2 starsMomentum claims my system is still under design review going on two months. They tell me nothing o relevance when inquiring for updates. I am trying to get a 28 panel ground mount system installed. Most ground mount manufacturers have design tools to help with that process. I believe my system size doesnt warrant dealing with over larger systems. IMO momentum is ran by incompetent people. My original sales rep quit the company due to terrible communication within the organization.I wish I could get out of this contract with these clownsMomentum Solar

1 starVery Disappointed with Momentum Solar, we began business with this company on 08/24/2019. A gentleman approached our home and sold ** on solar panels, one of the reasons we decided to move forward with this company was because the gentleman that came to our home that sold us on these solar told us that if we ever needed a new roof our first removal and reinstallation would be complimentary. Well we now need a new roof due to the hurricane of late 2022 in *******. I have made several notes dated from January 9, 2023 of my attempts to call the company and speak with management. I was told that unless I was given a voucher they would not honor that. We were never told we needed a voucher. Also from reading the reviews here on the Better Business Bureau we are not the only people this has happened too, they were also told that they would receive a one time complimentary removal and reinstallation. Bad practice as the salesman with the company was giving people false information. Also my phone calls to the company can be verified as management would take several days to call me back and not only that each time I called I would be given a date that they would call me back and I had to continue to follow up with them. I was also told to call IGS solar which is the finance company and on January 9th 2023 I called them and spoke with a customer service rep who told me he would create a work issue number so that it would be complimentary. When I called their management at IGS solar I was told that customer service rep ************* what I was saying and he just simply created a work number so that work can be completed but it would not be complimentary. Again all these phone calls are recorded by the company so this can be verified. This has been a horrible experience and had we known from the very beginning the false information we had been given we would have never decided on this company.Momentum Solar

1 starI had panels installed in January. The inspection failed due to some electrical issues. I took multiple days off from work so electricians could come out and fix it. No call no show twice. Finally they showed up and did some things. Had another inspection today. Failed yet again. Ive been making payments on this system since February and I havent been able to use it. The inspector said all they needed to do was a modification to the state and it likely would have been approved by now. Its hard to get in touch with anyone at the company. I called today and the woman I spoke to said shed relay my message instead of transferring me to someone in the operations department. This whole experience has been inefficient and unprofessional.Momentum Solar

1 starThey installed my system and it has been in an error state more times than it has been producing. Customer service needs to be improved. Internal communication seems to be an issue at this company as the different teams are not updated with the most recent information. I purchased my system from Momentum and I regret that decision. I dont know who will fix my system now. I do not recommend Momentum Solar.Momentum Solar

1 starI have to say how disappointed I am in Momentums customer service. It appears all Momentum is concerned about are the sales and not customer service to existing customers. From the beginning this process has been a train wreck and seems it is always pass the buck attitude that is portrayed when you do speak with someone. First off the sales guy, ******************* promised to keep me updated as the process was moving along and this did not happen. Finally once I got a date for the install the crew came out to install the panels and service. The workers accidentally crushed part of my fence which they did promise that Monentum would replace the fence and that someone would contact me. No call from Momentum, instead I show up after work one day and the fence is replaced, but no call nothing , and on top of it all, doesnt match my existing fence. From the beginning of this process I was promised I could get the mobile app to follow my installation and to monitor my service. I kept getting the runaround and still no one can help me get this. I call the toll free number and keep getting disconnected when you select the existing customer line. I then called the sales area and someone just transfers me to the customer service area, but keep getting disconnected. The woman in the sales area said she would have someone call me back and took my information. Never received a call back from anyone. So at this point I wrote a text to my sales representative and got no response. Also was told that I would get a call when the inspector was arriving, no call. Just shows up and not at the given time I was told. I have never been so poorly treated by a company. Still to this day I have not yet been able to get this supposedly great mobile app that Momentum touts. From the beginning I was promised a whole different type of service than what I was given and was told that Momentum is different than other solar companies. How disappointing this process has been.Momentum Solar

1 starThis company is terrible. I purchased my system a few years ago and a key selling point was when the sales person showed mea laminated paper from the *** stating they take the solar panels down and reinstall one time for free when I need to redo my roof. Now that I need to do so I have had to call customer service several time and they said I need a coupon which I do not have but they do know that they do offer this. Now I have a quote for 7k to have this done I have never felt so ripped off and betrayed. The salesman no longer works there and there is nothing I can do. This company has no integrity and there is nothing that can hold them accountable for what was promised when I was sold the system which was not cheap at all. I have been waiting for a manager to call and its been over a week and after looking through reviews, this seems to be common practice for this company. Nothing protects the customer and they do care about customer service. I am baffled that they have an A+ with the BBB.Momentum Solar

Hi Sindhu. Again, we apologize for your frustration and appreciate your patience. Our team has been working vigilantly with Enphase to get your panels replaced for free. Unfortunately, because the grid event was an "Act of God" it is taking time for Enphase to approve your free replacement. I personally have been in contact with you for a few weeks and have been providing updates as they come. 1 starI LOST HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED AND WRITED TO YOUR COMPANY BY EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NOW YOUR COMPANY BLOCKED MY EMAILS, EXCUSE ARE YOU SERIOUS THIS IS NOT GOOD. 4 VISIT FROM STATE TO VERIFIED THE SOLAR PANEL AND ALLL FAIL, START PAYING THE SOLAR PANEL AND ALSO PAYING MY ELECTRIC BILL. WHY? YOUR COMPANY IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE IF WE KNOW ALL THIS AND A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS NEVER NEVER SIGN WITH YOUR COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE, BAD COMMUNICATION, IRRESPONSIBLE...
