Paid $124.00 U.S. Dollars, received proof of payment in the Welcome Letter. I uploaded a snip it copy of the Welcome letter and an entry from my bank statement that I paid in full. They wanted to keep selling me more product and I had not even received the diet plan or work out directions from them that I had paid for. I received multiple emails (spam) from them continuously after paying. Finally I received an email invitation to meet with a coach. I did via zoom and he (*****************) wanted to sell me a program to meet with a personal accountability coach. They never provided the original items I paid for and they kept sending things to me to buy like supplements, coaching etc but never providing what I purchased from them. I would like to receive a full refund and have emailed them at the email address the coach I met with on zoom told me to. If I could get my full refund I would be happy to move forward and leave the rest of this alone. I am seeking a refund of $124.00 U.S. dollars. Our satisfied clients can attest to how effectively our services transform their lives and guide them to achieve their desired physique. As their fitness partner, we would like to exhaust our resources to make sure everyone gets the results they wanted, thus we want all of our customers to be aware of the various types of programs and recommendations we offer so they are able to choose the best combination to suits them and their lifestyle. We hope this helps to clarify why they saw multiple offers after making their purchase. They are completely optional, and not required for them to begin with.
With a 4-week custom diet plan, clients will fill out a detailed questionnaire and then one of our trainers/nutritionists will go over the questionnaire/ before pics and build them a custom plan to get the best results. Creating a customized diet plan for every individual takes a lot of time and effort to complete, thus after completing the questionnaire, the client should wait 1-3 business days for the Customized plan to be completed. In checking our records, we received the fully accomplished questionnaire from the client on February 5, 2023, and her personal trainer completed the Customized diet plan on Feb 8, 2023. They can access it through our website or Vshred App using their login credentials.
As requested, our client received a full refund for the Fat Loss Extreme program on February 13, 2023. Since our records show that the customized plan was made and sent by one of our trainers. Our Terms & Conditions - along with our refund policy - a state that refunds are not applicable to custom diet & training programs due to the amount of time and effort put into them by our trainers. However, we want to do all we can to make sure that they are satisfied with their experience. Therefore, we will make a one-time exception and process the refund for the Custom Diet Plan too. A full refund for the Custom Diet Plan has been processed today. Funds should reflect on their account within **** business days or depending on their bank refund timeframe.

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from V Shred today stating they will NOT refund me the amount I paid for the diet plan that I have never received. When I met with one of their trainer/coaches *****************, he told me I needed the V Shred App in order to receive the Diet Plan. In the conversation with ****,,he said he would get me set up with the V Shred App by the end of our Zoom meeting. As I continued on in the meeting with ****, I learned he was trying to sell me an additional product of a personal coach/accountability partner. I asked what that would cost and he said it had a range that could go up to $20K. I felt it was a scam because I had not received what I had purchased, on the questionnaire to set up the zoom call with *****************, it asked me what my monthly income was, that raised concerns right away. I continue to believe it's a scam as NO ONE would reply back to my questions on when will I receive the diet plan I had purchased on January 30, 2023. It was deducted from my bank account on January 31, 2023. The only reason I finally heard something from V Shred today, was only because I sent this complaint about them into you, the BBB. If I receive my full refund, I will be satisfied. I have not received any repayment yet at this point in time.

Our loyal clients who have been with us for years can attest to how VShred transformed their lives and helped them achieve their desired physique and see amazing results. At the top of the custom diet plan, we offer a free metabolic assessment to check clients metabolic scores and share diet and training programs that will provide the best results.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, the Customized Diet Plan was already made and sent to the client on February 8, 2023. They can access it via the Vshred.com website or our Vshred App, which is available in ****** and App Store. After receiving the Custom Diet Plan, the client then sent multiple emails requesting a full refund. In our response to resolve this matter immediately and provide a timely resolution, a full refund for the 90 Days Program and Custom Diet Plan was processed on February 13 and 14, 2023. A screenshot of the refund receipt was sent as proof of the refunded transactions.
We have set proper expectations that a refund should reflect on their account within **** business days or depending on the bank refund timeframe. A refund transaction involves exchanging information between 3-4 different parties. Each of these parties has its own mechanisms to file the refund request, map it to their respective payments that were originally made, and then process it forward. Many of these processes in the banking ecosystem are not fully automated and require manual oversight. Given the number of parties involved and the variance in their processes to handle refunds, it takes **** days for them to be credited back to the customer account.
We have reached out via email today and provided the refund receipt along with the Acquirer reference number as proof of the refunded transaction. An acquirer reference number is a unique number created in credit or debit card transactions when it transfers from the merchant's bank through the payment processor to the cardholders bank. These unique digits make the refunded transaction traceable, so the information can be found if an error occurs with the bank or merchant accounts. They may contact their financial institution and provide this number if the refund appears to be missing.Initial Complaint

