    Negative stars should be an option for companies like this one. Wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased from them. Placed my order on April 7th (21473534) add says shipment in 2-5 business days. Still waiting. Requested cancelation of order and have not received any response. Do not order this product.

    ***WARNING*** got mine a few days ago. They state on their web site ships in 1 business days, mine took 8 days to ship. App doesn’t work/crashes so you can’t creat an account and use the system they way it was intended to only as a”guest“you can use it. Support was useless after back and forth with the issues. Saw online a lot of other people have the same issues with the app for over 4-6 weeks now. Told that to support then they admitted they know about it and are working on it. So they sell you a defective product knowingly. Asked to return which was no problem but you have to pay return shipping to send their product back that doesn’t work. Asked for consideration or to escalate to a manager for the initial shipping charge to be refunded since it took them well over a week to ship the product and a prepaid label for the return of a known non working product and support said they already paid the postal carrier sorry and that every time an iOS update comes out this happens but the app developers are working on it.

    Strikeman's customer service is a joke, good luck making contact with them. When you load their smartphone APP, they require you surrender your contact list, so much for privacy. What a waste of time and money. I hope no one else purchases this system. Big Thumbs Down

    They did not send the cartridges with the pro set that I paid for. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.
    If you buy the Pro set, you have to buy $100 app and then you have to pay for a membership on top of that.
    I was supposed to have gotten 20% off of my order but I was charged the full price. Customer service is of no help at all. I feel like I’ve been ripped off twice by this company.

    Hello, thanks for your message. I see you purchased the Pro system back in July 2022 which included the 9mm laser. You need to apply any promo codes to the order at the time of purchase to be eligible for it or contact support after the order so that we can amend the order, it looks like you just contacted us recently about that and not at the time of the order, we aren't able to apply promos/credit to an order that old, I am sorry about that. The Pro system is advertised with the monthly Pro fee for the app of $9.99 or $79.99 a year, this is needed to be purchased through the appstore as advertised, I am sorry if you missed it. Please email us again if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Junk! Such a disappointment! After a 2 hour setup and their less than adequate phone holder adjusted… I ended up using my own tripod. After calibrating the target, the bullseye was still off. I figured I’d just shoot anyway. It didn’t record a single shot. Checked batteries, placement, etc… nothing! Total waste of money and time! Two hours of my life I’ll never get back. Just go to the range.

    Unfortunately the system is not usable as the app doesn’t register hits. Sometimes it registers two hits and then stops working. I tried different distances, light configurations, reinstalling the app.
    Strikeman refused to refund because it was just outside their 15 day return policy, even though it was purchased as a gift before Christmas.

    When I ordered my Strikeman laser target kit I had also ordered a carrying case and a pro tripod. When I went to check out it came up that they were offering a bundle where you actually recieved a free pro tripod so I changed my order to the bundle deal and removed the tripod I was paying for. When I went to check out a coupon came up so I added the coupon and it went through. So I placed the order but when I received it in the mail there was no pro tripod. I emailed customer service, because there no other way to deal with this company, they have no phone number. I delt with a Michelle A. And she told me even though my invoice said I ordered the bundle I forfeited the free tripod because I used the coupon. No where did it say that I would forfeit the tripod in fact on my invoice it still said I ordered the bundle! So after multiple emails with Michelle, who was very condescending to say the least the best she offered was that I could reorder the tripod and use the coupon but I explained to her that now I would have to pay another $10 for shipping when I wouldn't have had to if I was told I wasn't getting the free tripod and I ordered it the same time I ordered everything else. I asked if they could give me the free shipping and she said no. So because of their misleading "specials" I would be penalized $10. Needless to say I did not order the tripod from them. The customer service is terrible, how do you treat a new customer like this. I will never purchase anything from them again I haven't used the device yet but even if it's great I will never purchase anything from them based on the treatment I recieved from Michelle. I will also tell anyone that's interested in this product to stay away!

    I bought the system to improve my point shooting. I didn't complete the app because I will not give my contact list. I had an issue of the firing pin sticking in the rubber pad and would have to tap the side of the pistol to turn the laser off but it is good for improving point shooting. This issue began after a few hundred firings. I am using a Hi-Point C9 which is a cheap gun and perhaps the firing pin hits to hard. I am a machinist and I have contacted support about this issue. I made a spanner wrench to disassemble the laser cartridge. the rubber is too soft for reliable long life use. I am working with support about the issue but they won't sell parts. I will try to make a harder replacement rubber or will redesign the plug.
    I can't find when the company started but I suspect it's less than a year in business.

    I ordered the system January 1st, and waited over 3 weeks. Almost 30 days passed and I asked for refund.
    Got that a few days later. Don't waste your time. You have to download Shopify to get a tracking number.

Unfortunately, the order you placed was a Pre order order so the items weren't available right away to be shipped, we had this mentioned on the website as well as a note on the receipt, I apologize for any confusion and the wait. You don't need to download anything for the tracking number, we email that to the customer if one was supplied at the time of the order. I am sorry things didn't work out. Thank you.
