  BUYER BEWARE!
  Save your money! Do not give them your business, you will be sorry!
  I saw the advertisement on a trustworthy network.
  I purchased Strikeman Dry Fire Arm Training for my husband for Christmas.
  By the time we received the product was weeks after Christmas.
  Prior to setting everything up on his device they wanted all his personal contact information.
  He did not feel comfortable sharing his private contacts with this company,
  I've returned the product prior to there 15 day policy and have not been refunded as yet nor have I received any acknowledgement. I went through USPS and thankfully have a tracking number.
  They have no customer service and or contact phone number.
  I too like many others had to dispute and file a claim with my bank.

  Terrible customer service! I’ve emailed twice about a defective cartridge I received, but no response. No phone number either! The cartridges are pricy. I’m afraid to order another, but have the whole system and carrying case! What a scam!

  Failed Miserably!!!!
  Because of all the tv commercial advertisement I had high hopes for this product but as I have learned in life there are no guarantees. In short, this system failed to perform as advertised. I sent at least three emails to the Strikeman support email address but I didn’t receive one reply. They go so far as to tell you their email is not a.com it’s an.io but that failed to produce any results regardless. Fortunately, I was quick to act and returned the product promptly or I would have fought the same battle as others if I had waited beyond their measly 15 day return policy. In conclusion, the concept is great the product is poor and the customer support non existent.

  I received what I assume was a system generated follow up email from Strikeman asking me to review their product. After completing my review the link they provide to process my review does not work!!! Should I be surprised, NO!!!!!

  Wish I would have seen these reviews because I also had problems with this company. They were quick to answer my question before I bought the Strikeman Laser Firearm Training System × 1 9mm but they LIED TO ME and told me I could fire the cartridge more than once before having to re-rack my Sig Sauer P365. When I received the product, tested it, and found out I could only fire one shot before re-racking I tried to contact the company to discuss and get a refund but they ignored my numerous emails for more than a week in the apparent attempt to allow the "15 day return policy" to lapse. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and incurred $19 to return the product I only purchased because of the false information.

  By the time I get the phone adjusted and calibrated on the cheap tripod I've lost interest.

  Website says ships within 1 day of order being confirmed, it’s been 13 days, sent several emails requesting update, no one is answering, no customer service phone number.

  OMG, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased two of these systems Black Friday weekend as they were on sale. Not sure about the product, as we haven't even tried the target we bought for ourselves, but we purchased the additional one as a Christmas gift. However the recipient of the gift had already received a similar product, so we needed to return one of the two we bought. When we contacted them about it, they said it was outside the 15 day return window. Most every business out there does not start the clock on returns until the day After Christmas. Therefore I feel they ran a total SCAM with their Black Friday sale. They put this product on sale Black Friday I'm sure knowing that many were purchasing it for gifts that would not even be given to people until December 25th, then if there was a need to return it, it would be to late. This company obviously does not care about fair business practices or customer satisfaction. Don't these people know that for every one customer you lose, you lose at least five more by word of mouth!

  I made a purchase of the Pro system along with 2 different size cartridges for Christmas. After attempting to utilize the system, both my son and I came to the conclusion that this ultimately wasn't the right fit for our setups on our 9mm Glock and our AR-15. While I understand their return policy is 15-days from delivery, I feel that the added impact of the Christmas holiday should play a part as the system wasn't even opened until Christmas afternoon (25+ days post delivery). After reviewing the return policies of other major dry fire companies, we are finding an industry standard of 30-45 days post delivery/purchase and added time allotted for the holiday season. My family and I were hoping for a resolution that allows us to return the product (we pay the shipping) and get a refund of the purchase price, but were quickly turned down.
  
  The app was also difficult to setup and nothing with this company has been user friendly.
  
  For a dry fire system, we would be looking for something that provides multiple firing capabilities (without having to rack the weapons each time) and a magazine that would mimic the weight of a loaded weapon. After doing some additional research, we are finding some systems in the market currently that offer these options, but those systems typically utilize CO2 cartridges that lose their potency as the training sessions wear on.

  No response to emails. Website states that they ship in 1 to 2 business days. No they haven't. I have read other complaints on their shipping taking so long. Already charged for my order but best of all no phone number to call them.
