    This appears to be a scam. You have to buy a subscription which they don’t tell you up front. Nothing worked when asked for passwords and IDs to sign up. Paid over $200 and can’t get a hold of anyone. No way you can figure all this out in the 15 days they give you to return it. What a rip off!!

    Customer service is horrible. Return period is 15 days. It took me 15 days to receive a response. Granted it was the holidays but even more to have a longer return period or better service. Product is faulty. Does not trigger the way it was meant to be. When you return you need all original packaging - Also something that should have been noted before sending as a present; as we discarded of the boxes - Now we cannot return

    I was sent a defective laser cartridge. After sending multiple emails to get this corrected they do not reply and help fix their mistake. This is the worst company to buy from. Horrible customer service and horrible product. Do not waste your time with these people.

    Initially had problems receiving product, then that was resolved. Received product and laser bullet does not fit well in chamber and falls out repeatedly when racked. I have 2 lasers of different calipers, the other one fits well. Not good. No phone and the customer service has been unresponsive for days after initial email sent. The app is very buggy and only seems to work consistently on a whim. I have reviewed all the training materials they provide. After reading the other complaints I assume a return is out of the question since I am approaching the 15 days, which includes at least 4 days waiting to hear back from them. I wanted to like this but if it doesn't work, well, I can't. Hopefully this review will get a response!

    I wish I could give them zero stars. Bought this as a Christmas present and wrapped it. Opened it after Christmas and finally got it set up and of course they want more money just to use their app. I contacted them to get a refund and they told me to pound sand what a joke and a rip off.

    I ordered a laser firearm training system for my husband for Christmas. Received it in good time but realized I ordered the wrong cartridge. I have tried to email 3 times to see how to exchange it. I have not received an email back and there is no customer service number to call which is terrible. My husband is looking forward to this and I am getting pretty upset at the fact that I have had no response from anyone. I expect a response immediately. If I don’t hear back today I will fight the charge on my card.

    I had ordered two systems on special . My mother passed away had to go to Georgia. While I was there my told me my order came in. She said there was only one box . I had her open it to make sure second system was inside. She said no. I immediately started emailing them at email provided along with copy of invoice Since has been going on now for three weeks. Never heard anything from them.

    Ordered 12-16-22. Picked 2-3 day shipping. Emailed 12-20-22 asking for update. No response. Guess I’ll be waiting months for my order and will be dealing with a unhappy wife for Christmas. I know they will say didn’t receive email blah blah blah but I emailed them directly from their site and from my email receipt. Terrible customer service.

    I ordered the PRO model thinking it had more options and a better training layout than the standard model. after watching videos and setting it up i could never get this to register shots. i tried all the advice and troubleshooting ideas on the website but nothing worked. They give you a very small window of 15 days to return the product. I emailed them to tell them about the problem and it took 6 days to respond. The response was the same ideas and troubleshooting as on the website that i had tried and informed them it was tried. customer service was no help. to return it you have to contact them for approval and with a 15day window to return its impossible to troubleshoot ask for help and get approval for return. i couldnt find where to file a review and i came upon this so i wanted to let others know about the trouble ive had. my next step is to file a complaint with my credit card company. i was fully invested in this training. i bought the pro set-up .223/5.56 laser 9mm laser and .45 laser. but none would register shots. my phone, wifes phone, tablet nothing worked.
