  I've been using the Fat Loss Extreme workouts and meal plan with my trainer Bri. I'm very happy with my purchase of this weightloss plan. My trainer Bri has been super. I love the meal plan she worked out for me and we are in contact once a week. She definitely has motivated me and I love how I feel accounted for. I definitely recommend a meal plan, takes the guess work out so all I have to do is take her grocery list to the store. Very pleased

  I purchased the Custom Diet Plan and received a single week meal plan that I am supposed to do for the entire month. It is working, I consistently lose about a half pound per day. I didn’t change my workout regimen and I even went to Vegas for the weekend without following my plan and still lost weight the first week. I’m carb cycling and even though I’m not sure why it works, I have to say I’m very satisfied with my purchase. My personal trainer has a nutrition background and checks in with me weekly to help me stay on track. I would be happier if the plan changed each week but I have the ability to swap what I need to.

  This program is amazing. My trainer, Joe ***** is highly motivating, and the meal plan he made for me is perfect. I don't know how some people are paying over 1500 dollars for this program, I only spent 97 dollars. Well worth the price for all that you get. I am losing wieght and getting my body back.

  Ordered a training and meal plan for a month. I usually exercise but had lost motivation due to routine. This program was just the shake up I needed to get back to the gym. Went from 40 minutes of cardio to 13 minutes with added weight training. Been getting EXCELLENT results. No pressure to buy or continue. Very satisfied. Thanks Chase!

  I have been extremely impressed with the VShred program. Morgann is my coach and she designs meals that suit my tastes and challenges me in the kitchen. Cooking is my passion. I have found that metabolic confusion is working for me. I’m trusting the process. Besides I have tried several diets and nothing has lasted. This way I’m changing my relationship with food, utilizing the work outs at home and in the gym. As a result my friends and family have noticed a difference in just 3 months. I was naturally a small person then I had kids. It took me 30 years to gain the weight, now I’m committed to a year to take it off and keep it off! No, I could not afford the financial commitment, but thankfully we were able to target what I really needed to be successful; diet, exercise, supplements and coaching is doable. Especially when you experience the results.

  This company is a total fraud and a scam. I can't even give this company 1 star but I also don't want people to think that I forgot to select the stars so I'm giving them 1.
  They don't give you what they promise. All I received after paying $67 for their services were more ads to buy more of their services.

  Was excited to start the program, bought into the Elite Program, and was waiting to hear form my coach. The coach did not touch base with me for six days. They said they were extremely busy. I emailed 6 times asking what should I be doing in the meantime. Spent $3200 for this program I have not used. Felt VERY misled. Vince touts no Keto or Paleo programs but the more I looked into this, the more I learned how it is all about the low carb thing and meal planning. The Zoom call made it sound so easy and not complicated since I told them I travel a lot for work. After back and forth, I asked for a refund . You said no because of the 72 hour policy you have. How could I make a decision if my coach didn't even touch base after 6 days? I own my own business too and though I have policies, I look at each situation on a one by one basis. I am extremely unhappy about losing this money. I will NOT recommend and in fact, I will tell people NOT to do it. Very discouraged.

However, you are absolutely still eligible to continue your program with new plans or start over with a new trainer whenever you are ready! We apologize about any confusion or misunderstandings regarding our custom plans, however, our coaches work closely with every client to learn about their specific tastes and lifestyles to create the best plans for them and clients can ask to adjust anything along the way. Once you set up a zoom call with your trainer, you can go over all your specific tastes and goals and create the best plan for you!

  I stumbled across this website online and painfully watched the 15 minute video. I ultimately decided to buy the plan but after my purchase, and the money deducted from my account, I was forced to watch an additional video in order for my order to be processed. Of course the additional video was another up-sale that I was forced to watch and could not skip. At this point, I'm sorry I even made the purchase. As I'm writing this review I'm still suffering through the video!

  After purchasing this program, it became clear that it was just a platform to sell supplements and a laundry list of YouTube videos. It simply was not for me. The company has a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked and upon submitting several requests, I have not been contacted or received a refund. It has been over th 24 hour timeline to which they claim to respond and I would just simple want my money back. Terrible customer service.

  I have seen the ads for about 3 years now??? I started going back to the gym recently and have lost about 10lbs so far. I have been seeing these ads over and over like a broken record. If a company shows this many ads and 1 coworker has been doing the workouts it has to be worth looking into. I looked, I purchased but decided to seek out input from reviews posted. I saw some of the routines others made fun of and was like WOAH. I'm not trying to mess my body up from improper lifts so I decided to go for the 30 day refund. I mean 5 minutes after the purchase. Not even thinking the purchase was finalized because it never even verified I wanted to buy it since it was still selling me stuff page after page. I only spent the $57 contacted them through the help and messaged them. Sent the email like they asked and it was an automated response with no indication of acknowledgement to my request to cancel. Mind you, I hadn't even opened the links for any of the package purchased and it was the refundable items listed. Still nothing and waiting for them to even acknowledge my request and simply give me my guaranteed refund as promised.

  So I did reach out to vshred and I did cancel my account. They did promptly refund my money within a couple days (which is reasonable) as far as the review goes, if you do purchase this or are thinking about purchasing this product be mindful as soon as you click the items you choose they are purchased. There is no are you sure at the end of the cart. It is click 1 time and it's yours! Not the greatest idea for a company but that is my opinion. I just didn't like what I saw with the reviews and the workouts listed. I did not open the material but from those who did I saw several people saying the same thing with the videos provided which left them confused about the workouts listed and the plan designed to make you into fit healthy and a new version of yourself so to speak. It just didn't seem feasible in what others said was provided.
  For their refund I give 5 stars
  For their purchasing setup I give 2 stars
  For the plans itself I cannot give stars because I didn't open the videos so ill give an N/A
