    I ordered the Pro version in July but at the time I was travelling frequently. I logged in as a guest because I couldn't as a member. I worked on trying to get it up and running numerous times and had no success. I went so far as to take my system to a Range Officer I know to set help set it up and do some drills. We set it up outside on a bright day in Florida. We watched 2 videos and tried to operate the system. No ffffing luck! It wouldn't lock in all of the target screens with the red circle! You couldn't capture the entire target! The shots came intermittently if they came at all! When we were doing one of the timed drill practices, it would take a long time for it to register a shot! So you had no idea where you were hitting the target! I've tried to email them, but my system won't allow the .io domain! I continue to get email from them in the form of ads, but you can't talk to anyone!

    Placed an order only have was delivered. Placed a separate order for additional equipment, been stuck in transit. I’ve emailed and no response. Scoured the internet to find a customer service phone number and found none. What a disappointment.

    A shipment for order #21187074 Strikeman on November 26th has not been received at this time 12/7/2022 and tracking information is not updated. I would like an request of update soon as possible for it's been over an week now. Please reach back out to me by email on provided order. I have checked with DHL and they have not received a package to ship so sounds like a scam. I wished they would contact me about their 3-5 day shipping lol. Thank You

    I placed an order on the 23rd. I got an email on the 26th saying it was shipped. The tracking states it has not moved since the 28th. When I click the usps tracking number it says they still haven’t received the package and it’s now the 7th. They ship through DHL so I messaged them and they told me to contact strikeman. I emailed with no response so I sent another email with still no response.

    Purchased two Drifire Target & Phone Mounts systems with two 9mm Drifire Laser Bullets. Laser Bullets were not in the box. I have been trying to contact customer support for 3 days and no response. No phone # to contact anybody. Somebody better contact me soon or I will be returning this product. How can you not have a contact phone number????

    Very disappointed with their customer service. I bought the system plus a 9mm and .357 laser. Because of the length of time it took Canadian firearms to clear my transfers 5 months had passed before I coult try the system out. When I finally opened the boxes to start practicing, I discovered the neither lasers will fit my hand guns. I followed all instruction but they will not go into my weapons. It says to reply to the emails I have for customer service assistance and they respond normally within 24 hours. I have sent 3 emails and not one response. I even provided my phone number and asked a customer service rep call me. I am not even looking for any money to be returned, just a system that I can use. Very disappointed! I have tried but can't even find a phone number to call in Canada or the US. I fell scammed! It say I have to give a rating but it won't allow me to send a zero stars rating so I guess it will be more than they deserve.......a one,

    Wish I could review the product BUT after paying for shipping on 9/23 I finally got a 9/30 notification my order was shipping! A week later. And to add insult to injury the *** tracking number provided was invalid! The response to my 10/3 complaint was a canned notification it was shipped via ***** OMG not the US *************** please. Its telling that I got a marketing email encouraging me to purchase another product at the same time and when I replied with a rather snarky response about not getting my original order 10 days later I received the same canned response with the **** tracking number. Yet they have great reviews for their product so I guess everyone is so pleased with waiting forever to get it they forget the hyper long shipping time. BTW when I click in the **** tracking it shows *** is shipping it from ******** ** today. So is it *** or ****? Maybe ***** also gets a piece of the action along the route; who knows? Wheres **** Im sure Ill be so overjoyed about finally receiving my order two weeks later that Ill succumb like all the other sheep and give it a 5 star rating. Not!

    Hi *****, thanks for your message, the packages are delivered by ***** the service we use is called **** ******** (this is on the check out information as well). This service is a combination on DHL and ***** I apologize for any confusion around that. Sometimes there aren't updates made by the courier online right away, so there may not be any information or the same information for a few days before the parcel it scanned and updated by the courier, in this case, we ask the customer to wait a bit longer.     I bought from this business and tried to cancel my order and they say they shipped the package but the shipping (DHL) and **** say's they haven't pick the package up from the shipper! I explained to them that I was in law enforcement and was called to help with the hurricane in **. and won't need the Item any longer, because I won't be home to receive it and my warranty (15 days) will be voided before I get home from the service in **. I will then not be able to have any warranty by then for refund! Strikeman employees sending me emails telling me they shipped it but I have contacted both partied (DHL/**** and they do Not have the items for shipment! I want my refund from these scammers!
