The customer ******** ****** purchased the Accelerator plus custom coaching program on August 2, 2022 and was onboarded the same day which means her previous purchases were refunded, her program was activated on her account and her welcome email was sent with the link to the questionnaire to fill out for the custom diet plan to be made. Her trainer Daniel H. called on August 3rd for a welcome call and left a voicemail. The customer did set up a zoom call with her coach scheduled for August 8, 2022. The next correspondence from the customer after the zoom call was on August 12 in which she asked for a refund due to an injury. Our High Ticket Sales Coordinator Timothy S. responded by informing the customer of our refund policy, which is stated in your original welcome email and on our website, that the program you purchased is nonrefundable per our terms and conditions; however, he did offer solutions to accommodate her situation. The customer then denied our solutions and asked for a refund again so then her trainer reached out and offered to make needed changes to her current plan since he does have experience in dealing with similar injuries' and offered to include the customers peloton that they mentioned they enjoy in the new training plan which he did not receive a response too however she did ask for a email from the Trainer Manager. Timothy S. attempted to reach out again re-explaining that she was out of the refund allowance window and we would be happy to create a new plan for her. The customer still denied any solutions so our Trainer Manager Benny S. then reached out on 8/24/22 and informed the customer again about our refund policy and that her trainer would be able to create a plan to fit her needs and also offered a phone call to resolve any issues or misunderstandings. The customer did agree to a phone call so Benny responded asking for her availability and that is the last email on file while we wait for the customers response.

On August 1, I did sign up for V-shred. After talking with Tim I signed up for V-shred accelerator plus for $2116.82 and was refunded for the other package.
Aug 1-4th Received 31 Emails from V-shred
Aug 4th -11th Received 24 emails
Aug 8 received plan from trainers on app
Aug 8 couldn't access the links to exercises
Aug 9 Fell off horse and tore muscles in my rotator cuff. Second time doing this and was out 6mo
Aug 12 Emailed to cancel program
Aug 12 They emailed saying they could work around injury. I emailed back that I was not interested in the program due to my previous experience with injury. They returned with the no refund after 72 hours.
Aug 12-17th received 51 emails only 9 were directed to the above issue the rest was marketing
When looking through the emails to write this complaint. I saw the email regarding the no refund. The subject line reads "welcome to the v shred accelerator plus, dated Aug 2. From aug 1-4th I had already received 31 emails. If the subject line read refund policy it won't be so sneaky.
Also went to social media groups that they have you join. They have removed me from all groups that I joined.
Also went on their website and read the 30 back guarantee 100%. I can't attach the screen shots saying this.
I would like a full refund of 2,116.82

egarding the marketing emails, we occasionally recommend content or products that may be relevant to the customers fitness goals. They are completely optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time with an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. The customer can also request to be removed any time along the journey as well! We did not received any complaint or request from the customer regarding the emails until this complaint. As explained in our last response, the customer ******** ****** purchased the Accelerator plus custom coaching program on August 2, 2022 and was onboarded the same day which means her previous purchases were refunded, her program was activated on her account and her welcome email was sent with the link to the questionnaire to fill out for the custom diet plan to be made. The customer filled out their questionnaire for her trainer Daniel H. on August 3rd then Daniel called on the same day for a welcome call and left a voicemail. The customer did set up a zoom call with her coach scheduled for August 8, 2022. The next correspondence from the customer after the zoom call was on August 12 in which she asked for a refund due to an injury. We are only showing 3 emails from Timothy between the dates of 8/12 and 8/17, not including our auto response messages letting the customer know we will get back to them in 24 hours. With the automated emails, there were 6 sent between those dates, not 9. The customer then denied our solutions and asked for a refund again so then her trainer reached out and and offered to make needed changes to her current plan since he does have experience in dealing with similar injuries' and offered to include the customers peloton that they mentioned they enjoy in the new training plan which he did not receive a response too however she did ask for a email from the Trainer Manager. Timothy S. attempted to reach out again re-explaining that she was out of the refund allowance window and we would be happy to create a new plan for her. We do not try to hide our refund policy, it is discussed in the original sales phone call, on the welcome email as link and an attachment that was seen on August 3rd when the questionnaire was filled out, and it is displayed in our terms of service on our website. Unfortunately there seems to be some confusion regarding the 30 day Money back guarantee. This is correct for our other work out programs like the Fat Loss Extreme, Toned in 90 days, Etc. however it is stated in the Terms of Service that the Custom Accelerator programs are non-refundable unless you did not lose any weight after the full 90 day program, you will be eligible for a refund or other benefits to ensure you meet your goals and if you purchased this product over the phone you will have 72 hours to request a refund. After the customer further denied our solutions, the Trainer Manager Benny S. stepped in to assist the customer, explaining the refund policy and offered a phone, the customer did accept but then sent another message using profanity and threating a lawsuit due to a third party loan company she used to purchased the program charging her interesting on her loan payments. Benny then responded with offering another phone call to clear up any misunderstandings and come to a solution that works for both parties. As of 8/30, the customer did agree to a phone call which will be scheduled this week.

