      I had a terrible experience. I bought a $450 chair. I didn't notice the arm was broken right away, so I reached out within 4 months (well within the warranty period), and they refused to honor the warranty. **************** only operates via email. There's no one to call. Because ************** messes up the ergonomics of the chair, I have terrible back pain from sitting in the chair for even an hour. I cannot believe I spent that much money on a chair, and it's completely unusable, and the company will do nothing about it. Worst customer experience.

      Purchased a chair that arrived completely broken. **************** promptly responded and was able to offer to replace the chair. ******* receiving another broken chair, I think that my issue was resolved as best as possible.

      I ordered a Steelcase Leap chair through madisonseating.com and had an issue with the back reclining feature. I reached out to them via email and provided a video showing that the back didn't return properly from a reclined position. They offered to replace or refund the chair due to the default. While it was obviously disappointing that the chair didn't function properly, they did remedy the situation easily through quick email responses resulting in a full refund.

      Awesome customer service. Very responsive and very kind. Quick response time and willing to correct the situation keeping the customers best interest at heart. I had trouble with my first shipment and they followed up quickly and kindly in order to make sure I was happy with the product.

      I recently bought a Leap V2 chair for my wife as an anniversary present. I had an issue with the chair on arrival, and I cannot thank the customer service (*****) enough for resolving my issue asap. These chairs are comfortable and worth the investment, thank you again.

      Responsive customer service. Had a minor issue with the HumanScale chair I purchased via their **** shop. The chair I received was great but had a minor issue with the arm adjustment. The customer service reps replaced it for free.

      After orders are placed, no confirmations are sent. If you call their customer service they pick up and put you on hold, without any answer. They will charge your credit card without actually delivering, causing you to have to call **** as no refund is possible.

      I just purchased my second chair from Madison Seating. The price was terrific for what the item was and was sent to me quickly. I did have to reach out to customer service with an issue as the chair was slightly damaged when it arrived. The customer service rep was polite and very responsive to my note. After a few notes back and forth answering questions from each other - we were able to come to an amicable resolution.

      Really poor customer service and refused to honor their policy. $600 chair broke within 3 weeks of me receiving it and they wanted me to return at my expense before shipping a replacement.
      “Customer service” was rude and when I stated I would go to **** to file a dispute they pulled the legal card and refused to communicate with me any further. Do not order anything from these people - they are a sham company with exceptionally poor service.
