      Everything arrived on time and as ordered. I had one item that had been damaged in the box. Emailed the support service, and they provided me a new item without any issues. Madison Seating support resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Will order from them again.

      I ordered two chairs from Madison Seating. One arrived with a broken part so I contacted them. They were very quick to respond and offered to ship out a new chair. Very happy with their customer service.

      I bought 2 chairs off their **** store. One is pretty much perfect. The second one the recline mechanism will not tighten. Madison Seating's service has been pretty amazing. They have offered to send out another chair. Their service department responds in hours--not days. Even on the weekends. Issues happen, but it is how a company deals with it that matters.

      We ordered two chairs from Madison Seating for less than half the price we would have paid ordering from the manufacturer directly. One of the chairs arrived with a broken part so I emailed them and they responded quickly and offered to send a new chair. Very pleased with their customer support.

      I owned a Steelcase Leap when I was overseas and it was a joy to sit in. Really sad to sell it. This week I purchased a chair from Madisonseating and boy do I regret it. The color is a neon blue, not the muted indigo, and the fabric is scratchy and feels cheap. Ok fine, I'll use the 30-day hassle-free returns policy. Except Madison makes the customer pay for return shipping ($150 at least for a 50 pound chair) "less the initial shipping charge and a 30% restocking fee." So that will now cost me the entire price of the chair. This is stated on another page, far from the "guaranteed hassle free returns page."They refuse to get on the phone, and a "customer care" person named ****** will deal with you only by email. I have now called **************** to investigate. With these policies, they basically can sell whatever c*** they want. When you complain, you are penalized for buying from them. Don't.

      They won't waste any time taking your money but will take their sweet time shipping out your order then charge you a 5% "cancellation fee" for an in stock item that hasn't even left their warehouse. I have NEVER seen a single company charge people to cancel an a stock order they haven't even shipped yet. Custom orders? Sure. Returned items that are restocked? Sure. But a stock off the shelf item? That's absolutely ridiculous. This is a bunch of crooks pretending to operate a legitimate business.

      The item the reviewer purchased is a limited stock item selling as part of our clearance sale. The customer purchased the product and was informed immediately regarding our cancellation policy. The buyer could not make up his mind about the purchase and eventually canceled the order.

      The company says that orders can be expected within 14 business days, but doesn't mention that Fridays are closed, and that Memorial DAY counts as 4 business days of closure. I sent several emails asking about the status of the order and never got a firm answer, when I complained about the delays they asked if I wanted to cancel WITHOUT mentioning that there would be a 5% fee for doing so. I cancelled and was charged the 5%.Seems like you should only order from them if you don't really care when you want to get your order, and good luck if you have to reach out to their awful customer service department.

      Tried to scam me out of a chair on ***** Luckily I escalated the case and got my money back. Now they blocked me even though it was THEIR fault. TERRIBLE company and you cannot trust them

      The pneumatic cylinder on my ************************* Aeron snapped in half when I sat on it today. This is just after 5 months of getting the chair from Madison Seating. I reached out to customer service and they want me to ship the ENTIRE chair to them in ********** and pay for shipping both ways. They will not send me a new cylinder.

      I purchased a Steelcase Leap v2 chair on **** from Madison Seating, the item arrived in great condition, it was very easy to assemble. Initially the cylinder on the chair wasn't functioning properly, but they responded quickly when emailed them about it, and eventually sent me the replacement part. great customer service!
