      Pushy salesperson: ***** did not respect my wishes, I asked sales rep to cancel and he did not cancel as requested and now they are relentlessly pressuring me and pursuing me after repeatedly stating I was not interested. They bully people into getting solar installed. They lie every opportunity they get over cancellation policy. I recommend steering away from this company.

      Sales rep was supposed to be at my home at 11 on Saturday. We arranged our morning around that appointment and ******* never showed up, never called, no communication. For this reason I would never use this company!!

      This company has been told SEVERAL times that we are NOT interested in solar and they KEEP calling. Today, Saturday, they called at 8:53am and we didnt pick up. They called back a minute later. Again, no one answered. This happened 4xs. On 5th call we said we werent interested and stop calling. 30 min later they call again. We had a TOTAL of 17 calls today. We spoke with them 5-6xs and we were told they would remove our number, but they didnt. We told them they are harassing us, we were gonna report them to the state, gonna put on social media but they still kept HARASSING us!!

      I had a 2 half year wait with this company, renew my contract 3 times due to low voltages issues in my home but as soon we got that problem resolved it took less then 3 weeks to get our Solor installed, Beenish was so helpful, she is doing an amazing job at Momentum, the team did an absolutely incredible job today installing my panels hoping to have a great experience ahead my solar and the company

      I highly recommend steering away from this company. I canceled an evaluation and they are relentlessly pressuring me and pursuing me. They have linked themselves to Lowes and that is their leverage to solicit you while in Lowes shopping. It is a slick cover for their aggressive sales/marketing style. The reviews of their work are also mediocre at best. Choose another company and stay away from these guys. LOWES SHOULD DROP ITS ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY!

      I cant say enough great things about the sales and service reps that helped us along this process. My sales rep ****** was the sweetest; she even went so far as bringing over some treats the second time she came to our home! *********, our CARE rep, was so responsive and so helpful. We had a great experience and are so excited to have gone solar!

      They bully and harass people into getting solar installed, threaten to *** you if you don't... which would never fly because you haven't even signed anything with them.They do not honor requests to be put on a "Do Not Call" list.They lie every opportunity they get - about the equipment they're using, their cancellation policy, how solar works, how the utility net billing works, how their competitors work, etc. etc.They even impersonate other solar companies if you tell them you've already signed with another company. They tell you they're FROM that company and there to install the solar.There should be class-action lawsuits and criminal charges places against this company.

      Momentum solar scamed me. I was promised a rebate last year and still never received it. When confronted about it, they ask for proof. I show them proof and they still keep saying it will take a month. Next they told me my electric bill would be below a 100 dollars and it sits at 140 on a good month not to mention when they did the install the system worked for about 4 days before it crashed and no longer worked and took them a month to repair it and finally the app doesn't work properly it's supposed to be able to show what you produce, use, bank and get from the electric company and I only show some of that.Wouldn't recommend.

      DO NOT use this company. The customer service is horrible. They are borderline fraudulent. Weve been waiting since April for them to fix an issue with our panels. Theyd tell us the parts arrived and then schedule an appointment. Then they dont show up for that appointment. When we call and ask why they didnt show, they tell us the part didnt arrive. And that they will have someone call us. This is the cycle thats been happening since April. Take your business somewhere else.
