  Like most others, the install process was a nightmare, but I endured. I started the process around Oct of 2022, and was finally finished in July 2023. I waited 5 months after install for my electric bill to settle out. I was told by sales rep. ************************ that my JEA bill would be around $35 a month. My JEA bill has not been less than $170 a month. I did have 1 month were I paid $99. That was the month had turned the ** off. I am paying more for electricity now hen before solar was installed, so what was the point? I was financially ripped off because of my naivety, I trusted that the price I was given for the 27 panels I have was what they cost. I was made very aware from friends and other people that have solar that I paid twice the price I should have paid. I trusted this company to help me do my part for helping the environment, and in the process save some money because I would be using the sun to cut my electricity cost. Well, that sis not happen at all I paid 55K for 27 panels and my electric bill is now $211 for solar panels and an average of $170 for JEA that equals 381 a month for electricity. The only green I helped was Momentum Solar and that con artist Representative that came to my house. I know JEA is a RIP off, and Momentum used that to sell me a system that they knew would cost me even more. I am seeking legal representation to see if something can be done to prevent this misrepresentation from happening to others, and possibly help correct my instance. I am ashamed of myself to falling for this scam and I dont want it to happen to others. I do believe solar is a good alternative, I just dont think Momentum solar is the company to provide that service.

  From start to finish, everyone was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. ***** was a huge help explaining how the system worked. The installers got right to work and were finished in just a couple hours. They were insistent on cleaning up every piece of insulation which I said not to worry, I'll vacuum. I knew they were hot and tired but the one who was in the attic insisted on picking up every little bit. I was going to vacuum but he cleaned my floor as if I had vacuumed. It was a very good experience. I'm glad I had the crew they sent. They were great. I'm glad I chose this company, now if the sun will come out I'd be extremely satisfied.

  The agent that spoke to at lowes ********* is great but the customer service was very disrespectful and contracending whe was asked me questions over phone to set up my appointment. Because of that I immediately changed my mind. I blocked all their calls and still keep getting phone calls from them with different numbers. I am glad I followed my instinct and chose not to move forward with this company. I see alot of negative review on here which is legit but the 4 or 5 stars looks fake. Lowes need to remove this company in their premises .

  Hello, I dealt with several people in the early stages, one of the ones that stood out the most was ******** with the care team..She took the time to listen to all of my questions, and answered them, if there was something she needed to check on for me, she would, and called me right back with the answer I neededI felt good with her, and felt like I could really trust in what she was telling me. So, far my experience has been very positive with momentum Solar, and I hope our continued relationship will continue to thrive..

  Momentum solar has been great. Very fast, clean and helpful. Everyone I have spoke to and delt with has been very polite and knowledgeable. Special thanks to my project managers *********************** and *********************************. They both were so so helpful and always available to speak whenever I needed. Because of them I am happy I choose to go with momentum and will deff refer to others!

  Momentum Solar has been the worst experience I have had with any company in my life time. I signed an agreement with Momentum in the beginning of March 2023 and it is Nov 19th and I still don't have use of the solar panels. I have had to pay for my electric bill and the solar payment since August. They reimbursed me for August and told me to submit for reimbursement for any months I still don't have service. I just told this week they wouldn't be reimbursing me for Sept, Oct or Nov. I understood delays in the beginning but this has been unbelievable. They required me to add a new roof which was fine and when I asked to switch from buying to leasing system to get the lesser monthly payment and offset the cost of the roof and Momentum agreed. However the leasing monthly payment was a lot more then originally quoted all of a sudden. Company website says you will deal with one person from beginning to end of the install process- not sure what that is all about. So not true. You will be lucky to talk to the same person twice. It has been 255 days since I signed an agreement with Momentum and presently I am paying my full electric bill and the monthly Momentum solar bill and my solar panels have been installed but still havent been activated. NOT an experience I would recommend to anyone looking to go solar.

  I had a bad experience with this company. They are not transparent and do not train their salespeople properly. Poor communication and overpriced. Stay away!

  I had a representative come to the house to explain and quote us for solar. We told him several times we are not going solar yet, because we needed a roof replacement. Several times he replied no commitment we look at your roof, and quote you. Take advantage of a free roof analysis he said.Was never given no roof quote. Or a call if my credit qualified. One day I received an email from PsEG letting me know about a solar installation permit.I asked to cancel. Because I never got any info/ eval on my roof.Then he comes to tell me my roof is 15+ years old. And they still want to proceed with installation.I told him how unprofessional they were . He apologized and told me he was canceling it for me but that his manager was calling me to confirm cancellation.After speaking to him. And explaining how unhappy I was with their service and that I was not installing solar panels over and old roof. He said fine. Now I got a threat email that I can get hit with legal fees.Very unprofessional group. They do not follow up with the customer.I will definitely not think about hiring them after I replace my roof for solar.And will not recommend any of my friends. They only want to scam people.Their not about good service, all they want and care is making themselves money.
