      Had ******* and solar done through Momentum and the workmanship was fantastic, done very seamlessly. Could not be happier and we're seeing great savings with Eversource constantly increasing their prices.

      Working with Momentum Solar has been extremely frustrating. I have scheduled a reinstall of the solar panels on my roof twice AND BOTH times the crew did not show and did not call. I am a single parent and don't have the time to run back and forth from work just to have no one show up.When I call to get an explanation of what happened, I have to wait at least 1/2 hour before I can even speak to someone. Of course the customer service rep apologizes but has no idea why the crew didn't show. She then sends an email to the crew and has to call me back to schedule another appointment. We are going on two months with this little game that they play. I had to pay for the reinstall before they would schedule the appointment, so they have my money, but I don't have the panels on ************************* I am very disappointed.

      Micro inverters were not reporting to Envoy. Called my local installer and was told the office could remotely restart my system. I waited a long time for my call to be answered, but once I spoke to someone, my system was working within 3 hrs. I was impressed with prompt response.****************

      Momentum Solar team members did a fantastic job with their presentation for solar panels and the solar panels installation of our house. They are honest, reliable and professional. The team members were very patient with us and listened to us when we had questions and concerns. My husband and I are very pleased with Momentum Solar and highly recommend their company.

      Last May I was approached by Momentem Solar to purchase solar panels for my ******* home, after shopping around from several companies I chose Momentem and gave them a large down payment. They promised I have my system up and running before we left for ********* in early June. They never started the project until after we left for ********* and then I find out they install the panels on the wrong side of the house. I was very unhappy so they reluctantly agreed to remove all the panels and put them on the proper side of the house, I thought about this possibility but was concerned about the damage they would cause to the new roof (that they needed Before they would install the panels) so they agreed to give me $1500 to leave the panels on the wrong side of the house I thought the Settlement Contract looked very restrictive I couldnt even leave any comments on social networks, And they will remove this comment if I sign the contract. It is nearly December and I still have no power from the Solar that I paid for. Whenever I call there office Im put on hold for an average of 45 minutes, they will not give me a phone number or any satisfaction whatsoever very very disappointing and still no power.

      I advised several times no longer interested but kept receiving calls. Started process in may 2022. Attempt to cancel since June 2022. On November 15,2022 I received a very threatening call from project manager ******* and his manager ******** that the company will be taking legal action against me if I do not complete the solar panel install.

      Will not call back. Panels installed over 2 months ago and have not been turned on yet. I have called and emailed several times to ask what the hold up is. I am told they are waiting on an update and they will escalate to get more iformation and will call me back but never hear from anyone. I am now making payments on the system on top of my normal power bill, costing me more money.

      Telemarket calls then no talking to me OBNOXIOUS PHONE CALLER ABUSING DO NOT CALL NEVER would I ever use MOMENTUM in a business transaction because the IRRITATING calling rudeness.
