1 starI got them to install panels 14 months ago on my roof. They are yet to be connected. I have been told that the meter has been ordered and that was months ago. The last visit, I was told that the meter was order and must be laying around someplace. It has been ***************************************************************** money, it is costing me. It has caused me great pain as I had a new roof out on the house so the panels could be fixed.Momentum Solar

1 starThis people damage the Gutter on instalation, I make a report to the agent that came to my house, he just saying I will sent a report and never get back to him, now few months later I notice that I had water coming down to my basement, I'm trying again to reach out to the solar agent name ***, never answer my call at this point I'm getting no other option to call C/C, they help me to create the claim, after back and forward they decline to face the responsibility about the situation, resuming that the situation was like that, all this after they sent some one to trying to fixed and this person only make worse. Now I have the Gutter and the drain damage and water coming from diferent areas, my question if this was like that like they say which was not, why they did the instalation? Second question why the general contractor they sent touch it if he didn't know what he was doing? 3 they said not to fix this problem base on pictures when I facing the reality avrey time is raining, this all diferent people saying everything you want to hear, but at the end if nothing they said is gonna be on a contract don't make the mistake I made, firts they said panel are free but they not, they put you in a Purchase to buy contract, second they saying anything thay happens to the property (roof) will be taking care, that's not the case. They work with you and not do right by anyone I know. At this point I want this solar panels out my roof, I'm not saving anything anyways. This is a nightmare, that I hopping I came get out soon. My frustration is to another ***** .Momentum Solar

5 starsI reached out to momentum solar via the state website and a month and half later I have panels on my roof connected and ready to go. The reps are super knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions and requests. The installation went flawless and done in one day. The local agents and local office is ******** feel very supported. They stay behind their work. Im happy with the pricing and cant wait to see the results. I recommend this business for my friends and family.Momentum Solar

1 starI changed reps 3 times, because of no response. I was promised 2 months of service at a specific monthly bill based on my agreement. I'm paying $30 more than that and nobody in billing or accounting has any notes on that deal. There has been issues every step of the way and it makes me I'll to continue this discussion.Momentum Solar

1 starNot a reputable place!Approximately 1 month ago Momentum installers dropped a pipe onto the roof of my daughters car while installing panels on a neighbors home. They have promised to return our $250 deductible but have never done so.This has been going on with numerous phone calls, texts with pictures and even the repair bill. NOTHING!This is something the BBB should look into before posting they are so good.****************Momentum Solar

1 starMy husband and I purchased solar panels back in June of 2022. When we had our consultation with the solar rep, we advised them that our goal was to get solar before the county changed their solar metering program from a balanced program to a buy back program. We were told by the sales rep and the sales reps ******** as he called him to our house, confirming that the program had not changed over and we would be grandfathered into the program. We signed the paper work. Nothing on the paperwork suggested what they were telling us was incorrect. Our solar was finally fully connect nearly 6 months later due to a back order on the meters with the county. Now a year later, we realized the company lied. After speaking with the county and with momentum (who was saying they were not notified of any changes), we have received documented proof that the county had notified of momentum on the program change in May of 2022, an entire month before we signed our contract. Now we have a massive solar bill as we, supposedly, received an upgraded system as we planned on obtaining a second electric car, and a still massive electric bill. The solar only cut back out electric bill by 1/3-$100. Now I have a $300+ dollar payment and a $255 electric bill, ultimately paying nearly double if not double, what I was originally paying. Their guarantee to save us money and to have us grandfathered into the net metering program was a lie and if their sales team was truly unaware, then the company intentionally did not properly update their team and employees to make sales in the area. I'm not the only homeowner with this issue. I have now come across over a handful just in my community. What's shameful is that momentum has done nothing to help with the situation that they neglected to provide proper information for to begin with.Momentum Solar

5 starsAfter much debate I have committed to a solar panel installation on my home . After doing my own investigation I found that Momentum Solar was by far the best choice for this project. The first person I met with was ****** who was very friendly and informative about getting this deal done. The next person was ********************* who is the Care Team Specialist who has walk me though the process and has been there to answer all my questions every step of the way. He has been an outstanding customer rep who answers is own phone answers Emails all within the same day, This has shown me that this company has a very talented staff, from the installers to the electricians to people that handle all the paperwork which again has made this process so easy. It has been a pleasure working with all. If your thinking about Solar please give this company a shout, You will not be sorry.Momentum Solar