As a single mother working on a farm with torn muscles in my rotator cuff. I had to hire help since I physically can not use my right arm. My work is all hands on and not being able to work will be a strain. I also can't be going back and forth again on requesting a refund from a business that's deceiving consumers.

Below I've attached screen shots from V-shreds website. Not once but twice did they say 100% refund 30days on ALL PROGRAMS. Nothing says a disclosure about the accelerator program. The program I signed up for is a program sold from v-shred's website. A program I had 30days to cancel and receive 100% refund

On 9/1, trainer manager Benny S. sent an email requesting confirmation to give the customer a call to discuss the refund on 9/2. The customer then responded with "she does not have time for little games" and threatened legal action instead of scheduling a phone call as previously agreed. In regards to the customer claiming we are a deceiving company, V Shred is one of the leading brands in online fitness, nutrition and personal training. We are committed to helping each and every one of our fans and clients to achieve their fitness goals. Over the past few years We has been able to help millions of people from all around the world achieve their goals with all ages and all body types. We truly care about all of our customers which is why we reached out and tried to offer many solutions and make things right. We have attached 3 screenshots showing our Accelerator program refund policy as well as the PDF that is attached to the welcome email. Our refund policy directly from the terms of service on our website states "Due to the custom nature of these products purchase is non-refundable except as required by law. Our trainers invest extensive time making the programs unique to you and much of the work is done right after signup. If you have fully participated in the program, the trainer has verified your participation, and you did not lose any weight after the full 90 day program, you will be eligible for a refund or other benefits to ensure you meet your goals. If you purchased this product over the phone you will have 72 hours to request a refund" However, as we mentioned before, we want to do all we can to make sure our customers do not have a negative experience so after trying to work with the customer multiple times with no positive progress, Benny S. provided a refund to the customers loan provider Affirm on 9/05/2022.

In the past I filed a review with the BBB of Sothern Nevada against V Shred and was able to recover all of my money, thankfully. However, on July 27, 2022 , V Shred charged $9.95 USD to my ***** Debit Card without my consent. I would like my money refunded and to have nothing more to do with this company. That is my ideal solution. I thank the BBB of Southern Nevada for stepping in to help and protect us consumers, especially from companies like these. Most of our digital programs are covered by our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. Clients may request a refund for their purchase within 30 days from the purchase date if for any reason they are not satisfied with the results of these programs. The 90-day programs and the membership site serve different purposes and can be used together.
The program will act as their foundation. If they read through that entire program and get an understanding of diet/nutrition, start out by following that specific training program they are going to get massive results. But then comes the membership site with its own powerful weapons. This membership site is loaded with a ton of new content every month that they can't find anywhere else. When they first purchased the program there was the option to join the V Shred University (VSU) as a trial, as well as an agreement to pay the membership subscription once the trial was finished. A screenshot of this agreement was sent to them for their reference.
In response to their request, we have successfully cancelled the VSU subscription effective immediately. There will be no recurring charges associated with this subscription moving forward. Also, all vsu charges that was billed on her account was successfully refunded. VSU charges from June-July were returned back to their account today, funds should reflect within 5-10 business days or depending on their bank refund timeframe.
An email confirmation with refund receipt was sent as a proof of the refunded orders.

This account was cancelled in April 2022 and they have been charging me $9.95 since that time and it only came to my attention. I have sent several emails requesting a refund with an email response that they are busy at this time.Business Response

We aim to resolve all customer's concern efficiently and in a timely manner. When they first purchased the program there was the option to join the V Shred University (VSU) as a trial, as well as an agreement to pay the membership subscription once the trial was finished. VSU is a membership program with a reoccurring monthly fee that offers new content and a new diet and training plan every 4 weeks. A screenshot of this subscription agreement was sent to them for their records.
In response to clients request, we have successfully cancelled the VSU subscription effective immediately. There will be no recurring charges associated with this subscription moving forward. In addition, previous renewal charges for the VSU has been refunded on April 9, 2022. A total of 4 months VSU charges were returned to their account on August 9, 2022. Furthermore, we have also issued a refund for their 90 Days program and Custom Diet Plan today. All refunded funds should reflect on their account within 5-10 business days or depending on their bank refund timeframe.

I initiated the VShred program with the guarantee being that I would "get" results!! I never, never ever, received the results promised via their advistments and emails. Additionally, when I attempted to cancel my subscription it is next to impossible to reach anyone by phone. This company is a scam and needs to be closed down. Also, the diet plans which I received are extremely unhealthy and the workout programs I was given, stating they were tailored to me special needs, did more damage to my body.
