  Even when it was raining, the installation team yesterday was able to efficiently and skillfully set up our solar power system. They were courteous and knowledgeable, allowing me a view of how it all fits together. I highly recommend that anyone considering installing solar panels do so with this crew.

  The Momentum sales rep put me in contact with a person (to be identified later). He said that adding batteries to the system was not a good way to go because they don't last long. He also stated that leasing the system rather than buying it was better for me all the way around. I am a Diabetic among other things, and I fear having my meds spoil in a power outage. The gentleman
  told me that upon my approval of the contract, he would be able to supply me with a connection port to my electrical system for a generator AND give me a check for three thousand dollars, to buy a solar generator. The contract was signed, and the panels were installed but no port or check ever came. I contacted the sales rep again and asked several times what the hold was. He put me in contact with the company secretary who stated that both items were submitted to company's higher ups and were denied. She went on to inform me with much sarcasm that they don't do anything without it being in writing, without knowing that all this was recorded on text messages in my phone. I am currently attempting to find a Lawler to make a case against the company.

  I had a Momentum sales person come by and give me their pitch. Told him we would think about it and have decided we were not interested at this time. Since then I have stated receiving calls from their scheduling department for a return appointment. I nicely informed the first few callers that I was not interested and would call them if I changed my mind. Since then I have continued to receive nearly a dozen calls to include one to tell me a missed my appointment. At least the last 4 callers have stated that they removed me from their call list but somehow I continue to be harassed by them.

  They took the time to explain everything! They installed withing 30 days when I though it was going to take longer. Customer service always responds to us. we are in love. I'm not sure why other companies aren't getting responses, maybe they are calling wrong number because this company responds fast. best price after receiving 6 different companies. best technology with micro inverters!

  I installed my panels August of last year, 2022. I also had my 20+ roof replaced by Momentum. Was sold on their guarantee, claims of experience and best solar panel technology on the market. Also was told of ******** rebate program. It's true and as the reviews show, everything is great up until installation and activation. Unfortunately the post install service hasn't been what I expected. ******** rebate program sign up is alot more difficult then they claim and not as helpful as you would think. This review is due to my panel outage now 20+ days. Their so called independent solar inverters and superior technology wasn't what they claimed. The customer service reps are great but they seem to be unable to do anything about due to other departments and so called "Repair Team" Working on it..Shop around it's your money that will paying a *************** NOT Momentum, They get their money upfront and might leave with non function panels and no follow up, no emails no callbacks just a bank payment.March 21.. another week no contact .. completely left in Dark!!3/23/23 Great the Part was just order and being shipped, A whole month later. But the kicker Enphase covers the part But Momentum is charging me $1300 for labor!!! When Momentum SELLS you they chit chat on Independent micro inverters that go to each panel. If the inverter fails it won't affect the entire grid. April 14 2023, in 9 days it will 2 MONTHS WITH a 30k solar panel system worth Nothing.. Complete left in the dark by Momentum!! ITS ALL ABOUT POST INSTALLATION, THEY SMILE AND GUARANTEE IT ALL BUT LEAVE YOU AFTERWARDS WITH THE FINANCIAL BILL!! NO WORD AND POST INSTALL SUPPORT 7 ****** post install 25 PANELS OUT!!!

  Repeated Phone calling, with No Messages; I called Them back. They asked about Adjusting Tree heights, and Promised $0 costs for me, only wanting my Bills to look over in an Appointment the Next Day. Within Hours an Unidentified Caller announced that my number, which I Happened to pick up, Declared we didn't Qualify, so there was No Reason for the Appointment because the Job was Too Small.

  Just say no to Momentum Solar. They are a total scam. Don't speak to them, don't let them in your door. Deceptive business practices, hi pressure sales, misleading and false claims are just openers. They block e-mail and make it more than very difficult to contact them to cancel a project once initiation even in your legal window to do so. If I could rate them zero or less stars I would.

  If I could do more than report on here I would! I signed up for panels in Julythey were installed in Octoberthey were activated and generated electricity in December. I called momentum to ask a tax question and they said I couldnt get the tax incentive for 2022 since I wasnt energized. Oh yes I am!! But it wasnt in their system that I was. So THAT DAY (2/13/23) they marked me ask energized!!! Nobody will fix it! Ive called and called and called and NOBODY calls you back!! So Im screwed out of THOUSANDS of dollars because of their s**** up! I showed screenshots on the app that I was generating electricity on December! I sent a copy of my Electricity bill I got in January PROVING I was already generating electricity! Dividend is the finance company and they dont bill you until youve been activated for 60 days. I started having to make payments Feb 1st ******************************* the run around! This company needs to be shut down!! Worst customer service and experience Ive ever had from a company!
