5 starsOk just started in the beginning of my 2nd week lost 2lbs already was confusing at first til I did zoom call ****** put me at ease, I like the fact that I will not have to eat food that I dont like and if I have any questions I just text her This week so far is easier than week 1 . Im glad I signed up.

5 starsI had been using a competitor company to help me lose weight, but I always struggled with eating the right macros/calories throughout the programs. I saw one of *****'s videos and decided to buy in for my 50th birthday to try something different. What sold me was the custom meal plans. The workouts have videos for each move to explain how to do the moves right and not cheat. This has also been helpful. My coach is very responsive and has catered to my requests for the foods I want to eat during a given month too! I have been on this journey for 2 months and have lost 18 lbs so far! I don't have a lot to lose, just mainly belly fat and it seems like the supplements are helping with that along with my new knowledge of how to help burn that fat quicker. I am totally satisfied with this program and would recommend it. Especially those with a busy lifestyle that would rather be told what to eat for each meal instead of trying to figure it out on your own. Trying to figure out macros with Carb-Cycling would be very difficult, in my mind. Thank you so much and I look forward to my sculpted body here in the near future!V Shred, LLC

5 starsLove this program and my coach ******************** she is great and really listen's to your story and creates a program that works for you and your body. It's great having the check in process as it keeps you mindful and on track. Of course you can't always be perfect but having the accountability is fantastic.V Shred, LLC

5 starsI've been having a great experience with my dietician. She has kept in contact with me the entire time making adjustments as needed. The workouts have cut my workout time in half with greater results. I've tried other programs with little results, but with VShred I lost 9 lbs the first month. I would recommend VShred to anyone needing to lose weight.V Shred, LLC
