      DO NOT GET SOLAR WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND FALSE DELINQUENT NOTICES EVERY MONTH AND "DO NOT HAVE RECORD" OF PAYMENTS POSTED. THEY SEND MULTIPLE BILLS MONTHLY, YET NO TRACKING OF PAST BILLS NOR PAYMENTS. WHEN YOU TRY CALLING THEM, YOU CAN'T GET HOLD OF THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, THE ONLY REPS EVER AVAILABLE ARE ONES TRYING TO SELL YOU PROGRAMS YOU ALREADY HAVE. IF YOU CALL THEM, THAT GENERATES 2 WEEKS OF SALES PITCH CALLS. THINK ABOUT IT, YOU CALL TO DISCUSS BILLING 1 DAY AND GET A BARAGE OF CALLS FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS TRYING TO SELL YOU PANELS. SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACE. DON'T HAVE A REGRET LIKE MINE. I FEEL LIKE I AM LIVING IN SOME SORT OF SOLAR PANEL H*** WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR TRYING TO BE MORE GREEN. HORRIBLE COMPANY. THE WORST!!!! Update as of 10/17/23 They requested I remove the review and offered a $25 amazon gift card. To which I ever so eloquently told them to f*** off. They offered a $500.00 promotional **** gift card if we signed up for a consultation and were approved. **** increased it to $1000 when we were blown off by the first rep. **** they increased it to $**** after we were blown off for two additional appointments and then the rep shown up 3 hours late at 830 and we turned him away and we said to stop calling us. **** lastly they said we promise our rep will show up and the bonus offered was a $****.00 **** card. Well we got the appointment, but the rep said he didn't see anything about **** bonus and he spoke to his "manager" and we compromised for the **** bonus for signing up... Guess what we never got. I am shocked!!! They strong armed with the lawsuit of $****00 when I tried canceling the contract when we hadn't even gotten the building inspected yet and then didn't honor the bonus. They asked if I had it in writing, nope.. Shame on me for trusting a door to door sales rep **** of business man. First time homeowner, first consultation rookie mistake that will never happen again.

      This company can be sooooo SCAMISH. BUYER BEWARE! I got a visit from a sales rep whom went over the system I could potentially get installed on my home last year. The representative told me how I would get an industry first solar backup, no battery required I could power my essential appliances during outages with the sun during the daytime. After install and my first outage I'm like hmm where's the power its a sunny summer day. Later I ask him about it and he says he no longer works for the company I should pursue them. Essentially that was used as a pitch and months later and over 20 phone calls I was told they would not install that because that is something that they don't do only a partner they used. WATCH OUT FOR LIES. If I had the funds I would get a lawyer because this is dishonest and poor practices for a business! If you're ready for poor customer service, lies and deceiving pitches SIGN RIGHT UP!

      This company has the sleaziest practices. The sales guy assured us that he would be in regular communication with ** and that there would be multiple opportunities to back out if we did not want to move forward. They pressure you into signing paperwork to get the engineer to come out and see if the panels are even feasible then after ghosting us for over a month they are suddenly pulling permits to do work on our house without us approving the plans. Now they are saying we missed the window to back out (the period of time where they did not communicate anything to us about the feasibility of panels on our house). We either have to pay them to get out of this headache or pay an attorney to litigate the issue for us. They completely took advantage of us.

      I purchased ****** kW systemwith Enphase Encharge Battery Cabinet in December 2022 (Priced USD72k).The system was installed in late January 2023. However the Net Metering was installed in August 2023. The financing started running in January 2023.Until today there has not been ANY improvement in my electric bill. The local utility company charged me last month exactly the same amount as a year ago.Today I contacted Enphase telling them that according to the ***** my system has been Off-Grid all of last month and stating that I have been 100% energy independent on that period. They verified my statement and told me that I had imported 5kWh for the period. However the local utility company JEA charged me for 1069kWh (which was my total consumption).Emphase asked me to contact Momentum Solar - to send a technician to verify the ** meter (Current Transformer - **).I did contact Momentum Solar customer service today and did not hear back from them yet.Contacting the customer service has been a nightmare all along.At first I called the sales person with my questions - but did not get any accurate answers.Therafter I have always contacted the customer service - always a different person - with no accurate answers or confirmations for the dates of service.I truly regret having invested $72,000 in December ************************************************************* electric bill on October 13th 2023 (even thoug I am 100% energy independent according to the Enphase app).For me Momentum Solar has been a nightmare - not a service company.

      ********************************** **********, ** 33990-4305 October 5, 2023 Momentum Solar ******************************************************************************************************** www.momentumsolar.com On May 23rd, 2023, my wife and I purchased a Momentum Solar System from *********************, Solar Specialist. He assured us that the first payment would be due two months after the system was online.On August 9th, 2023, the solar panels were finally installed. Unfortunately, the installer did not install the solar panels according to the engineering plans and made changes without authorization. As of today October 5th, 2023, we are still waiting for this system to be hooked up to ****.On October 10th, 2023, ************* will be drafting our first installment payment of $195.62. The fact that we purchased this solar system to save on our utility bill was encouraging, however, we are still paying **** $257.41 for October. These total $453.03 for this month. We are requesting Momentum to cover the first installment of $195.62 or pay the **** bill and reimburse us since we were promised this entire project would not take over four months to complete. We are both on a fixed income and our budget is extremely tight.We trusted you to make good on your promise and we went through the entire summer and were not able to benefit from the system you sold us. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and information we received from both ********************* and ***************************, who is the project manager. Next step is calling FOX News to push some buttons to make people aware of Momentums performance as far as a reputable company to do business with.
