      On Sunday, 3/19/2023, I ordered V Shred's digital program and before my order was complete, I was hit with two very hard sell videos that I could not back out of for products and services that I did not want. At that point, I had a bad feeling about the whole enterprise and immediately emailed the company to cancel and get a refund. I received a boilerplate email acknowledging my inquiry, but nothing more. I attempted to contact them via their 800 number and received a message that indicated that customer service inquiries could not be made on that line and to send an email. I just want to cancel my subscription and get my money back.

      I have tried contacting the company to get refunded and to stop payment on a monthly service that I do not want. The customer service number doesnt work and the response to my initial email was inadequate and was pretty much an auto generated response. Which means no one has really reviewed my email and taken action to close my account. I would feel much better if it hadnt been auto generated or if someone had already contacted me to let me know they would be working on canceling my services. I tried emailing a second time and got no response from that one.

      i bought this program with the believe that will be something easy to follow. I paid extra for the "customized diet plan", filled a questionnaire of food I will eat or wont and it will be based on those choices. The died plan received contained ingredients I will not eat, so the list I made was ignore, which indicates that is a LIE!!!!. To follow an exercise routine is a hustle, they just want to sell you all their programs, most of them have NO instructions. I HATE IT. I have written several emails, to customers service and the supposed trainer assigned to me, who never addresses the issue and continues as if everything is wonderful. I just want my money back, that is all . AFTER LISTENING FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS OF THE CONSTANT TALK ***** says " money back NO questions asked" Is a great scam like many out there.

      March 19th, I signed up for the plan for $57. I got on the website, and immediately realized this was not for me. But they swear by a 100% money back guarantee, right? Wrong. I have emailed repeatedly, the phone number tells you to email. They sent a reply that they got my email, and would be in touch. Then nothing. NOTHING. I still emailed, and got so frustrated I called my bank and disputed/stopped payment on the transaction. For such a 100% guarantee, they are very poor to respond. I'm waiting on my bank now. Just give me my money back, like you preach through way to many videos that you will.

      I am rejecting this response because: I just want people to know that it took me contacting you to get results. They finally gave my money back, which wouldn't have mattered long term because I called my bank and they were also disputing it. Going forward, consumers need to be very careful,  and understand what steps it takes to get their attention. There is a phone number, but it is just a recording telling people to email. I shouldn't have had to go to these lengths to get a refund, one they "100%" tell you.

      March 12, 2023 I watched a Vshred video about a weight-loss program. I bought 2 programs for $124.00. After entering my financial info, it said Do not go back or you could be charged twice. I wanted to quit but couldn&#**;t do anything until I watched another 3 videos! I was told to WAIT a few days for a clerk to call.March 14, a clerk called encouraging me to purchase a custom plan & online trainer. She said Dont go on the site, but WAIT about a week. I need to find a trainer & he needs time to setup a diet/exercise plan.March 17, (5 days from my original purchase), a trainer emailed me, but said to WAIT 4 days before starting the diet!Vshreds colorful AFFIRM loan ad says theres NO APR, pay at your own rate with no late fees or surprises. NOT TRUE. After qualifying, I called Affirm AND went on the site to find out any interest policies. They didnt have any info & said to WAIT, call back in 24 hours!March17 I got the info. 15% interest rate, offers only 2 pay plans. Program costs $2,???? + tax =$3,281.71. I chose the only plan I could afford: 36 mo. totaling $4,092! $810.99 finance charge!I couldnt go on the site to see what Id bought: exercise or diet plans. Just Wait. I felt trapped, scammed & in a horrible predicament.I emailed Vshred 5 times explaining how I could not afford $4,000 due to medical bills that just surfaced. Would wipe out my savings account.March 21 It took 2 days to get a definitive answer. They said I had WAITED too long & I couldnt cancel after 72 hours!       Our client purchased the V Shred Elite Custom Coaching program on 3/14//23 and was onboarded the next day. Our onboarding process involves: refunding the customer for eligible previous purchases; sending a Welcome Email with steps on how to move forward; and sending a link to a Questionnaire they must fill out in order to connect with their coach and receive the custom plans. This email also includes a full breakdown of our refund policy and a link to the refund policy on our website. This client paid for her program with ******, a third-party financing company.
      Our team confirmed the client had submitted her questionnaire and her coach connected with her on 3/18. On 3/19 the client contacted our team asking who she should contact to ask questions. Our team told her to reply to her coachs email. The client expressed that she was trying to contact Affirm, the loan provider, to discuss a repayment plan to avoid interest.

      The client then proceeds to request a cancellation because she thinks the program is too expensive and confusing. She also shared that she couldnt pull up her diet plan on her phone, has not looked at the training plan her coach made for her, and that she asked her coach to cancel her program.
      Our team proceeded to explain the refund policy to the client and shared that she is not eligible for a refund because she has not yet completed the program and failed to get results. Our Results Guarantee is based on someone following the program the coach creates for them, submitting measurements and progress photos, and participating in the program. If they fail to achieve any results by the end of the program, they are eligible for a refund.

