  My item was left on my porch but just in a reusable bag. I go outside to grab it less than an hour after delivery and the contents were gone, just a bag left there. I am perplexed why it is not sealed. They will not accommodate me in any way except to encourage me to buy more. They even charged me for next week's box despite never receiving this one. An absolute scam of a company. I do not trust them. I also don't see how it is legal to deliver me $50+ worth of items without an actual delivery box, just a bag. What am I paying for at this point, aside from overpriced food made in a ghost kitchen?

  Absolutely ridiculous. This company has utterly deceived me. They got my attention with their promotion they were offering me. I bit the bait and got 50% off one delivery. I had no idea they were going to have this be a recurring charge or a weekly subscription. They do not make that clear anywhere on their website, or their promotion, and stated it was on the terms and conditions, which is unremarkably long... I figured it was more of an "order as you please" type of deal. The food was okay, but not worth over $11 per meal. NO WAY. After a week, I get a call from my security guard that there was a delivery for me, and I rejected it because I never made another delivery, must have had the wrong person. As that happens, I get a notification for a $205 charge. These POS's had the audacity to just choose random meals for me, book an order and charge my card AGAINST MY AUTHORIZATION. I work long hours, I have a "throwaway" email address for companies like this so they do not bother me and they must have been sent there. Who in their right mind would be happy about that? In these emails they tell you "if you dont choose your meals we will choose them for you", which is very different than saying "IF YOU DONT CHOOSE YOUR MEALS, WE WILL SUBMIT YOUR MEALS FOR YOU AND CHARGE YOU AGAINST YOUR WILL". Got into a chat with them, because their phone doesn't answer. Little to my surprise, they were adamant about NO REFUND. I said, I never accepted the product, I never received the product, I never placed the order, I never had any involvement with this order. Absolutely deceived and disrespected by this terrible company. My housemate was signed up with this company, learning of my situation and cancelled, and I will deliberately go out of my way to get as many people cancelled with them as possible.

  My food was delivered warm. The packaging was terrible. Now I can't get a response except by email. The answer was sorry order again and we will use your first weeks money. I said no I want a refund. No response. I am more than frustrated. Don't order from these people. If there's no phone# and this is food how can you be sure it's safe.

  0 stars because they took my money and never delivered. Sent me 20 emails spamming me, and scammed me out of my money. Avoid this scam.

  Consistently underweight portions. Each tray weighs 1 oz. Some shipments up to half and sometimes more are at least 2-5 ounces under the specified weight. This is specific to the *********** ********** crew. I've been a customer for not quite a year and paused delivery for the summer when they were using ***** because meals kept being delivered warm, leaking and underweight. I have been getting them again during the winter, and they are now being hand delivered by a courier service. Every time I contact CS about issues, they placate me with a discount, but the issue of underfilled trays is extremely inconsistent, and this week, 7 of 12 meals were low weight. I don't recommend this company for anyone trying to maintain a healthy weight if they are underweight themselves, you'll be shorted on calories.

  The meals are great, I liked the diversity in the menu However their downfall is the third party delivery service. I typically meal prep for the week on Sundays but because I decided to try something new I didnt cook and was totally dependent on the meals being delivered. I received a text saying my meals were delivered and I find out it was delivered to the wrong address. Accidents happen but when it comes to a food delivery service these things must be handled extra careful. I was not compensated for the stress or inconvenience this company put me through this morning they clearly need to work on the customer service here.Its a shame the meals were great but I cant deal with the unreliability im going to be searching for a different company.
