    The delivery man or persons on 2 different occasions have thrown my packages over the fence and it is on video and I've reached out to customer service after the first incident on March 25, 2025 with no response and it has happened again today.

    This company claims to have made a delivery on 2 different dates with no photos to prove where it was delivered to. You can not talk to a live person to resolve the issue. The phone number will give you a voicemail saying no one is available to assist you and the chat person is as incompetent as the voicemail. I would like my items that I purchased for a 3 year olds birthday which has come and gone. However, I'm so upset that I'd kindly accept a refund in full for my purchase order! Looking at the reviews, this is common practice for this scam of a courier service!

    Delivering the package this is the second failed attempt for no reason to deliver my package to my home. I gave simple instructions. To leave it at the front of the building, and also gave them the gate code ************ case they really wanted to go through the gate . Nobody followed the instructions the second time, because the package wouldve been delivered easily, when all they had to do was leave it in front of the building, or go through the gate right in front of the building with the code. Nobodys been responding to the email sent. But someone responded to whats app saying they would take care of it and update the instructions and it couldnt have been done, because I wouldve had my package. I would like my package or a refund

    I ordered off of Temu a large order which usually comes in a mailing bag (plastic) _ For some reason Temu chose this carrier to do the delivery- and lately I have had problems with some of their choices, according to them they choose due to weight and size (whatever) as many complaints have been raised you think Temu would pull back on those carriers that dont keep an update in the progress of delivery function, as of 3-16-25 the last report of ANY activity was the package was handed over by customs. Whereabouts this is I have no clue but the progress has ceased since then. I have contacted Temu 3 different times about the updates and according to them from what they claim to know is that my package should come no later than 3-29-25 however I am beginning to wonder if it will at all. Ive emailed this GOFO business at **************** inquiring the progress both times it was ignored. I have read where other customers have quit using Temu due to these fowl-*** in parcel service deliveries. That doesn't exclude others, they have shown their true colors of insubordination as well, its like going to ********* and betting if your going to win or go broke.I have had my deliveries delivered to other addresses that I don't live at either because the carrier cant read English or read a map or the seller cant put in the correct address, temu has had to reimburse me but this mainly on them for recklessly choosing this method. I mean I am all in for the Entrepreneur but if you don't have a system to work with a backup plan these are the results your going to get. I just cant agree with a service that's all about *** and bragging how great they are when this result is like the elephant in the room. Geez get off the kick you dont walk on water!

    Ordered product from a site, they transferred delivery to GOFO express. They claim they couldnt deliver due to gated community in which I am not in one. Called three times to correct issue, first two times they claimed they would resend package within 1-3 days and nothing no updates on tracking or anything for that matter. Third attempt they stated that they do t k ow where package is that it is lost and would reimburse seller so I could get reimbursed. Two days later and still no answers. Web still says in delivery mode so I can not request reimbursement from seller. I am stuck and frustrated please help

    On December 6th, 2024 I placed an order with the shop/seller Capy-Era (Order #******) as a gift for a friend in ********, NY *****. The Package (Reference #***********************) was shipped to the address on December 19th, 2024 via the courier GOFO Express. However, the package was stolen from the front of my friend's house that night, along with other unrelated packages. On January 1st, I received proof of the order being shipped from the seller in the form of photos from GOFO Express. I confirmed with my friend that the door pictured in the photo was the door to her home. I asked the seller if they could refund me for the order since it was stolen, and they stated that if I received a certificate of loss from the courier they could refund me for my loss. On January 4th, 2025 I contacted the courier, GOFO Express, and explained my situation. On January 12th, they asked for a photo of the front door that the package was delivered to, and I provided it to them as well as confirmed the address. They then responded on February 20th and stated:"We apologize that you haven't received your package. After further confirmation with our delivery service partner, the courier has confirmed delivery and uploaded proof of delivery. Please contact your seller or the customer service team on the platform where you purchased the item(s) for further processing. We will continue to improve our services. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us."I have tried my best to get this matter resolved on my own, but the courier, GOFO Express, is committed to being unhelpful about the matter. I provided them with all the information they asked for and needed. All I have asked and continue to ASK for IN RETURN is for A CERTIFICATE OF LOSS that I can share with the shop, Capy-Era, so that I can receive a refund for my stolen package. They have been dragging this out for months, continuing to leave me even more disappointed with my purchase.

    This business recorded my package as delivered to my front door. It clearly wasn't delivered as evidenced from their own pictures of delivery. When I enquired about it, I got a ridiculous run around asking for more evidence that it wasn't delivered correctly and then more delaying tactics following that. It's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't corrected their negligent actions whatsoever. At minimum, consumers should be aware of their practices.

    This company notified me that my package was delivered and I tried explaining to the *** for their contact number that it was not delivered to my door and he proceeded to treat me as if I was lying even though I explained to him that our condominium community has the same door number on the opposite side of our community. He then proceeded to show describe the color door and hallway color and I explained to him that because this is a condo community that all doors are the same color and the floors as well. He was very **** as I tried to explain to him that I received an email stating that it was not delivered due to incorrect address. He then told me he would put the package as stolen and it would be investigated. He then abruptly hung up on me and sent me an email with a photo and just as I thought, it was NOT my door. This courier lacks customer service skills and does not take accountability. Hanging up on a customer trying to explain that our community has duplicated numbers and the courier must pay attention to the name of the road is not effective at all. This business should not even exist. I have followed up with the company I ordered from and I have proof that the door it was delivered to is not mine. I also have a surveillance camera on my front door.

    I am filing a complaint regarding a recent incident involving the non-delivery of a package and unacceptable delivery practices. On 01/10/25 I placed an order on Amazon and was provided with a tracking number, GF5072130179000, using the shipping company GOFO EXPRESS. The package was supposed to arrive on 01/24/25 but I never received it.I discovered that the package had been delivered to a **** parcel locker at my residence. However, the photo proof of delivery provided by **** shows that the package had been placed in the parcel locker in an unsecured manner, with the key still in the lock. This is a clear violation of **** regulations, as only authorized **** mail carriers are allowed to deliver to parcel lockers and remove the keys to place in mailboxes.Either the package was stolen or the mail carrier saw this and must have returned to sender as the package should not have been delivered in an unsecure way.*Specific Issues:*1. *Non-delivery of package:* My package was not delivered to me, despite being marked as "delivered" 2. *Unacceptable delivery practices:* The package was placed in a **** parcel locker in an unsecured manner, with the key still in the lock. This is a clear violation of **** regulations and puts the security of packages at risk.3. *Lack of training:* The driver who delivered my package was not properly trained on the protocols for delivering packages, as evidenced by their actions.4. *Poor customer service:* I have not received a response from the company
