    Used service tried to unsubscribe but web site never loaded always showing to connect but never did.Had to go to bank to stop payment not being able to unsubscribe.

    This company does not take food safety seriously. I received my order between 5pm and 6pm. When I took the meals out , there was one mostly frozen ice pack on top of a piece of cardboard, then the meals. I had 8 meals. 4 were cool, the bottom 4 were warm. I immediately contacted customer service and asked if an additional ice pack could be added to the bottom, since half of my meals were warm. They wanted a picture of the ice pack (they replied the next day), then asked the name of the meals so that they could be reported.I explained that they need to add an additional ice pack, because the one they put in only protected half of the meals. They replied that it was not possible. They said I should measure the temp of the meals each week, then report the ones that aren't at the proper temperature for a refund.I promptly cancelled my subscription.

    I've never experienced such poor service from a meal delivery company. The food itself may be decent, but their customer service is *absolutely* horrendous. It's impossible to get any real helpeverything is handled through an automated system that does nothing but frustrate customers. I had an issue with my order, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, I kept getting the same robotic, unhelpful responses. No human intervention, no follow-up, no accountability. They simply dont care about resolving issues or providing decent support once theyve got your money. Ive canceled my subscription and will never recommend Cook Unity to anyone

    The food is ok, I tried salmon which was fine, hanger steak which I thought was bad and flank steak which was eh. The worst part is the customer service, there is none. THe chat function doesnt work and they dont list a phone number to call, when I googled and found an email address they were of very little support. I would suggest looking into a diferent option that offers better support

    DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PAID REVIEWS! They don't even have a phone number to complain to. Why? Because the calls would be endless. Your complaint sent on the website doesn't go thru. It's just for show. I sent 5 complaints, and not one response. Not even a confirmation that they received it. The chat just refreshes asking you to re-submit. So if they refuse to let you contact you to keep good business...do you really think they care about what they're doing to your food? Email me if you want to see the paper trail I have of our emails back and forth. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or health. Try **** ***** or ****** for your prepped meal companies. They've been awesome so far!

    I cancelled four times and they still delivered and took money from my acct. I received a long explanation letter after three unordered deliveries. I cancelled within the time allotted spoke to a third party and they claimed I cancelled sept 9, so why are they still sending food. If I could I would take them out of. business .Dont get involved with them. Shiesters They take long to answer emails and there is no phone number so they claim. Ive sent more than five emails and just received an answer sent 14. Admitted they cancelled me so why keep send food. Caveat Enter. Buyer beware. They **** and should not b in business. STAY. AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

    Buyers Beware: CookUnity Has Unilateral Terms That Only Favor the Company I signed up for CookUnity hoping for convenient meals, but unfortunately, their customer service and policies have been a huge disappointment. If you don't manually skip or reschedule every week, you're charged automaticallywhether you want the meals or not. Despite contacting them about an accidental charge, they refused to issue a refund, only offering account credits. Worse yet, they overdrafted my bank account and still declined to issue a refund, sticking to their strict policies that only benefit them, not the customer. Their terms and conditions are completely one-sided, and once you're locked in, getting your money back is near impossible. Save yourself the hassle and consider other meal services before signing up with CookUnity!

    I skipped to order, but they created an order for me anyway. I seen the order at 12:41pm central time, called them to cancel order placed by them at 1:41 pm central time and they refused to cancel the order or refund me back my money!! Needless to say, they have lost an customer!!! I cancelled my account as well as the payment method!!! Please do not buy meals from this Company... Hate to give one (1) star, if I could would give zero (0) stars...

    cookunity,I keep trying to cancel but it says I do not have an account with them. In order for me to cancel I had to create an account. after doing so I get the message that my email is already registered. I can not find settings so I can cancel. they refuse to help me and will not give me a refund. this is an endless cycle.

    I ordered meals from this company. I received a text saying that my meals had been delivered. I contacted the company the next morning via email through customer support and through their customer support chatbot because my meals had not been delivered. I never heard anything from them. The next day I sent another email and skipped all of my meal deliveries with them. They contacted me the following day and told me they had only received the one email from me and they had an operational problem and they were unable to deliver. They gave me a credit on my account. I had asked for a refund to the card on file. I was not prepared to order meals from them again until they could guarantee that I would receive my meals. The customer service is very poor and they attempted to gaslight me about the communications I had sent. They did not explain why I had received a text saying they were delivered when they were unable to deliver them. I plan on these meals being my dinner. So when they don't show up, I have to spend additional funds to feed myself. I have still not received my meals. I want a refund to my card not an in store credit. Especially when they attempted to gaslight me about my communications. They should have sent some communication about not being able to deliver my meals rather then a text that said they had been delivered. I do not trust this company to deliver on the services paid for.
