3/6/2024: ask crew said there will be a charge of 1.00 to get an answer to a question. Then was charged *****. I contacted them again and asked why I was charged *****. Again they wanted 1.00 which I did not do. I am asking for a full refund since this is a scam.Business Response

On Feb 28, 2024, I was directed to Askcrew.com online to answer a question about blocking an UBER account, The issue was not resolved, but my personal checking account was debited 1.00, and then $55.00, both on that day, Feb 28, 2002. This was totally without my knowledge or permission. My fear is that I will not receive that money back, and especially that Askcrew.com will continue stealing from my account. February 19, 2024 *********, ** While trying to recover my lost wallet through **** I was steered to Ask Crew by the **** website for assistance. The site told me there would be a $1.00 charge for their assistance and they requested a credit card number. I provided they number then immediately received a notification from my credit card company of a $55.00 charge. Once I was notified I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. On February 20 I received a notification that i have enrolled in a monthly subscription and would be charged $55.00 per month until cancelled. I tried to cancel the subscription by logging into their site using the ***** info they provided in the email but I continually get an error message. They have no phone number on their site to contact.I am asking for help with receiving a refund of the $55.00 charge as well in cancelling my subscription.Thank you,***Business Response
