Purchased the clean bulk program on 2/16/23 for $92.22 expecting more than just web pages to read and do myself. Countless sales and marketing to purchase other products. On February 8th, I purchased the Fat Loss Extreme for Her $57 Bundle + tax for *****. I also purchased the BURN EVOLVED 2.0 - 1 Bottle Monthly - $41. I realized after purchasing the program that it would help me as I have a condition that does not work with the plan. When I received the supplement, I realized there were two ingredients listed that I am not able to take due to my condition. Their phone number on the site does not work. I sent two emails, one on the 15th and another on the 17th explaining my situation and why I needed a refund. I sent them a final email on the 20th stating that I would report them. I purchased the Extreme Fat Loss program on 2/18 and my credit card was immediately billed. I did not receive confirmation or login info. I filed a support request and received confirmation of that. I also began receiving marketing emails. As of 2/23, I have still not received login information. 2/21, I discovered many customers had a similar complaint, felt that the company was not trustworthy in their business practices, and requested a refund and to delete my account via a support request. I received NO confirmation of that request being received. 2/22, I filed another support request to follow up as Id received no confirmation of the previous request. NO confirmation. On 2/19/23 I purchased the vshred program and coaching diet plan with some supplements. On the same day, I requested to cancel my programs and Six burn 2.0 supplement bottles plus my subscription. I purchased the product on February 18, 2023. I watched the video when trying to make the purchase and it wouldn't end. The video said not to hit the back button or I would be double charged. Two purchases were made by the time I was able to click all the way through. One for the program and one for the supplement.