I was on their page on 1/21/2023, adding things to my cart. There was a banner saying that my order was not completed until I got to the following page, which I never got to due to additional pop *** to add more things to my cart. Before getting to the next page, I decided I didn't want to place the order.I saw that my card was charged two different amounts anyway. I immediately emailed them saying that I did NOT want the products and to cancel the order. The first charge was for $75.56 and the next for $78.84 I got an email the next day saying it was too late to cancel and that the order had already been processed and shipped, even though I sent an email to cancel the order immediately. And it had NOT shipped yet. I didn't get a shipment notification until 1/23, 2 days after trying to cancel it. They also said it would only take 1-2 weeks to receive it. It's been almost 4 weeks with no update to tracking.I have tried emailing multiple times regarding the shipment which I still have not received as of 2/13/23 and all I get told each time is to look at the tracking number. ******************** completed checkout on 1/21/23 at 2:54 PM PST. She then reached out at 4:16 PM PST 1/21/23 to cancel her order. However, the order had already been exported to the warehouse and was pending fulfillment at this time. Once an order is exported to the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it or edit the process in any way, regardless if it has shipped or not. We advised ******************** of this as well as provided return instructions and offered to waive associated return fees. ******************** contacted us 2/11/23 at 7:21 AM PST to advise the package has still not arrived for her to return. I purchased a **Shred supplement and diet plan in December 2022 that has a 90-day money-back guarantee I am into my 60 days and I am not satisfied with this product and plan, and finally was able to get a hold of customer service via backdoor chat and email, I sent an email requesting money back and to cancel the subscription. They state I have only been on the program for 2 months and they won't be able to look into the 90-day MB guarantee at this time (WHAT!) They advised me to reach out to my online coach. The **Shred company puts on a sales funnel to catch you, I have learned that the scientific information is vague as are the studies they discuss. I am not satisfied with this product and would like to stop payments and refund the amount I have been billed for the past 2 months ****** and pay nothing else. I have contacted ************** Vshred uses for billing to cancel my account and they won't until VShred tells them to. Our client ******************************* purchased our Elite Coaching Program on 12/15/22 and was onboarded the same day. Our onboarding process involves: refunding the customer for eligible previous purchases; sending a Welcome Email with steps on how to move forward; and sending a link to a Questionnaire they must fill out in order to connect with their coach and receive the custom plans. This email also includes a full breakdown of our refund policy and a link to the refund policy on our website.
The client scheduled her first coaching call with her coach on 12/30 and then shared she didnt want to start her program until 1/18. She also stated she scheduled another call on 12/31 for assistance getting her V Shred account set up. At this time, her coach still went through the process of creating custom plans for the client, addressed questions the customer had about the meal delivery service included in her program, her supplements included in her program, and other questions she had. The client also sent her before photos on 12/27.
On 1/30 the client stated that shes doing well with the program and her mindset is forming She asks for a change to her diet plan. Her coach sent her new plans on Jan 4 and asks the client if she needs anything else. On Jan 7 the client replied that she hasnt lost any weight and doesnt like the taste of her meals from the meal delivery service.
On Jan ***************************************************************************************************** the later half of January the client reported losing more weight but wanted to change her supplements and diet plan again. Her coach continued to work with her and updated her plans. Our records show the client was in touch with her coach via the Voxer app we set up for all clients and coaches, and that she was reporting her weight loss as the weeks went by.
On 2/7 the client requested a refund saying she is not satisfied and wants her money back based on the 90 day guarantee we offer. Our 90 day guarantee is explicitly broken down in the Welcome Email as a results guarantee if the client follows what the coach asks them to do over the program and the client does not see any results after 90 days, they are eligible for a refund.
Our Success Coordinator team advised the client that she is not eligible for a refund because 1) she has not completed her program and 2) she has been getting results with the program so far.
The client continued to state she is not satisfied and now she is contacting the BBB. This client paid for her program through Affirm, a third-party financing company that broke up the cost of the program into monthly payments. These monthly payments will continue until the client pays off her loan. Our records show the client is ineligible for a refund so these payments will continue.

