      I saw a YouTube ad and was intrigued. So I quickly googled vshred and saw tons about people stating it tries to upsell you. I (stupidly) ignored the bad reviews and went ahead. Their up selling program is probably the most intense brain washing session I have EVER heard to get you to spend more money on supplements and all sorts of other BS.
      All the videos didn't really bother me. After all they are a company that needs to make money... What REALLY pissed me off was when they sent an email stating get your free metabolic assessment if you sign up for a free 30 minute meeting. So I figured, heck might as well. And then I get on this call and this moron named Jacob just flippen aggressively tries to sell me this $6000 program. I was NOT expecting this from an email that was all about free stuff so I told him no, I needed to think about it. And he kept pushing it. I argued for probably 15 minutes just trying to reason but heck, these guys are stubborn and AGGRESSIVE. Since I couldn't seem to end up coming to an agreement with them and the call dragged on for over 40 minutes. I hung up on said dweeb.... Whoever the heck runs this company needs to quit giving their sales guys extra hormones because they're aggressive levels are out of control. You'd think after seeing so many negative reviews they'd smarten up and change how they run things but no. Still a bunch of dweebs and I still haven't gotten my" FREE" metabolic assessment.

      In April 2025 I originally signed up for their meal plan. Then I had a call with them and they were trying to upgrade me to their VIP program where they sold me on getting customized support from a "Coach". The salesperson said: "You have nothing to lose because if you don't lose weight your money will be refunded." What a lie.
      Yes they do have a refund policy which states:
      In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow the custom training plan and meal plan I create for you, submit weekly measurements, complete weekly check-ins, take before and after photos every 2 weeks, and retain proof of email/App communications over the 12 week period. If no results are achieved based on measurement changes or before and after photos after 12 weeks, you have the right to request a refund.
      I followed the program and completed all of the above requirements for the refund. My Coach (Jenna) was horrible and did nothing to help me lose weight. She didn't even care that as the week went on that my stats were not improving. At the end of 90 days my weight was the same (no pounds lost) and I actually GAINED 15 inches from their program.
      So I submitted all the information to prove that I followed the program as instructed by my coach and requested a full refund. I have been in email battles with them ever since because they are not willing to honor their own policy and issue me a full refund. I paid $5 and they only want to refund me $2k.
      The only reason I am writing this review is to warn ANYONE who is thinking about their VIP program. PLEASE, don't sign up for it. This company lacks integrity and does not even comply with their own policy. My "coach" turned against me and lied to the company stating that she did not approve the exercises I was doing. This is what they did to find ME at fault with the policy. This company is clearly committing fraud and they need to be stop from these actions. I truly hope my negative experience saves you money, stress and hassle.

      My experience with Vshred. I was excited to get it, excited to start! Got their nutritionist and got on a meal plan. Took the pills as directed. Even read chat groups where people doubled up to get optimum results. The first month, I gained a pound. I doubled up the second month and gained two pounds. It did nothing for me.
      I reached out to them and wanted to exercise the Lifetime 100% money back Guarantee! They responded that it's only for the first 30 days. Anything after that is not and I can return all unopened bottles.
      Pure crap tactics to get people to purchase. I responded that they need to take down the lifetime 100% guarantee and say what is actually covered. They responded that they will take that into consideration.
      So people beware.

      I started this program because there were so much promises by everyone at vShred. I signed up for the $18 monthly package and was sold a 1500 3 month package. I am post menopause and have tried everything with no result. I followed the program and never missed a workout and did not loose any weight. It was not worth 1500. There are so many options out there for vegetarian and my selection given was pretty much beans. I have knee issues, yet I was given excessive knee exercise.
      I wish I read reviews before I paid 1500. What a waste.

      Testboost Max has changed my life over the past 7 years. Im 52 years old and still feel as if I were in my 30s . My blood pressure is down, I've lost over 20 pounds. My energy levels are great. Even the younger guys at my work don't believe im 52 years old. They say I look like im in my mid 30s. Thank you V shred. I always recommend your product to all my friends and family. Because of the impact it has , had on my life.

      Feels like bait and switch. A million emails to buy products, a million videos to watch, constant emails daily to subscribe to additional services, nothing is straight forward. The "custom meal plan" is barely custom, and literally the same thing for days... Exercise circuits with longer rest periods, then actual exercise. Very disappointed in everything. Nearly impossible to cancel services, and the email links to "unsubscribe" do not work. Very sketchy.

      The "Personalized" Plan That Forgot My Body Type
      So, I shelled out nearly $200 to a company that promised to unlock the secrets of my perfect physique. Their whole schtick? A super-scientific quiz to pinpoint my "body type," then a custom meal and exercise plan tailored just for me. Sounds great, right?
      The Bait and Switch Diet
      After I handed over my hard-earned cash, things got... interesting. Instead of my personalized, body-type-specific plan, I started getting bombarded with questions like, "Which diet would you like to try today?" Um, excuse me? I thought you were going to tell me! It was like ordering a custom-built car and then being asked if I wanted wheels or an engine. My "classified body type" from their quiz? Apparently, it got lost in the digital ether.
      The Upsell Avalanche and Robot Overlords
      Then came the relentless upselling. Every email, every notification was another cheerful nudge to buy more. It was less a personalized health journey and more a never-ending infomercial. And communication? Forget about it. It was like trying to talk to a brick wall that occasionally played a pre-recorded message. Months later, and not a single live human has graced my inbox or phone. Just endless, generic, canned responses.
      Lesson Learned (the Hard Way)
      In short, it was a classic case of "you live and you learn." My $200 bought me a masterclass in marketing misdirection and automated disappointment. If you're looking for a truly personalized plan, keep walking past this one. My "horrible choice" might just save you yours!

      I had a similar experience as someone else in here where I had been researching the company and products. My daughter knew my passcode and went through the entire order process! Excellent customer service. An order was sent from my phone, not accidentally, but not with permission. When I saw the welcome email and confirmation of purchase in my email, Rakia was quick to issue me a refund. They seem to be a very good company.       I tried to make use of this company's offers, but needed assistance as I could not receive the shipped products. After weeks of the company not responding to the emails sent to their PayPal contact email from their own website, I tried to claim assistance via PayPal. After claiming they had reached out to me (I never received an email), and I provided them with my emails that had been ignored, I was then told that they could not process my refunds due to the open PayPal case. They would absolutely reach out once that was closed.
      Well, the PayPal case was closed. And, as I feared, no contact from this company. No refund, no shipment assistance.
      I fear I have fallen victim to a scam, given how poorly this has been handled, and I am now forced to scour the internet and leave poor reviews due to the pure helplessness of my purchases not being refunded as promised previously.
