  The Momentum Solar team remained in continuous communication with me throughout the process. They provided all of the specifications - from what my roof would look like upon completion with solar panels added to when they'd be coming by for an inspection.

  After I contacted Momentum Solar via their website, they swiftly called me to get into a conversation about all aspects of the process. They were helpful and accommodating while responding to my inquiries. The customer service rep made getting solar panels an exhilarating experience rather than a scary one.

  At first, I wasnt sure if transitioning to solar energy was the right choice. But after meeting with the team and seeing their enthusiasm and expertise on the job, Im ecstatic that I no longer have a huge electricity bill. The process also ran smoothly from start to finish.

  Momentum approached me "cold" with door to door advertisers. They hooked me by asking if I would set up a 30 minute consulting. When the consultant (aka high pressure salesperson) came, they only needed my electric bill to provide information to "engineers" After 2 hours, no response from the company and I had to almost physically force the person out of my house. The next day the person called back and had all of the pricing information mixed up. I asked to get it in writing. She said they don't do that until you sign the contract.I called Momentum and told them to NEVER CALL ME AGAIN. Since then, they have called me at least 2 times every single day. Each time with a different number.How could you trust a company like that?Later, I entered my address and electric usage information on a different company's website and had estimated costs/savings information instantaneously.

  A sales agent ,*************,met with my wife and I and pitched Solar. We informed her that we already had a contract with Trinity Solar. She stated that she could cancel that contract. We agreed. Follow up emails with ****** and she said that she did contact The Project manager for Trinity and was able to cancel that contract. Since then we received emails from Trinity about proceeding with our project including tree removal services. I talked to the agent from ******* and explained that ****** claimed she canceled their contract. He informed me that nobody from Momentum ever called to cancel. I then called and spoke to the project manager from Momentum and he confirmed that no one from Momentum called to cancel with Trinity. I then asked him to cancel Momentum's contract. He stated that he did and advised to call and cancel with their parent company IGS. I did send an email to cancel. My wife and I felt that Momentum's agent made false claims to get us to sign with Momentum.

  Pushy, misleading sales. Lease only, no outright purchase options or even a cost estimate. Constantly harassing phone calls after cancellation within an hour of the representative leaving! Our new metal roof will not allow for solar panels without compromising the integrity of the roof that was very expensive! This I told the sales rep but it fell on deaf ears! Run away or just slam the door on anyone from door to door solar sales! I am considering legal action if they keep it up

  STAY AWAY! This company is in the process of s******* us. They told us there was a rebate (THE SELLING POINT) that we could apply towards overall costs.After months of getting the runaround, AFTER THEY INSTALLED, AFTER I ASKED MANY TIMES ALONG THE WAY, THEY NOW SAY THAT I SIGNED THE CONTRACT 2 DAYS AFTER THE CITY WAS GIVING AWAY REBATES.So this means they went ahead with the installation knowing I wasn't getting a rebate. I am awaiting to see what they are going to do about it. Otherwise, I WILL be taking this to court.This company is GARBAGE so far.

  If I could give them ZERO I would My husband called to have someone come out just to get an estimate. The man stated he could have someone out the next day. Since my husband was working, he told them, "She will be home and has all the info. If she has any questions, she can give me a call." The man stated that they have many other appointments available the next day so both of us could be there since it would be better for both parties to be involved. My husband said, "No, that's OK. My wife knows what we need. She has all the info. She can take care of it." After going back and forth, the man finally said, "We require you to be at the appointment also." With that my husband said, "If that is how it is, no thank you, we don't want an estimate, good bye!"I felt very offended by this and his comment was very sexist! As the wife and woman, I can't make any decision - only my husband can. Maybe I am the one who is making the most $ in the household. How do they know? AND - we only wanted to get an estimate. We knew with they way the man was talking that IF they came out, they would NOT leave unless they had a contract signed even if we just wanted them there for an estimate.We will never use this company or refer anyone to them. They are just salesmen looking to seal a deal only with the man of the house - NOT the woman!
