    I was charged a $41.00 a month for the last year and I have NEVER accessed this business in any way.

    I called ******** customer service about my internet continuously buffering and was transferred to someone else to answer my complaint and was told that I would need to pay a $1.00 refundable fee on my debit card. The person told me to turn my router off and back on. I agreed and went to do it. When I came back to the call I had been disconnected. I routinely check by backing info every morning and I had been charged $38.00 for this. I then realized I had been transferred to this askcrew site. I will now be cancelling my ******** service because I feel that ******** is partly to blame. This looks like poor customer service to me.

    I was signed up with ask-crew without knowledge via ****** and charge $38.00+$1.00 for a total of $39.00 taken from my account. I immediately called and cancelled the transaction,(within the 7 days) and was assured it had been cancelled and there wouldn't be any further charges. I was forced to pay the initial $39.00. Then a few days ago I was charged again. When I called I was told this was the only charge to hit my account once. My account says different. Stay away from this company.

    In May I asked a question of this company,How do you cancel ****** Plus from my TV service.There is no indication on the website that they will charge you for there answer or how much they will charge..They charged my credit card $38. to answer this simple question without my agreement or notification of the charge.This is a devious, unscrupulous company.

    I contacted them for what I thought was only a one-time $1.00 fee. Didnt solve my problem, but I found a charge for $38.00 from my checking account on June 9 as well as a $1.00 charge on June 10. Ive contacted them to no avail.

    I just looked at my account after I just saw an amount of $42 from **************************.....a total of 6 transactions i have just realized they have been taking out of my account since January on something I have not used and sure didn't approve.

    On 5/21/25, I paid a $1 fee for service on that day for up to 7 days. As per the agreement, after the 7 days I would be charged $38. I cancelled the service the same day because the agent didnt solve the problem. I was charged $38 the same day I cancelled the service. I have been calling and talking to the same person who keeps telling me she submitted the case for review and I would get an email with their decision, but I have not.

    On may 22 2024 I was on the Etsie. com site trying to find an order I placed and Ask Crew got on and acted like they were part of Etsie com. searching for my order I placed on Etsie.Then it said to pay$1.00 to continue so I payed $1..00 to *******but ********* charged me $1.00 twice and $38.00 for an automatic subscription that I never wanted or signed up for.I filed a complaint at ******* but ********* will only refund $2.00 ,not the $38.00

    Was charged twice $38.00 (4/07/25 & 5/06/25) for a total of $76.00 via my debit card for something I did not order nor subscribe to. When going to the website to question the charges, was informed I would have to pay $5.00 to cancel via my debit card.
