    I ordered some items from **** and they split the order in two packages 1 part was sent through **** which arrived fine and the second part (with the most expensive items) was sent through GOFO Express which at this time I have never heard of them. The package was supossed to arrive around Dec. 24th 2024 and in Dec. 23 the tracking info said the delivery failed because the address is invalid (which it's not true, its the **** address to my PO Box which is a move to competitive box which is able to receive packages from all major parcel carriers). But fine they said they don't deliver to Post Offices, Ok. So I gave them an alternate address WITH the *** coordinates that I have been receiving packages on for decades. It says the package was out for delivery on Dec. 29 and on Jan. 1 2025 it again said the delivery failed. I contacted them again via email. Because on the phone listed on their website you will never get to speak to anyone, you call them and it's either just a prerecorded voice saying that the lines are busy a few times before it disconnects the call or saying that you are in a queue of X amounts of callers, the waiting time decreases but your queue place doesn't. I have waited an hour hearing that my place was #** and the waiting time was 0 minutes. So a day later they sent me a copy paste/AI generated message asking me for a valid address again when both the original address and the alternate are valid. It was clear they didn't read my message. I think this is a scam trying to steal packages since most of the time Temu just give you a refund and don't want the items back so GOFO Express get to keep the items they don't want to deliver. Or they are the most incompetent business ever created.

    My order number of *************** on 9 December 2024 did not arrived at the intended address and I want my money back. I have made repeated attempts via email and phone to get my money reimbursed as some stranger evidently signed for the package???

    I bought something From K&F on 12/24/24, an adapter for my camera. waited a few days cause it was being shipped from *****, checked my emails and it said it was delivered on 12/29/24, went to go outside to grab the package and it wasn't there. I looked around the outside of my house and my mailbox and nothing. I eventually checked my Security cameras and nobody ever came to my house to drop anything off. I thought maybe that my neighbors got the package by mistake, so I went over to ask and they said they received nothing. I emailed them back and they gave me back some ** answers and said that it was delivered and I must be wrong. I have screen shots of the emails. and am willing to send them all to you. but the ** of it is, I now lost $44.39 and have nothing, and I want my money back or the item I bought

    Order was for 7 sets of fake nails from Dospita. I called this delivery carrier the morning of Dec 26th to state NEVER to deliver to lobby/ mailroom as any packages are prohibited from being left there. This area is open to 101+ units and theft has been prevalent. All major KNOWN carriers are aware as they always deliver packages DIRECTLY to our apt door for last few years. I requested this exact same delivery instruction from GOFOExpress. When I called the carrier the customer service rep ****** * ******* ******* agreed all instructions were there for the driver - access code + instructions to deliver directly to my apt door #***. They delivered to the lobby. Packages are stolen there as it is open to public. I gave explicit instructions to deliver directly to my apt door as I was waiting for this package with note on door and inside apt working. These directions were IGNORED. Tried calling them after this first call and they have restricted my phone number. I also contacted seller who said this is the delivery carrier's responsibility. I am requesting a FULL REFUND for this purchase from *****.

    I ordered through an apparel company that used this delivery service to complete the transaction. This was supposedly delivered in March they are now sending me pictures of the delivery which seems to have been thrown over the fence at the front gate which is nowhere near my building or unit. They seem to have made no effort to enter the complex to deliver it to me or at least put it in the mail room. When an issue first arose I sent them detailed instructions to gain entrance, but this is what they chose to do.

    August 20th,Delivery supposedly Aug 27 9:50pm Photo of Proof was provided but ONLY of the box label.*************** is the Waybill Label / Tracking for GoFro I am writing to file a formal complaint against GoFo Express regarding a delivery issue that has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. GoFo Express marked my delivery as complete on Aug 27. 2024, but no one signed for the package, and it has not been delivered to my address.The delivery photo provided by GoFo Express was unhelpful and did not accurately show my address or the package. (it was a label)Despite multiple attempts to contact GoFo Express through their customer service channels, I have received no response or resolution.I request that GoFo Express:Conduct a thorough investigation into the whereabouts of my package.Provide a satisfactory explanation and any relevant evidence regarding the delivery.Issue a full refund or replacement of the missing package, as appropriate.Improve their customer service response to ensure that future concerns are addressed promptly.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
