    One star would be too much for this supposed to be place. This is a BS Place. ordered product and received confirmation email. When I went to track it for shipping it said it was not found. I have tried to contact them several times but received no response. Would like someone to contact me and let me know what is going on. At this point, just give me my money back.. This company is BS

    I highly DO NOT recommend using the Strikeman Laser Training system. After just one month of use and an app update, the app suddenly started ghost-firing so much that I wouldn't get a chance to get one shot in on a session. I wrote into Strikeman 4 times before I got a reply from someone (Months later) and all they had to say was the app recognizes a light source and it's registering it as a shot from the cartridge. When I explained why this wasn't the case, they came back and said the exact same thing.
    In summary, the app is trash and you'll get no help or support.

    Ordered their product almost a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. Ive reached out numerous times and still no response. They have no number to call either. I tried to do the online return as it says I have 45 days to do a full refund on their website, but when I put my confirmation # in it says I'm no long in the time frame....it's been 22 days. This is absolutely terrible!

    SCAM! Like others, Customer Service is non-existent! I have sent 5 emails to Customer Service and have not received one reply.
    I received the product December 2 and returned the product two weeks later with a Return# provided by Strikeman's digital return procedure. Strikeman sent me an email December 29th, letting me know the package had been received. That has been the last I heard from Strikeman. I have not been refunded in any matter and Strikeman will not reply to an emails.
    Why are these business practices legal? How many more people have to loose their hard earned money before the law or government shuts them down?

    Have attempted to reach out and return product. Portal told me that my order number couldn't be found then the only contact was a fake email. Idk how anyone got any response from any one.

    Non-existent customer service. I ordered and received the product in a reasonable amount of time. But, i arrived damaged and unusable. I reached out the their email portal and received a response from a support team member named Jason (followed immediately by a solicitation to rate Jason's performance in helping me). I have attempted contact a number of times only to hear nothing back.

    They sent an email with a bogus
    DHL TRACKING NUMBER.

    DO NOT FALL VICTIM to this company or product. Customer service is non existent. You will never receive your product and if you do it will be missing parts and useless. They give you a 15 day window from the date of order to return the product but you won’t even receive it within that amount of time therefore will be unable to return.

    I ordered the product in November 2023, and it’s now December 16th. I have not received my order and have attempted to contact them several times but have gotten no response.
