  Great customer service. I ordered some of the products and I haven’t had a chance to try them yet as I’ve gone through a few medical conditions and I’m waiting clearance. I didn’t realize that I had a subscription to one of the products and once I was charged, I reached out and they immediately refunded me. It just shows that they have great customer service and they really do value the customer

  Main Points: AWESOME workout program to to utilize again and again.
  AWESOME caring, kind, speedy customer service. TOP NOTCH.
  I'm so happy to support such professional, customer oriented, high quality company.
  Not only are the programs top-notch (watching any informational video created by Vince shows the time and care that goes into research and development), the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Best I've experienced. I had a few issues with orders (that were my mistake!!) and this company responded with care, speed, and accommodation. Wow. I purchased the Move program and the Toned in 90 Days program. After a shoulder injury, I had to pause and be mindful of the ways in which I was exercising while also taking care of spending on memberships to various studios. While being in person at a yoga, barre, or pilates studio is AWESOME (or a gym membership), it can be pricey. Finding VShred for the home workouts (HIIT is my FAVORITE) is everything I was looking for. Amazing workouts. Easy to follow and as challenging as you make them. Incredible programs. They are great on their own at an incredible price, but for those looking for extra support in weight loss or muscle building, that portion of the program couldn't be easier to follow with a wealth of information to utilize and research.
  SO excited to have these training programs in my library to use again and again as I work back shoulder mobility and upper body strength and to add to my everyday routine for overall health and strength. I highly recommend!

  I tried BURN supplements really wanting them to work. Unfortunately, they did not agree with me so I never got to find out. True to their word, they returned my money, no questions asked. I would highly recommend VShred and BURN. What have you got to lose except the unwanted weight. Their guarantee is good as gold.

  excellent customer service. An order was sent from my phone, not accidentally, but not permitted by my daughter… and they very easily issued me a refund. this also did not affect the fact that years ago I purchased the V shred fitness program and that is still 100% intact for lifetime.   They blatantly lied about the cost of the program as well as other aspects. Now I am stuck with a $1700 bill for a 3-month program. Do not trust these people. What a waste of money

While we do offer flexible coaching durations and payment options, any third-party financing arrangements are handled through external providers who present all terms and conditions prior to approval—including interest rates and total payment amounts.

  
  

  After reviewing your account, we can confirm that you enrolled in the VIP Coaching Program in April 2025. We do see that our team member did explain the monthly payments correctly for the program that was purchased. Again we are extremely sorry for any confusion that may have occurred through this process.   I love this program, and use it whenever I need to kickstart a regular routine. I’m pretty bad about consistency so this 4 day a week program that only takes a few minutes a day is perfect for me. I was flabbergasted when I saw other people saying that it is a scam…I bought the female fat loss extreme program years ago (2021) and LOVE IT. I have never been pressured to buy any additional things. I still have exactly same access as I did from day one, with absolutely no additional cost. I only use the workouts and not the diet, so I’m not going to get the results I would if I was all in. But I’m in week 3 this go-round (June 2025), and I am already stronger than on day 1. If you are willing to actually workout at least 4 days a week you will see improvements and if you are also willing to eat right then you will see more improvements. Anyone who’s complaining isn’t doing the work, and/or needs to take responsibility for saying no if they don’t want to buy a supplement. I had a coach during my first month back in 2021 who recommended supplements, which I opted not to buy. At no point since then has anyone from Vshred ever tried to sell me anything, and I can feel that I’m stronger when I’m consistent with workouts. I highly recommend this program.

  I have tried many things throughout my life and still trying to gain muscle and lose the weight. They have great sales people, but it stops there. Same food plan and exercises. All the phooey Vince talks about and fancy tech words about how he gets your body to lose weight is a pile of crap. They made promises to me and would not honor them. I upgraded to a "better" plan with a satisfaction guarantee backed by your investment refunded, but they will not honor that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! You can do better than these guys, they are a joke. Go see the Reels on Facebook - Easy Fitness Over 50 or Chair Yoga, they are actually better than what they had me doing...

Our records show that the program was purchased in mid-February and that services began shortly thereafter, including an onboarding call with a team member. In May, a previous purchase was refunded as a one-time courtesy after you reached out with concerns. Regarding the results guarantee, we confirmed that the program selected was a one-month coaching plan, which is not eligible under the 90-Day Results Guarantee outlined in our terms and conditions. While all services were delivered as outlined, our team extended a courtesy discount offer in light of your experience.

  I started listening to his video for over 60 women and it was what I felt …then ok the fat loss experience for 57.00 meal plans, exercise plans and the app coaching etc.. No supplements needed. I paid then oh add 67 for the meal plan..wait what…I thought included. Well I wanted meal plan so I paid. They charged immediately 124.00 before I hit complete order… Then come the looong supplement videos I had to put on mute then wait because I am not sure how to log in….I said no thank you…then another long video..watch this one for access to coaching…if you close you forfeit access to coaching…wait what??? Now add 149.00 I’m canceling as I’m not interested anymore. I started to read all of these reviews and really not interested. I want my hopefully only 124 back and no emails. Vince do what you said at the beginning 57 only for recipes, access to app and exercises done! I finally got through and click on recipe guide…nothing….Unbelievable-goodbye!

  I've been using Vshred for a while and wanted to order some supplements. I was having trouble ordering through the app and online as well. I sent in a help ticket and was assisted in getting supplements ordered. During the process of getting the order going, they had reset my account for login purposes, and I lost access to some of the features I had. I emailed them back and they were able to restore my account to its previous settings with the options I had. They were a huge help and worked with me to get my account taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend
