      Pushy salesperson: did not respect my wishes to be taken off their listand after repeatedly stating I was not interested, and frankly getting annoyed they continued to try and push their No money down and other nonsense I was in no mood to continue ?? my. I had to hang up at one person who refused to let me go after I said have a nice day (three times) and the last person said have fun! As he hung up when I told him I will never work with momentum solar. It was an aggravating experience to say the least! Would not recommend.

      I can't believe I bought Momentum Solar a few years ago, and it's been a complete nightmare! They had this referral program, promising $750 for referring a friend. I referred someone a year and a half ago, and I'm still locked in an infuriating battle just to get them to honor that $750 referral. The person I referred even spoke to their sales agent back then, clearly stating that they were referred by me. Everything was supposed to be settled, and they claimed to have sent a check, but it conveniently 'got lost in the mail.' Now, they're backtracking, saying they can't resend the check because, surprise, the sales agent didn't mention the referral. Even though a year ago when I first asked about it, they called her, and she confirmed it! This company is utterly untrustworthy and won't follow through on anything they promise! On the phone with them right now with the person I refered and they are pretty much calling us liers! Wish I could give 0 stars.

      Would not use this company again. Momentum Solar; installers came forgot panels, installed rails. then forgot to turn them on. Then I was supposed to get reimbursed for a light bill- nothing has happened yet. I am paying regular light bills because these panels are NOT holding up- People without panels are paying less than I am. $300 light bill- then add on top of that my panels payment. I mean where are the savings? I have PDF's and images of my light bills. I can post theme where ever so all can see them.

      Where do I begin? Had the sales man come and we talked about solar and he worked us up and we where very happy with the presentation and agreed to move forward, Our credit wasn't the best and we got denied with the big finance company, He said no worries we can try " In house " financing which we were approved. I was very excited to be getting solar. While he was here on Sept 30th and after the loan was approved we got a welcome packet, They also had us sign in front of a notary via facetime, They got all of our banking info and auto payments was set up, We were giving an appt with Solar Engineer for Oct 3rd. Mean while were getting emails to remind us of our appt, The morning of the 3rd we were still getting emails about the appt, Then all of a sudden we get an email about an hour before our appt saying the Engineer appt was canceled. No explanation was giving. I immediately emailed back to ask what the problem was and when would it be rescheduled, No reply we called the sales man and no reply after 3 days he finally returned a call with a flimsy reply that they made a mistake when entering my husbands ss number and that we where no longer qualified for the loan. Still no letter or email came directly from the company. After 2 weeks we finally received a letter of explanation, This was my experience and from ****** some of the reviews ( which I did not do at the time ) Looks like we dodged a bullet with this company,

      My micro inverter hasnt been functioning since May 2023. I've been calling Momentum to schedule a technician up to this date my system hasn't been repaired. A technician has been cancelled twice and Momentum didn't contact me; I had to call the company when I realized no one showed up for the job. My electric bill has been high for those months as my system isn't transferring power to PSE&G and 12 of my panels aren't functioning. Its a hassle to get answers from Momentum.Today is October 10/20/2023 and my issue still haven't been fixed. It's very frustrating that Momentum don't call when they cancel the technician. Very Poor Customer service.
