      I had an overall good experience with Momentum Solar. I am in ******, **. The entire process took 3 months from sales call to solar system making power for me. The most difficult part was signing the initial docs and, of coarse, being patient. My point of contact at Momentum, ******************* was great at answering my many procedural questions. I do wish Momentum would supply a two page document itemizing all of the steps in the process, who would be present at those steps, and and who is responsible for initiating each step. That would save me from asking "What's next?" all the time.

      I was approached in November 2022. I was told the solar panels would be placed by the end of February. It is now August and no work has been started. For weeks I have been told they are looking into it. Questioning the deed to my house. The deed has been validated yet they are still looking into it. I see the company frequently on my block installing solar panels yet mine have not yet been started. No faith in this company.

      We recently installed solar panels with Momentum and the service was fabulous! The team kept us updated on each step and very professional. Installation was fast! Would like to give a special mention to ******** with the care team. She has been a great point of contact for any questions or concerns during the installation and implementation process. I highly recommend Momentum.

      Last month my Enphase unit stop sending solar production to *********** and I contacted Momentum Solar to resolve this issue in a timely manner since the issue was not related to Enphase itself. Enphase customer support asked me to contact the installer in this case it is Momentum Solar. After spending 2 weeks back and forth they asked me to pay $450 service call since my unit is out of warranty period. I then went ahead and paid the service fee and it took them more than 10 days to come to my house to resolve the issue with the unit. The service technician found the loose wire in the circuit breaker inside the Enphase unit and the issue was not related to the *** modem according to Momentum Solar. Due to poor response from the Momentum Solar's service manager there were no production sent to ********** so my last month electric bill was $156 vs. the minimum $35 since we had good hot days last month. Overall I was not happy with the Momentum Solar's Service Manager response to my calls and highly recommend other home owners not to go with this Company since their service response is very poor in *******. I regret now going with Momentum Solar. Please consider other Solar companies before you choose this company.

      I am delighted to be dealing with Momentum Solar after speaking to at least five different solar companies. The experience has been outstanding. Throughout this process I have been in touch with ********************************* who has answered all of my questions quickly and assisted in scheduling the second phase, with connecting of the panels to my electrical system. This was accomplished this morning. My panels were mounted on my roof on July 18th.I have great amount of confidence in her as we proceed. Simply stated, she is there to help when I have a question and to make things happen if it is needed.She has been an enormous help in getting me where I am in my purchase of your solar panels. I look forward to her continued assistance when and if it is needed.I must comment on the quality of the two work crews I have dealt with. They are very well trained in that they know what to do, how to do it and when to do it. I am thrilled at the quality of their work and the expertise they demonstrate. The person or team that created the training for these individuals has done a wonderful job. My *********************************** came to my house on June 13, I believe. He answered all of my questions and I signed the purchase agreement on the spot. Please keep in mind that I had at least five other companies come to my house to discuss this possibility. Why did I select Momentum? I believe what ***** told me, it is that simple. I am very glad that I did.I look forward to working with Momentum.Thank you so much.

      I have had nothing by issues with this company. First the sale person stop talking to me after I signed paperwork and then the company tried to caught my house on fire after I told them ************** that my circuit panel was to small and then after all that they missed up my roof causing a lot of damaged to my house and they dont call customer back or care. people asked me who to use for solar and I say dont use momentum solar they are horrible

      Momentum Solar has been very professional from Start to finish. Our experience with our care rep ******** has been ************** was always quick to respond and also got us the install dates we wanted when we have really tight schedules. Install was also clean and efficient.

      I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of or incorrect information I received from monumental solar. I was told they would handle my getting thru the state process for some reimbursement while they were no help and gave me incorrect info

      Momentum Solar have so many exuses when you call customer services. they promise to call you back and take care of the problem, I keep calling to ask them when are you going to finish and fully ******************* ? I'm had made 4 months payments already and my system not fully completely done. she told I will get reimbure, but still why are you still taking money from my account that not done, they started on my system in November of last year, that's nine months ago and still giving me more excuses. I keep running into people having the same issues with this company. this company is not organize and should stop giving exuses and fix the problem are come get your stuff off my house and give me back all my money
