      Madison Seating has good resale products at great prices. I needed to match some office chairs we inherited from the last tenant, and I was unable to find our specific model new. I found our model on Madison Seating's site for less than $400 when they were $1200 out-of-the-box.
      I ordered two as a trial thinking it would be too good to be true. It was not. The chairs arrived - clearly not brand new - but not worn the way that repurposed furniture can be. They were far more comfortable than a brand new chair I ordered from a different vendor as a sample. We also preferred uniformity so there would be no discrepancy between new and established staff.
      I've since made several purchases from Madison.
      The only drawback is sometimes packaging. #1 I LOVE that they arrive assembled. I love that. Saves lots of time. #2 Because of this - and likely jostling during transport - a couple have arrived with a broken arm. Madison has been responsive to reported defects though and has not made an issue of replacement parts. I appreciate that.
      Madison also insists on prepayment - fair - but we have limits on our monthly corporate card spending. I had to cut a check once that took some time for a larger order. Madison was not interested in becoming a vendor in our purchasing system. I can live with this knowing that this is the situation ahead of time.
      Overall, I recommend giving this vendor a shot. Again, great prices for solid resale products.

      This business is a lier who will use your credit card without approval. I bought a chair on this website and two week later they charge me an extra fee on my credit card without notifying me. I contacted them by email Friday Morning but their customer said they are closed on Friday then refused to reply nor provide a correct explanation.

      Madison Seating has very low end policy for making things right.
      Chair was ordered on ****-2022. Order was received about a week afterward.
      The tilt lock broke on the chair on ****-2023, just about 2 months after receiving.
      A "pop" sound was heard, then the chair would only recline - which makes it impossible to use for work.
      MADISON SEATING's response: Disassemble the chair, pack it up in a big box and ship back to their warehouse in **, at the customer's expense.
      They will assess the chair, make repairs, and charge $79-99 to ship it back to the customer.
      The cost of the chair was on sale - $549.
      It will cost almost $200 just in shipping back and forth to get Madison Seating to look at the chair.
      The customer service person was smug and condescending.
      Apparently, all issues are supposed to be emailed to them, with images, and then they send a boiler plate email back, stating the process of the customer paying to return, and paying to ship back.
      I should have ordered on ******...they stand by their products, and make it easy for repairs, and getting things quickly resolved.

      The customer received merchandise in perfect working condition several months ago. It appears the item broke while in use and under their care. The customer does not want to take responsibility for breaking the item, but instead, demands we pay for a brand new chair to be sent to them free of charge. We do not offer to send out free chairs when a customer breaks, misplaces, or misuses our products. However, the buyer can send in the chair for repair under our warranty.

      I got a chair and there was a defect, but they offered to replace the chair for free. They're super communicative and prompt with responses. Hopefully the replacement chair is perfect!

      My experience with madisonseating.com has been very pleasant. The ordering was easy and they confirmed by email since I was shipping to a different location than my billing address. They wanted to avoid fraudulent charges.
      Then when the chair arrived, it was perfect except for a broken height adjuster. Rather than have me ship the broken one back, then are sending a replacement chair.
      When I was told to email the service department I was sure I wouldn’t hear from them for weeks, but they got back to me in 48 hours with a very thorough response. I would say that my experience thus far is as good as that of ****** or *******.

      This company is a scam! They were not transparent about shipping used and broken items. Then when you attempt to contact them or get your money back it is nearly impossible. They take weeks to even contact you. And you will then have to pay to ship the item back to them. Once you do get in touch with customer service they are rude and obnoxious and refuse to make right by the customer. Again, this is not a legitimate business but a scam.

      Seriously, stay away! I was ready to purchase a chair from them, despite the warnings I had read here and on other sites. First, I wanted to reach out to the customer service to find out more information about the warranty because I had some specific questions. They refused to confirm or explain any details of the warranty and wouldn't even link me to the page where it could be found. The customer service was extremely rude and after I asked to receive a copy of the warranty information before buying product, they totally ignored my request. I let them know that, unfortunately, I'd be leaving them a review for this interaction and going with another seller (I chose ******** and am thrilled I did, would recommend you do too), they "threatened me" with never being able to buy any furniture from them in the future. This is a shady company, with a possibly non-existent warranty, the worst customer service and management you can imagine, and there are much better options for an identical or better price. Stay away.

      Received a chair with a defect and they offered to send me a new chair as a replacement, they are easy to get a hold of over the phone and respond promptly to email.

      I have ordered from Madison Seating twice. The first chair I received was great. The second was unfortunately broken, but their customer service reps replaced it for free. I didn't have to send back the broken chair, which would have been quite a hassle. The whole process occurred at Christmas too, and the issue was handled very quickly even though it was a holiday.
