    Do not order from this company. Got an order confirmation, email said I would have order in 2-8 business days. Day 8 still no tracking even. Even though I had an order confirmation number via email, when I tried to look up the order status on their website, it said my order didn't exist. This after they had already charged my card. Tried multiple times to reach out and never received any type of response. Filed fraud claim with credit card company. If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately I had to at least click 1

    Ordered, more than 2 weeks later, no update on order... sent multiple email messages trying to find out the issue, zero response. Now waiting on a refund for the order I never received and have gotten zero customer support on.

    Company instantly charges your order. Huge shipping delays. No way to contact company other than generic email form. Awful customer service. Don't waste time or money.

    Its JUNK!!!!
    App works sparsely and randomly records ghost shots.
    Re-Downloaded several times to NO avail. What good is this if the app DOES NOT work.
    The .223 round had to have a piece of tin foil added to get it to fire consistently
    As far as their customer service. DON'T waste your time.
    Try another brand!
    Should have done more research on this product but got caught up by the folks shilling for this garbage.
    My bad!

    I ordered my product on Saturday Sept 23, received confirmation that order was accepted. I’ve sent multiple emails for a status because according to their email it was supposed to ship in 1 to 2 days. Willing to give this product a chance but I have not heard back from the company.
    Sent an email for status on Sept 28, send another today, and also to their support.io mailbox. No response to my original email, they state it can take a day to respond but so far nothing.
    Will give it 1 star review until I receive my product and start using it.

    Trash. The app is clunky and hard to use because you have to navigate through stupid features nobody wants to use. The tripod is complete garbage, which in the end doesn’t matter because the only way to get the calibration circle on the app around the outside of target circle on the paper target AND have no background around the edge, is to block the target with your phone. The manual calibration is so sensitive it is impossible to use. Perhaps if you have a child around who has really small fingers and good manual texterity they could manage it. You can get it somewhat calibrated but apparently perfection is required for it to record all the shots or to place them in the spot that you can see the laser hitting. If not for being able to see where on the target the laser hits, which gives it some value, I would have given 0 stars.

    So far, I really like using this system. It can definitely use some tweaks to the app in registering all shots fired, and the template part could sure be improved. But I was using a different laser training app before purchasing this one from Strikeman, and this is much better. I would recommend it to folks who wish to practice with dry firing.

    I purchased the Strikeman Laser Training Program as a gift for my husband. When I gave it to him he loved it but didn't open it because he was certain that with his essential tremors it wouldn't work for him. I contacted Strikeman to see if they would accept the return based on the info I mentioned above. I stated that I know I was beyond the 15 day trial but asked if they could waive it based on my the fact it was a gift and my husbands tremors. I received a reply back saying they would accept the return and to go on to the website and complete the return form. I tried to do that but it wouldn't let me proceed because it was beyond the 15 day trial period. So I contacted them again. This time they responded that they would not accept the return. Not pleased with their customer service and feel that the 15 day window is a bit short. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because i would have not ordered. I'm usually good about that. Lesson learned.

    Product shipped on 6/23/2023 with an ETA of 6/30. Requested multiple updates from vendor, with no response. Vendor even asked for a review of the product that is still in shipment status.
    Hopefully, others will not be taken financially by this company in the future.
    I’d like a refund and will send the product back, if it is ever received.
