      Every has been quite pleasant to deal with. Our contact person ****, has been nothing short of amazing. Canvas personnel was nice, sales person was nice and the install team was awesome as well.

      Almost a month after Installation finally NV energy reset the meter and just wait the momentum solar to turn it on, before instalation momentum promised within 24 will turn on/connect the system. Left message to sales person and told he emailed to the team. I called back the next day asking when are they going to connect/turn on. NO RESPONSE !!!!I thought momentum solar is reputable company, it turns out same shi........!!!Need clarification when are you going to turnit on ????

      I contacted Momentum Solar after hearing about the govt programs. My first contact was ******************* who came to my house and explained everything to me in detail. ******** from the Care Team followed up telling me the next steps, and what Momentum would be doing on my behalf. They did everything including writing the request for approval for me to send to my condo ***** The request for approval was very neatly written with pictures, license number, and ins. Once approved which was very fast, the installers came to my house, and installed the solar panels, cleaning up any debris from the project. The panels look nice on my roof. ******** and ***** both contacted me to let me know, the next steps would be for the city inspector to come and inspect their work. ******** and ***** were both fantastic to work with. If I called either one of them, they were quick to call me back. I know Solar is great for our footprint. I know I will save money, and I would recommend Momentum to anyone wanting Solar on their property. 5 Stars to Momentum.

      Misleading information. They said the solor is your electric bill and it don't any impact on your credit they didn't tell you that your putting a second mortgage on your home when you are getting this they

      Momentum Is the worst solar company, I advise anybody whos planning to install solar panels to record the representative, before signing contract. This company is a fraud. ******* lied to my parents and I that we will pay flat rate of $74 monthly, our panels were installed last year November each month the bill incased. June we paid $130 waiting for July bill. Something needs to be done with scamming customers, IGS Solar is getting the blame for Momentum reps lies. Dear customers tweet about momentum lies warned everybody of their scamming customers. It is evil and criminal.

      We decided to go with solar panels because our electric bill is so high. We trusted Momentum solar with the job to lighten the monthly electric bill. The panels were placed on our roof in November 2022. A week later, The panels then failed the town inspection. How does a ** based company fail it's own town inspection very unprofessionable. It's now July 2023 and I'm still paying my high monthly electric bills with useless panels on my roof. Get absolutely no where when I call Momentum solar, empty promises with every call made. I can't get another solar company to do the job right, because Momentum panels are on the roof. I've pleaded with Momentum solar to fix the problem and they say it will be to costly to remove the panels and fix the roof.. ************ shouldn't be doing business in any State. My next step is finding a lawyer to get these panels removed.. I hope anyone wanting to go solar does not chose Momentum Solar. Worst financial decision of my life.

      FILE A CLAIM TO BBB IF YOUR A CURRENT CUSTOMER .IM EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THE ***** NEWS AND TALKING TO AN ATTORNEY...Do not use this Company Beware. We have had a lot of problems along the whole process very problematic, customers are not priority or important after contract is signed . Overall I would not choose this company again unfortunately it was too late They submit a certificate of completion to finance companies used and projects are not complete . Then your stuck with usual light bill and solar finance bill so they get paid and your stuck with the headaches of trying to reach someone which you get a complete run around and transfers. This has been very stressful and unfair. My next step is BBB AND TAKE FURTHER ACTION. WE SHOULD ALL REPORT THEM BECAUSE I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS
