      Momentum Solar's sales agent was extremely prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions thrown at him and handled all of the details and paperwork. ************************* is highly recommended.

      So far we are happy with Momentum Solar. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything in detail and we were happy with the outcome. The only issue is getting the financials finalized. I wish they would have other options to show proof of ownership of the home other than just the mortgage statement or deed. It's hard when you are the only one that has your name on everything although your are married.

      Momentum Solar *** left a big cut-out in my basement wall, and giving me the runaround. Its been a few months now since Ive been trying to get someone to come fix back my wall.

      I cannot tell you how incredibly disappointed I am by the company and it's lack of regard by not communicating up front to tell me that my home is disqualified. After three attempts at scheduling a visit by one of their sals reps, I was told on the third no show that was disqualified because, according to them by neighbor's tree blocks a major portion of my home. My home sits on two acres with sunlight from around 10 am until sunset. My house is on a hill as well. I get at least **** hrs of sunlight a day depending on the season. After I called them to obtain an explanation I asked why wasn't this communicated to me before I had to arrange my day waiting for their visit. Their lack of communicating up front and lack of professional integrity makes this company's grade an F. It failed to communicate, explain, and led me to believe each time that I qualify. I was told because I live in Connecticut, I will get the best rebates available. All lies. Stay away from this company and do your research before even thinking of reaching out to momentum solar.

      The services received from Momentum Solar has been a debacle. Initially we worked with a salesperson in June that left for a new role at ADT. There was no notification nor reassignment to our inquiry from Momentum Solar. After several emails and unanswered calls, a new salesperson/project lead was assigned (July 28th). The rep said the only hold up would be our power company JEA signing off on permits. Since we signed the contract that day, *** provided a response of approval within a few days of signing docs sent securely. Eventually, only the solar panels were installed AUG 8th. We had expectations that the power box would be installed given equipment was reported to be available/purchased in advance from their suppliers (a proclaimed competitive advantage). Instead, we were advised it would be two weeks from that date. I called the new project lead multiple times with no responses. Eventually, he too advised he was no longer with Momentum Solar. Again no notification or reassignment. Additional emails were sent to their customer service email address and phone support. Eventually I got through after waiting on hold more than 35 minutes. It was explained that they did not have the equipment and would need to follow-up. Due to frustration, I advised this was a breach of the signed contract and I would seek legal guidance. Immediately I was advised the power box was now available. Installation of the power box was completed OCT 17th. We had to call the technician back same day, all power downstairs was lost. The technician said they installed a defective switch that would be replaced the next day. There was no confirmation this was done even with more emails and calls. In addition, we requested final inspection be scheduled that has not been completed. So were are still paying expensive JEA bills and have panels and a defective switch that were bypass to restore power. We are not on solar power as of OCT 25th.

      Not very happy with them, it was a slow process to get everything installed which I understand given the town I live in and the times we are in. However, after everything was installed it came time for my final inspection. I was not home at the time, another adult was present watching my kids. Apparently it failed the inspection and I, as the homeowner, was never notified, I didn't find out about it until I called to find out why I was unable to log into my solar array to see the production, that is when I was informed of a failed inspection and I was told scheduling would be in touch with me to have the problem fixed. I have received no phone call. It has been three months since the panels were installed on my roof and they are still not active. Furthermore, they sent a certificate of completion to the lending company which has then proceeded to bill me. Because of the failed inspection and the array not being active I am continuing to be billed by my utility company for my electric usage so I am now being double billed for electricity. I have tried calling again but only seem to sit on hold. The worst part is I referred Momentum to my mother before all this stated happening and she also had a failed inspection with no follow up from Momentum as well.

      If you don't want to have a headache, please RUN from having to do business this company. I currently live in ********** and this year my electric bill went sky high, so I decided to add solar panels to my house. Back in March to be exact, a customer service agent knocked on my door to sell their solar system and convinced me to make an appointment to discuss pricing and etc., after the appointment I did not agree with the initial $170,00 lease contract they offered, so I told the agent that I don't want it because it was out of my budget. After a couple days a project manager name ********************* from the **********, asked me about what price I was willing to accept to do business with them and I said $140.00, he replied back and said that he could meet me at $144.00 and I agreed.Well after they installed the solar panels, and all city permits were done. I started to receive my bills in June with for the amount of $170.00 instead of $144.00. I've been to the local office here in ******* and they told me to contact the finance department, they local manager sent an email to hire **** and no one has reach me in regard to this issue. I spoke with multiple customer services, and they all respond that somebody will call me back and as a today I haven't anything from them. At his point, I will think they are scamming people. I'm in the process to hire a lawyer to help me fight this company.

      An update in regards to my above comment. I am happy to say that momentum solar finally fixed my problem.Thank you to Ms. ****** *** from the escalations department. She was able to adjust my payments to the correct amount and I was credited the extra money I paid in previous months.