      On 3/20 the client asked to speak to management and states she believes she should receive a refund because 1) she was waiting for V Shred to deliver on the coaching program 2) she cant afford the program because of the interest rate and 3) she wanted to see her customized diet and training plan before she paid for the program.

      The client makes another request to speak to management and one of our team members explains that she doesnt qualify for a refund but that we can ***** her a partial refund to continue with the program. The client stated that the partial refund seems to be her only option and reconnects with her trainer, who provides her with a Zoom link to do her first 1-1 coaching call. The client then proceeds to threaten that she will complain to the BBB.
      On 3/22 our team reached out to her to do a courtesy call and answer any additional questions she had and confirm her partial refund. The client complains that the Zoom call link her trainer sent her doesnt work. Our team member encouraged the customer to join that Zoom call so that she could get started and have any questions answered, and get her the results she wants from the program. This was our last communication with the client.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The Vshred rep that I had a zoom call with & who signed me up, mislead me by saying to WAIT a week before going on their site. (This would put me past their 72 hrs. cancelation period!) Very tricky!

      The rep also had me purchase the program during the zoom call, with NO TIME TO OPEN or read the contract. Also, in an email I opened weeks later, Vshred states in capitol letters to NOT START THE PROGRAM unless approved by my Dr. ***** is no time to do that during the zoom call! Very confusing & contradictory sign-up process.

      This should be illegal.

      Note that Vshreds BBB response uses the the words that they " told" me, but thats not true. They did not answer ANY calls. All communication is with automatic emails or texts loaded with videos that I ""need to watch," "Be sure to watch this first."

      ***** was only ONE zoom call to sign up. Then that rep told me to "WAIT" MULTIPLE TIMES before doing anything or going on the app or their site.

      I cooperated  and waited  which put me past the 72 hr cancellation period. Another message said to wait 2 days.

      I AM DUE THE REFUND as I have NOT USED ANY PRODUCTS, or VIEWED ANY VSHRED PROGRAMS VIDEOS OR USED THE TRAINER.

       A WEEK AFTER I SIGNED UP  the trainer emailed me 4 different ways to contact him.

      I tried for 2 hours & NONE OF THEM WORKED. I HAVE ALL EMAILS  TEXTS & NOTES DOCUMDNTING MY INTERACTION WITH VSHRED.

      Vshred's manipulative video ads full of false information, plus their confusing SIGNUP PROCESS needs to be corrected before a class action lawsuit ensues.

      VSHRED HAS CAUSED ME MUCH DURESS; BOTH EMOTIONALLY & FINANCIALLY. 

      I HAVE BEEN AVISED TO PURSUE LEGAL COUNSEL.

      The client was onboarded and sent a welcome email on 2/15 by the concierge team, and then connected to their couch and emailed by them on 2/18; however, the customer did not respond to either emails. We do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this experience has caused the client.       I did notice that their final emailed response suggests that I was at fault and they were innocent of any wrongdoing. I have been extremely honest with all correspondence and wont go into the details of their misleading sales program again. I hope the company will revamp their manipulative sales tactics and begin selling their exercise programs in a more honest, straight forward manner. If the product is truly good, it will sell itself, no need to trick or trap potential customers into buying.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Vshred for their lack of customer support and unrelenting marketing tactics for my recent purchases of "Ripped In 90 Days $67 Bundle" and "BURN EVOLVED 2.0 - 1 Bottle Monthly subscription."On March 11th, I made the above-mentioned purchases from Vshred. However, I was bombarded with numerous videos and offers that were relentless and made me feel uncomfortable. I found this marketing tactic to be invasive and not customer-friendly.Furthermore, I have attempted to cancel my subscription and request a refund for both purchases. On March 13th and March 17th, I sent emails to ******************************** and ********************************** requesting for cancelation and refund.       I placed an order for burn, a supplement sold by Vshred on 02/10/23.       I made a purchase on 3/12/23, I decided quickly this program wasn't what I thought it was so I requested to cancel the program and a refund on 3/16/23. I received a standard email response that someone would get back to me but so far no luck. I feel that 2 business days is long enough to at least receive an update as to where we stand with a refund. They take your money the day you place an order but they can't be reached when you need your money back.

      I purchased the female extreme fat loss package on 3-6-23 for $60.14. As soon as I began downloading the app and began reading about the program in depth, I realized it was not appropriate for me. The company makes bold claims about a full refund for non-customized products, which is what I purchased. However, I attempted to email the company several times; the first email got a generic response that someone would get back with me soon, but no other email has produced a response.
