    Placed and order and decided I wanted to cancel it not even 12 hours later. They refused to cancel it before it even shipped. Now I will have to dispute it through my CC company.

    Product seems decent, however packaging from their warehouse was abysmal as is their customer service. They have not responded to my email messages other than with automated responses.

    Do NOT buy this system, it's faulty and there is absolutely no customer service to help you! I made the mistake of getting this, thinking I could use it to sight in scopes during the winter months.
    The 223/5.56 laser does not work, the .9mm fires all on it's own, the app misses shots and you have to keep recalibrating it. The target is the size of a piece of paper with the bullseye the size of a dime, so you can imagine how big it is at 20 feet let alone at a longer distance.
    I wouldn't doubt that this entire thing is made in China and if you pay for the app, they now know everything about you and what you do.

    I ordered the dry fire system. It was going through the USPS fine. Was suppose to be delivered on the 16th of December. As of today, December 27, no package. The last known scan of the package was from a town 37 miles from my location. I emailed the company, got a AI response for 3 days. I paid Strikeman for shipping insurance, worthless. When I finally got an email from a real person, same avoiding the responsibility of the company to make it right. I had USPS investigate the lost package twice, but they don't know where it is. Contacted the company by email, they have no phone number I can find, the post office told me they had to file for the lost package claim. No response from that. They could have still sent me another one to replace the one lost, but I guess that would require them actually caring about their customers. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY DON'T CARE!

    Order the wrong dry fire pistol, e-mail the company three day if the pistol was compatible with the Mantis system and no reply either via e-mail or phone.My expiration has expired,actually what they want to keep My MONEY.Pissed off.

    When ordering states 45 day hassle free return ,But you have to wait for them to respond to your return I’ve received no correspondence I’m on day 4 .Customer service is horrible and the product is faulty and slow to respond to shot placement or you get shot placements when you’re not even pulling the trigger .Dont fall for the social media advertisement for this company again faulty product and horrible customer service

    No number to call for customer support. They advertise 45 money back guarantee. They advertise easy hassle free return but it’s all untrue. First you have to explain why you want to return the item purchased and then they respond by saying “Your return request has been saved and our customer service team is reviewing it. We will notify you when your request is approved or rejected.” Why would you reject it. The same day I received the order, I opened the box, I tried it and wasn’t satisfied. And I immediately started the return process. I’ve emailed them twice and they still haven’t responded. It’s been over a week and still nothing from them.

    I assumed with all the advanced technology that it would work as described in the video
    You can hear multiple succession rapid fire shots (3) in all.
    So that's what I get for assuming. If you could be so kind as to just assist me with a FULL Refund/return I would greatly appreciate it.
    If I may please as you solicit feedback on you product may I respectfully say, In my opinion the above video is deceptive and unethical business practices, and misleading
    I don't agree on the return shipping I have to pay, after all it don't work as described in the video.

    This product does not work as advertised. My fiance purchased this for me as a Christmas gift, unbeknownst to her that the "pro" version requires a 10 dollar a month subscription. I couldn't even get the app to work on their 2 week free trial so it sits unused. They refuse to accept a return or any responsibility for their misleading advertising. Caveat empetor

    I would give zero stars if I could. This business is horrible and their customer service is nearly non-existent.
    I ordered their laser cartridge and target/phone mount - only finding out that I would need to pay a monthly for the app after the fact. Then after 2 weeks, the laser cartridge breaks and fails to pulse consistently, their app is recording ghost shots, and when trying to fill out a warranty or return, they are forcing me to pay for return shipping.
    I sincerely hope they go out of business.
