  I absolutely LOVE this program! My trainer, Claire A., has helped me so much, is encouraging, and always responds to my communications.
  After surviving breast cancer, my body was beaten and broken. I am not able to do much with my arms, yet, so Claire provided exercise modifications which are fantastic! I really enjoy the FLE exercise program. Who can't give themselves 18 minutes of self-care?
  Following chemotherapy, I had remained nauseous, for three years. Claire showed me that I needed to eat more calories; I had been starving myself because I was nauseous, so I didn't eat. I am eating more and my nausea has gone away completely! I am also sleeping!
  The food recipes are easy and quick. If I don't like a meal, I just tell Claire and she will change it. I have food allergies and she is respectful of that and doesn't send meals with those ingredients. The food is not expensive, we're saving money at the grocery store.
  You can't complain until you have followed the process completely. If you make your own adjustments without including your trainer, you most likely won't succeed.
  Trust the process.

  I have attempted to reach customer service and requested my refund for a service. I haven’t not used it and they responded if I wanted a refund. I stated yes and now no response from a person named Jenifer. This was 3/3/23 and no response since. I emailed the coach and Adam as well to make him aware of this. All I want is my refund. This is a scam! Don’t waste your money. You won’t get the support you need.

It should reflect on your online credit card statement within the next 5 -10 business days, and on your paper statement at the end of the current billing cycle.   The program is complicated and not customized. Same meal plan month after month and was advised to use another app to track my food as well as pick my own supplements which should be customized and also paying for distasteful icon meals

We apologize that your custom diet plan did not feel customized; however, our trainers do all they can to accommodate each client's tastes and lifestyle while helping them achieve their fitness goals. The meal plan you were provided with had several different recipes to try. You can also swap out any protein, fat, or carb with the substitution of your choice. You also have unlimited changes you can request as well. Regarding the supplements, you do get to choose which ones you would like, with suggestions from your trainer on which would fit you the best. We greatly appreciate all our customers' feedback and will do our best to improve wherever possible. I see we have escalated this to our success coordinators already, and they will continue to assist. We appreciate you and your time so very much and look forward to hearing back from you to set up a phone call to make things right for you!

  I purchased their program but was charged for items I did not order. The same day of my purchase I emailed them to ask for a full refund. They have sent me multiple emails to purchase more items but have not emailed me about my refund. They owe me $422.73

  Company (VShred) does not reply to customers trying to exercise the right to refund that is promised and advertised. I ordered the diet program on 2/27/23 and requested a refund the following morning, but despite multiple daily requests to the company via their support email, I have not received any correspondence from their support team.

  I am really pleased with the VShred food and exercise program. I have followed it for almost 7 weeks and have lost 12 lbs which is more than halfway to my goal. The recipes are delicious and my coach, Joe O, will adapt my custom menu for any special needs or food preferences.
  I engage with Joe over email; he is helpful and very responsive to any questions. He built a custom workout plan for me (which is challenging but doable). His program has made such a difference, my clothes fit so much better! (Actually my clothes are loose now instead of uncomfortably tight.) I feel amazing.
  I do agree with the comments below about the deluge of Sculptnation emails trying to get me to buy supplements - they are quite annoying (and the only reason I did not rate the program 5 stars!).
  If you are looking a magical pill, supplement or cure to lose weight without effort, there isn't one.
  If you are committed to following a diet and exercise plan, this is a great (and affordable) choice.

  I paid $67 for one of their programs that was advertised with a money back guarantee. Once I opened the gym plan and meal plan it was obvious that this was not going to work for me. I emailed customer service requesting a refund (as promised) but they were no help at all. I had to file a dispute this afternoon with my bank to have to charge removed, it is still pending at this time.
  Don't buy into this scam and also never trust a company that turns off their comment section on all social media, big red flag!

  This program really works but you need to be consistent with diet and exercises. Meals are the key to accomplish your goal. That's why your trainer is also a specialist on nutrition, to help you meet your every day macros, which is essential. My current trainer, Kay, is very professional. Her answers to my questions are fast. She encouraged me all the time an Iid never judge. I tried others fit programs and didn't work. I'm glad I found VSHRED.

  So far I am loving the program, my coach Chase M. has been great with helping me achieve my goal. This man really knows his stuff. If you have had bad luck in the past this guy is going to be your guy. He is the best coach I have had. Man deserves a raise. I would do everything to keep him in the company.

  Loved becoming more educated about my body type and finally having something that works great. The meal plans from the coach have been so nice and the coach was great when I didn't like something on the meal plan to replace it. It has been a success and I am now on Week 6. I typically have lost 1-2 lbs a week and that is great since I went 6 weeks at zero loss with a previous diet plan. Appreciate the quick responses and teaching from the coach. She has been great. I don't want to be on any monthly or supplements and so far it's been good for that. I take one month at a time for what I need.