I purchased this product on Feb 5 2023 for $256.00 in total. I started watching a video and at first I was interested so I selected the Burn Evolved program at a discount price of $132.00. I also choose the fast loss supplement for $57.00 and custom diet for $67.00. This video was never ending to me so I tried to end it and not purchase anything. I was warned if I did try to finish before the video ended I could be billed twice. The video was going on and on trying to sell multiple products. At this point I felt this was a scam and I just wanted to get to the end and cancel the entire. I thought if I finished the video I would have the option to change my mind and not purchase this product. Not so unfortunately. There was no way to cancel so I had to let my card get billed. I was given a copy of an order however not very detailed and no account number. They promised a full refund within 30 days. I did not want the product due to their business method to sell this to consumers. I was unable to get in touch with them to ask for a refund. On 2/5/23 at 4:23 PM PST, ********************** checked out the Custom Diet Plan ($67.00) and the Fat Loss Extreme for Her bundle ($57). At 4:43 PM PST, ********************** checked out and purchased the Burn Evolved for $132. At 5:16 PM PST, ********************** then filled out the questionnaire in order for her Custom Diet Plan to be created. On 2/6/23 at 9:09 PM PST, the clients coach completed her custom diet plan and uploaded it to her profile, at which time an automated email was generated and sent to the client. The email included a link to her account as well as to access her custom diet plan. We have not received any contact from ********************** from the email on file, nor did we receive a reply to our automated emails. ********************** filled out the questionnaire and received her customized plan in less than 48 hours; this program is not typically refundable. However, we have made a singular exception to our policy as a one time courtesy and issued a refund for all purchases on 2/13/23. Please allow **** business days for this refund to reflect. On 1/27/23 I purchased a coach program from this company. Was told by the salesperson that within a few days I would receive a call w/ a coach and they would go over all details of my plan. I kept waiting and finally 5 days went by(gave ***** to them because I signed up on a Friday & thought that there would be follow up during the next business week). I called the lady ***** who sold me the package and she said I should have received it (was in the junk folder). Funny because all other communications went to my email(not junk). Anyhow filled out all the info requested and waited for contact from whomever was assigned to me as my coach. 7x in this process the coach cancelled and I received an automated call that said how disappointed ***** was that I cancelled. Crazy right? Since then I have emailed the company over 10x to get a refund back. The company says that I had to cancel within 72 hours. Thats crazy since I didnt even have contact/emails from them til a week later. This company is a scam. I am out $1600 to which I will not give up. People are getting taken advantage of.. I have kept every email etc from this company. Still to this day. No meal plan. No trainer. And on my receipt it says I bought v shred apparel. I have not bought anything of the sort. I was suppose to get help to have a better health lifestyle. At this point it has only been a serious nightmare and headache. Our client *********************** purchased our Accelerator Custom Coaching Program on 1/27/23 and was onboarded the same day. Our onboarding process involves: refunding the customer for eligible previous purchases; sending a Welcome Email with steps on how to move forward; and sending a link to a Questionnaire they must fill out in order to connect with their coach and receive the custom plans. This email also includes a full breakdown of our refund policy and a link to the refund policy on our website.
On 2/2 our team sent the client an *** message reminding her to fill out her Questionnaire. The client emailed back stating that she received the *** but didnt have any other information for getting started. One of our team members reminded her to fill out the questionnaire and asked if she needed a phone call for assistance. On 2/4 ****************** emailed our team stating that she hadnt heard from anyone about getting started and wanted to talk to someone about her purchase.
Our Concierge team member again asked her to complete her Questionnaire. On Feb 5 the client emailed to cancel the program, stating that she hadnt received a reply from anyone and that she is filing a dispute. Her request was forwarded to our Success Coordinator teams and our records show that our team sent an email to apologize for any confusion, provided steps on getting started, and offered a phone call to assist.
Our records show the client continued to request a refund via email and chat stating that she had not received any help. On 2/9 one of our Success Coordinators reached out to advise the client the program is non-refundable but does have a results guarantee. Since the client hadnt connected with her coach yet, she hadnt started her program.
Client claims she already filled out her Questionnaire twice and did not receive coaching, did not know the program was non-refundable, and that we had canceled multiple calls with her. We have no record of any calls being canceled. Our team attempted to explain multiple times that the client needs to complete her Questionnaire to start the program. The client continued to request a refund. She also claims that she was not contacted for almost a week after her purchase.
Our records show the client received her Welcome Email and onboarding information on the day of purchase. We also have no record of her completing the Questionnaire. On 2/13 the client reached out again for a refund claiming she never received her custom plans. These custom plans can only be made when a client submits their Questionnaire to get connected to a coach the coach then creates the plans.
Since the client didnt complete Step 1 of Onboarding, our team could not provide her with a coach. We have documentation of multiple emails, replies from our team, and our team trying to assist this customer to get started but records show she continued to ignore our requests.
V Shred has been ready to service this customer since 1/27/23, when she was onboarded. We look forward to receiving her Questionnaire, connecting her with her Coach and getting her started on her fitness journey.Customer Answer

