The driver had ran into my garage door rendering it unable to be used. A police report was filed with the ****************************** at ***** time. I attempted to call GOFO Express, however the business was closed for the day.07/13/2025 GOFO Express was notified via telephone what had happened at delivery. I was told to send pictures of my garage via email to customer service. i sent them at 3:58 pm along with an explanation of what had happened.07/16/2025 I contacted customer service at ********************** via telephone and was tolded that they had updated my claim and would get back to me.07/26/2025 I contacted customer service at ********************** via telephone and was tolded that i would be contacted with a response in 72 hours. I gave them the name of the employee who was supposed to deliver the package to my residence.07/11/2025 I was contacted via email by GOFO Express and was asked to send them any video evidence of the incident. I emailed back and informed them that i do not have a security camera.07/12/2025 I was contacted by GOFO Express via email and was told "****** ******* ***** ********* ** ** ********* *** ** ** ********* *** ******** ***************"I have ordered a new garage door like the one on my garage now. The eatimated price is $2,375.00.

    Drivers will not stop delivering packages to my house that do not belong to this address. They use my personal driveway as a road, ignoring all posted speed limit signs. They drove over my irrigation pipe, destroying it and cracking a riser. Causing over $500 in damage. They use my yard to turn their cars around and today a driver nearly hit my dog. I'm sick of these morons coming on my property. My emails have gone un answered & i need a property damage resolution immediately. They need to update or correct their mapping system and make my personal driveway off limits to all drivers.

    Received prosthetic ******* which I did not order. No invoice included in packaging. So far, I have not seen any electronic charges to my bank account. I will notify my bank as well.
