      I wish this company would cease and desist with the sales calls. I've been getting calls for weeks. I AM NOT INTERESTED. And Marketing@momentumdotcom doesn't seem to be a bona fide address for wanting to be put on the do not call list. I will continue to block any call I get from this company in perpetuity and I would not do business with this company based solely on their incredibly aggressive and I think, exceedingly harassing, sales practices.

      As of this year Ive had to chase the service department numerous times as half our panels werent working when the first tech came out some panels came back on but not all so we then had to wait a few more weeks for someone to reach out to set up a time to look at the system to then tell us there were exposed wires which were causing the issue. Not the news I wanted to hear. I have also followed up numerous times with customer service about 2 panels still not producing power in line with the amounts the surrounding panels are producing even after the repair techs came out and I had asked for them to be checked. We are now in the process of getting our roof replaced and as part of our agreement we have the one time remove and reset of the panels. Being told on the phone 2-3 weeks is the timeline for the panels to be removed and us storing them onsite. I also was looking to add additional panels to the system at the same time and reinstalling the panels and no one had gotten back to me on this request. After sending the request in a representative called on 6/21/23 to ask for the proof document allowing the replacement which was sent the same day with no follow up after or any next step information. I then get a text from an employee named ***** on Tuesday 6/27/23 asking for the legal waiver to be signed and someone will get back to me within 72 hours. Well I finally received a phone call the morning of 7/6/23 saying we cannot have the panels taken off the roof until September 7th, 9 weeks away and that panels will be installed 8 weeks after the roof is completed and approved. Weve had so many issues throughout having these panels and the lack of communication is appalling. It has taken over two weeks just to get the phone call to set up a removal and another 9 weeks to get them off. So we are now looking at a 19 week project. Panels were to be removed today and shocking no one has shown up or called. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY they take the money and ignore afer

      I have absolutely nothing to do with this company. They just started calling me out of the blue one day. Caller ID clearly lists caller as MOMENTUM. I decline and then block every single call only for them to change the last 4 digits of their phone number (disguise) and call me again and AGAIN. I am fed up with the calls! Clearly NOT a reputable company.

      The service from these people were fine until it came the solar panels replace with a new roof and put the solar panels back on the roof. Trying to get the process started it took them a full 3 months of me calling them to get the schebullers to call to set up that the process. They finally showed up and remove the solar panels and then nobody shows up to do the roof. After several calls and 4 days they tell me they never got the approval from the home owner's association But in the beginning they would not even schedule without getting approval from the homeowner's association so my only option to believe is that they forgot to schedule the roof with their contractor. Finally the roof got replaced and it took 4 tries to pass inspection. Several days then passed and I still have not heard when they are putting my solar panels back app so I called and the first thing they tell me is it is a 6 to 8 week lead time before they put the panels back on but that I would get a call from scheduling within 48 hours. 4 days later I still have not heard from scheduling but they have called multiple times asking when I am going to make the final payment. I have stated to them that I will not make the final payment until the job is complete but I have received nasty comments from their phone people about this and they say I need to make final payment before the job is completed During this entire time I have been plagued with having to call multiple times to get answers only to be told somebody will call you within 24 to 48 hours only to never receive any phone calls and I have to call them back and get the same response. The favorite comment from momentum support is that they are not responsible for any of this but it is their subcontractors. They are always pushing that it is somebody else's problem not theirs but they do nothing to help to resolve quickly. 10 days after the roof has been completed and I still do not have solar panels backup on my roof or a date for install.

      This company seems like it's ran by monkeys when it comes to their scheduling department. Their reps are way too pushy and not actually well informed and we're literally feeding me false information just to try and get the sale. This is by far the worst solar company on the market in ********** after having spoken to at least 5 other company's.

      ************ You finance their solar system with there bank, and they allow 60 days for the bank to start collecting your money. Your power company is still going to bill you because their system is going to take longer than that to be energized, so you will be paying two electric bills per month.

      I was shocked to see a Momentum Solar truck parked in my private driveway yesterday morning. I never contacted this company! I clearly have a sign stating: No Parking/Do Not Block Driveway.I went out twice telling them they were trespassing on my private property and that they had to move their truck. I was frustrated and upset as I was totally ignored both times, including telling them I would call the police. They didn't care and just settled in my driveway...changing shoes, taking ladders to another house, talking with each other, and just continued doing their business with a total disregard to my repeated requests. I have captured everything on my security cameras.I called the company's Customer ****************** to report this incident. I was told this information would be sent to their **************** who would investigate the matter.I wanted to share this experience so that others are aware of their conduct, unprofessionalism, and trespassing private property. This all happened, and I DID NOT REQUEST ANY VISIT/WORK FROM MOMENTUM SOLAR. I can only imagine if they act this way towards me, what would happen if a homeowner had an issue down the line after the sale? Just read the many complaints on this BBB website. I am not alone.