I have over 20+screen shots of emails and text messages showing the lack of communication on vshred end they cancelled 7x total the email that they said they sent once I signed up went to junk. All other communications with them I have had no issue receiving them, if it is an issue of communication going to junk. Dont you think they should have been identified?? It wasnt until I reached out on 2/4 wondering when someone would contact me to get things going by 2/4 the 72 hr cancellation period expired conveniently to benefit them I screenshot where it said assessment completed almost 3 weeks of fighting with them to just get back my money no services have ever been received all I have received is 7 cancellations and out $1600 I am happy to forward ALL the communications just couldnt fit them all here and it said only 30 mins was allowed I also am going to locate all the co owners of this company LinkedIn They need to know how customers are being treated

The lack of communication on their part and multiple cancellations to avoid contact with me during the cancellation period shows the lack of integrity with this company. The failure to follow up caused me to lose my investment of $1600. I was more than patient with them but it just got out of hand. 7x they cancelled Supposedly They just have the phone ring, go directly to voicemail and then they leave a message that they missed you. Totally unprofessional. Please see detailed messages along with screenshots of all communications. I just would like to receive my $1600 returned and I will put this to rest.

We are transparent with every transaction we process online and ensure our clients have full visibility of their orders and how much was billed to their bank account. A checkout page that displays a summary of their orders and the total amount billed is shown prior to charging their bank account to complete the checkout process, thus any amount billed was processed with their full authorization.
We loved to take care of our clients and make sure they receive the assistance they need. They may reach us by sending an email or support request online, we have a dedicated customer support team to assist and handle their concerns in the order in which it was received. We have reviewed the customers account and our records show that we did not receive any email correspondence or support request from the client requesting to stop the shipment or cancel the entire order.
As stated online, most of our programs are covered by our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. In response to their request, a full refund for the Fat Loss Extreme for Her $57 Bundle and 6 bottles of BURN were processed today. This company uses deceptive practices to get consumers to buy more than intended. I placed an order for a supplement on 2/3/2023. After I clicked submit, I was brought to a page with a 10 minute video selling an upgraded version of the offer. It was positioned as a replacement to the original order, but it was actually an additional order of the same product. Nothing in the order process even suggested that the upgrade was in addition to the original purchase. When I upgrade my room at a hotel, I am placed in a better room, not two rooms. When I emailed VSHRED (because thats the only way to get a hold of them) they explained that it was an additional offer. This explanation does not address their deceptive marketing practices. They are obviously designed that way to dupe money out of their clients. Shame on them. They offered me a 25% refund, or to return the items at my own expense. Obviously my best option was the partial refund because paying money out of pocket for no products is worse than having the products for slightly less. They have my money now. I was reviewing Vshreds website while deciding wether or not to purchase this product. I added the vshred Burn Evolve to my cart, then was put through endless tactless sales videos and before I knew it I reached a confirmation page with an order I didnt even intend on placing!! And apparently the online site added additional product to my order during my time while skipping all the sale videos. This order was initially placed on 1/22/23. Email received stating it shipped on 1/24/23. The last movement per tracking states it hasnt moved since 1/26/23. *** contacted the company per website instructions and they stated I cant return/ receive a refund until I receive the items to ship back. Well, I cant return an order (THAT I DIDNT EVEN ORDER) until it arrives and it hasnt moved in over 2 weeks. I need a refund immediately.Business Response

We offer a fast and easy checkout process when purchasing our products online. Important information is listed on each order such as the recipients name, shipping address, and product details and amount are shown before the checkout page so clients can modify them if needed. We are transparent in every transaction and make sure that clients are aware of the products and charges billed to their accounts.
Once orders were placed with successful payment transactions and valid shipping addresses, they are automatically forwarded to our fulfillment team for shipping, thus we only have a limited time to cancel orders. In reviewing the clients account, she reached out on January 27, 2023, to request an order cancellation, by this time the order was already in transit thus we can no longer cancel the order but we have provided the return instruction and RMA to send them back once delivered and received.
Typically orders should arrive in 4 to 6 business days but can take up to 8 days depending on the shipping method they choose during the purchase. Once their orders are handed to the courier and already in transit, any delays are out of control but we will be more than happy to offer assistance to make sure it gets delivered.
We aim to provide a resolution in a timely manner, thus we have processed a full refund for the supplements. Funds should reflect on their account within **** business days or depending on their bank refund timeframe.

I purchased v shred program. I never received any confirmation or log in info, yet I was charged. I cannot log in or use the program. They do not accept phone calls, they don't list an address on their website. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I receive emails and texts numerous times a day to make other purchases, yet no one will respond with any log in details. There is supposed to be a money back guarantee. I want a refund.
