  My solar panel installation took only two months to complete. ******** from the care team guided me through the process and answered my queries. The only issue we have is that the document given to the financial company does not reflect the promised discounted amount. After verifying that we submitted the signed discounted amount given to us, ******** spoke with her manager and informed me that they will send me a check to pay the difference, which I am grateful for because it is their error and they are prepared to make it up.******** told me that they will give me two different checks, which I should receive maybe 4-6weeks of having my solar commissioned. After 6 weeks I reached out to ******** to let her know that I still hadn't received any check. She then contacted me after a few days because she had recently returned from leave/vacation. She was on top of things from then on, following up with her management and their finance department and keeping me posted on the status. She even asked their finance department if they could expedite it because it had been how many weeks. After two weeks of contacting her, I finally received my first check. And will be waiting for the second one once the first one has cleared. I am grateful that ******** worked with me and demonstrated her concern for their clients. She assured me that I could contact her until I received all of the promised checks.I only gave it four stars because of the document supplied to the financial company. We've only had the solar since June, so there haven't been any problems with it. However, I will give ******** 5 stars for all her help.

  We decided to go with this company Momentum Solar based on good reviews and now wish we had looked at the reviews more thoroughly. Im at a loss as to why companies cant be honest and upfront with their customers and let them know how long it will take from start to finish. We signed up with them in April this year. We needed a new roof which they said they had a roofing department that could do the job. Had to make a lot of phone calls and texts but finally got the roof done. Had to wait another two weeks or so and making more phone calls and sending text messages to find out when the panels were going to be installed. Finally got a call and said they would be here July thirteenth to install the solar panels. I was told by the guy that seemed to be in charge that his boss would call me later that day or the next day to schedule a time for the inspection and hooking up the power. It is now a month later and no one has called to schedule anything. I sent a text message to a lady thats supposed to be there to help me with any questions or concerns and her response was from what she was seeing that the county was two weeks or more out for scheduling inspections. I called the county and was told they scheduled next day inspections no wait time. So when I told the lady that she said that two more papers needed to be filed on their end another excuse. My first payment for this project comes due in September to the finance company that already has paid Momentum Solar for the so called completion of the installation. Its not complete as far as Im concerned until we are hooked up and running but the finance company doesnt care they just want their money. Bottom line is we would not recommend this company to our worst enemy let alone any of our friends. So sorry that we went with this company. And another heads up make sure you record your conversations with the sales representatives. Because what they say and what actually happens is two different things.

  We have had solar with momentum for over 4 years. Our electric bills have consistently increased and when we have called on multiple occasions for help we are told to send three months of bills we have dine this 2-3 times and never hear anything back. Our panels are paid off and now we cant get any customer service. We asked for a tech to come out to make sure our panels are working properly and they refused. Our most recent bill os creeping up close to $300 and it is unacceptable for the amount paid for these panels.

  We've been very satisfied with Momentum, the offer they made us, and their installation (well done, quick) and then helping us get the city to inspect it (unfortunately set us back due to the city inspector blowing us off; Momentum rescheduled immediately), and they promptly sent the report to the power **** which moved quickly as well. **************** wirh the care team has been a point of contact through this process and has been v responsive and attentive. Thank you! We're very excited to have the system working.
