  Multiple reps have been harassing me from this company. Yesterday a rep cold called me and asked if I wanted to learn more about solar panels. I tried to politely decline and he was so pushy that I felt like I couldn't leave the call. He said a representative would be in my neighborhood this week and asked when I was available. I did not give him an answer and he kept checking different times and days. I kept saying "I will be home then, but it's not a good time" because at that point I didn't even trust that this persistent stranger was even part of a business and instead just wanted to know when my house would be empty. So I hung up. Today, I had 3 missed calls and a voicemail from the same number. It was Momentum wanting to confirm my 12pm appointment for tomorrow. I called the number back and explained that I felt harassed and I did not want them calling me or coming to my house. In response, that rep started a sales pitch: "Oh, but it's a great service. You don't want to reduce your electric bills?" I was livid.I told him I wanted my number and address deleted from their system and I did not want anyone coming by my house. He said he could not find an appointment schedule for me (he also alluded to this before he even knew my name). FREE IDEA FOR MOMENTUM: Don't cold call women and then when they seem completely uninterested in your service, ask them whether they will be home at multiple specific times during the week.Their "salesmanship" is creepy, inappropriately relentless, and completely out of touch with the times. I would never allow people like this extent do any kind of work on my home.

  Momentum Solar underestimated the project, and I ended requesting they increased the panel count myself having done it before on a previous home, I had my panels installed in March and a 60-day process stalled due to inaction on their part. My panels did not even come online till July. I still have bills of around $100 but it is the summer, and I am willing to see how it averages out over the year. The real issue I have is that I was originally going to use ADT solar and had a great offer from them. Momentum looked at what ADT was offering, and they Offered a $3000 dollar rebate in order to get me to use them instead. When I asked when I would see the rebate offer in writing I was told I would receive is in the mail, it never came. I have been inquiring about it since the install and thought I had made some headway in June when the customer service department put in an action for it to be paid yet their sales department is not even responding to their own customer service team, and this has stalled awaiting approval. Overall, I have very little confidence in this company and am beyond frustrated. I hope I don't have any issues with my system as from what I have seen so far, they probably won't do anything about it.

  Do NOT use this company! They say they are experts in Solar. Nope they lied! Damaged my mother's brand NEW metal roof. Dropped their tools on the Brand new Duralast white roof getting holes in it, got it dirty with their filthy dirty tart covered shoes. They dented the 24 gauge barrels by stepping all over them. The panels were net new they came one on top of the other were dirty and scratched.. These idiots then filled out the permits wrong putting it in my name when I told them I was the daughter of the home owner acting as the **** They over charged us too! The c*** on my mom's house is probably only worth $12009, Yet momentum wants $49,900 from me for the c*** they installed.. Even trespassed after l told them they couldn't come on the property without me. They tried to clean the panels to make them appear new. Then claimed they didn't damage the roof... I have pictures of the damaged panels. I had the **** metal roof installed on September 8th of 2020 is a fifty year roof:! Duralast is a thirty year roof. Just do your self a favor avoid this crappy company .

  I recommend this company. The installation process was quick. Throughout the process, customer service was in contact with me, answering and explaining the process.The sales agent, installers and customer service was excellent.

  We were lucky to have *************************** as our Momentum sales person. He is an amazing young man with a bevy of knowledge on the subject of solar and mirco inverters, batteries..you name it. He lays it out all there clearly and in a way that makes sense to you and your family. If you make an appointment with Momentum Solar *******, ask for *****.
