      I placed an order for Vshread program, they went through several up sales and after I was done I thought about it and felt that the program wasnt a good fit for me after having breast cancer. I didnt believe that the fitness and such were a fit for what I could do after having a double mastectomy. In less then an hour from ordering I called to cancel. The phone number was not an active number to reach anyone or to leave a message and it instructed me to send an email. In which I did immediately. I then maybe 3 hours after the original order was placed received a call from someone at VShread to get my program set up, in which I told them I requested to cancel, he responded that I needed to send an email to customer service and I told him I had, he said then they would get it and take care of it. I then got. Message about order shipped, so I reached out to them several times by email. They did credit me for part of my order but said that the 2 orders for supplement in the price of ****** each needed to be returned before they would refund those 2 transactions. They sent a return label and I waited to receive. The moment I received the package, without even opening it I put there return label on it and dropped it off at ****** The box was reported delivered on 9/19/22 at 10:37 signed by *******. I then sent an email with a copy of the return receipt and have never received my refund for the 2 transactions of ****** each. I have reached out several times requesting my refund which the shipping after I canceled and they arent even responding to me. They have a 100% money satisfaction guarantee and honestly The cancellation within the hour should have been sufficient, but they still shipped and this has been returned.

      Bought this program only to NEVER get log in information! So reported as fraud on my CC! Such a waste of time!! How are they still around?!? Shut this scam down!
