      Ordered a chair and it came the next day. There was a broken bolt in the chair, contacted customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement

      The worst online company I have EVER dealt with. I tried to order a chair online but was declined. I called my bank for an explanation and they had no idea. I have nearly $100,000 in my checking account and a great credit rating. I'm done with this company and will look elsewhere for an online purchase of an office chair.

      They sent me a chair with a missing part (it's the tilt arm, chair is unusable without it). They claimed it was described on the website as missing that piece. NOT TRUE, they can't provide the listing showing that was how it was listed for sale. It was one of 5 I purchased and other 4 were complete. Refusing to replace. INCREDIBLE. The have offered a return at my shipping cost, which would cost me more than I paid for the chair. If you purchase just be aware that the guarantee is a SHAM and all sales are final with them.

      Poor customer service. I simply asked information about the chair and their recommendation and that resulted in an outrage from their staff. Next I asked for the possibility of a quicker delivery date since on **** it showed date is anywhere between 5th -11TH . The staff got offended and cancelled my order after 3 days of order. Their time might not be valuable but mine and yours is. *********** also a seller has better customer service, they answer any question you ask and are nicer to their customers. I would recommend you look for other sellers that arent Ill-mannered. Also , their customer service team got offended that I called them. So youll be happy if you dont ask the, questions, dont call or dont make any request what so ever.
