    I Googled support @kikoff.com and proceeded to make a $10 payment on my account. While on the site, a chat box opened with a drop down menu for payments. I entered my information and proceeded to make the payment to Kikoff. To my surprise, a $55 payment came out of my account under, **********************. I was shocked. I had no idea that it was their drop down menu menu. I had no intention of subscribing to them. I didn't even ask a question. I called them to explain and was told my subscription was canceled, but they had to send my refund request to the financial department, and that, in their Terms and Conditions it was stated that they don't do refunds. This is a trap. Very shady business practices that should be illegal. I literally had no intention to contact them. They literally hijacked the Kikoff site so that you're unaware of the fact that they're taking your money until it's too late. I'm a 67 year old Totally and Permanently disabled veteran on a small fixed income. I cannot afford to allow this company to rob me of what little I have. I want, no, I need my money back ASAP. Otherwise, I don't eat. Now, I have to wait 24 hours just to get an email, and if I do get a refund it'll take 7 to 10 business days. What am I supposed to do until then? They need to be shut down.

    I was trying to get help canceling my Fubo account and was sent to the Ask-Crew website. On the website I was told that I could open an account with them and for a $1 fee that was refundable, they would help me. I looked closer to make sure there were no hidden fees, and saw that if I did not cancel my subscription in 7 days, they would charge me $55. So I went ahead and subscribed, got my Fubo subscription canceled, then canceled the Ask-Crew subscription right away. I saw that Ask-Crew had put a $0.00 hold on my bank account which disappeared after I canceled my subscription with them. This was on February 3,2024.On February 9, I saw there was a $55 charge to my bank account from these people. I called them and thru email, they offered me a partial refund if $27. However I followed their instructions and expected a full refund if $55 since I canceled the subscription immediately on February 3.

    The attached is the 3rd letter I've sent to Ask Crew asking for a full refund. Included are screenshots from their website, a screen shot of an email confirming unsubscribing, and a screen shot of my bank statement showing I've been charged even tho I unsubscribed during their 7 day free trial period.

I called them multiple times but answer always the same that they will be back in 24 hours but it never was Reply from them.     On Feb 6, 2024, I sought tech help at MSNBC.com. MSNBC redirected me to Ask-Crew. Ask-Crew demanded a one time, $1.00 fee to help me. I agreed to pay $1.00. After getting uninformed assistance from Ask-Crew, I discovered that a $55.00 charge from Ask-Crew was added without my consent. Then I discovered that this is a recurring charge of $55.00 per month. Ask-Crew is a fraudulent scammer and should not to be trusted.

    I had a question regarding my kindle, they never answered the question they asked if i would give $1.00 for the answer then they requested *****, once i saw that i immediately exited the site To my surprise i was charged $***** in December and i just noticed they're charging me $***** for January.I called customer service and they claim they have no record of me. i told you have to because you're charging me.This company is a scam and they should not be in buisness.I want a full refund and have them remove me from their system

    On 1/9/2024, I signed in to my professional website server to renew my subscription. That server is Weebly-Square, a web-hosting company (a subsidiary of ****** ***** based in *************. In the process of trying to renew my subscription, I was turned over to a business called Ask-Crew. In order to ask a question I had to pay $1. To go further, I had to pay $55, which I did in good faith to renew my website. When help was not forthcoming from Weebly-Square, I quickly cancelled that $55 Ask-Crew subscription. Ask-Crew then sent me a Sorry to see you go email. When I checked on my *************** app, the charge was still there. I called *************** but theres apparently little they can do. As of today, Ask-Crew has now billed me twice. That equals $110.

    I thought I was contacting Roku customer support with an issue I had. After chatting with someone for several messages They then Identified themselves as ********* a service that resolves conflicts. I then got a message that there would be a 1-time refundable charge for $1 whom I went through PayPal. I was going through my checking account and noticed a charge of $55 dollars taken out by PayPal from my account for **********************. I did call ask-crew and talked to someone, and they are supposed to be refunding me the $56 and I would receive and Email confirming this. Reading complaints it seems like other people have had the same issue with ask-crew. It almost sounds like a scam to get additional money from you and if you catch it and report it they refund you. You just wonder how many of these issues go unreported and people don't catch it in their accounts.
