      Had momentum do a solar install on my home but they undersized the system and has not produced enough power to offset my electric usage. Now trying to add more panels from them to get my system where it should be but nobody will return my calls or emails. I guess they don't need the money.?

      I have install momentum solar last June . Was told my one flat monthly will be $81.00 , from IGS from the solar . I started to pay con ** for ***************** was around $31.00 then I paid last month over $51.00 now this month con ** came $101.00 plus I am still paying IGS $81. Per monthb

      How is 0 stars not an option? Most disgusting business practice Ive ever dealt with in my life. Terrible customer service is an insult to the word terrible. They have incorrectly installed panels, didnt put a beam in they claim was absolutely needed, then abandoned their equipment on ******* for 4 months now, refusing to return calls to finish the job they installed on AUGUST 15th.

      They approached my Mom about installing solar panels on her roof. They said her roof needed to be replaced. Communication went well up until she paid for the roof replacement. After that it all went downhill. The roofers damaged my Mom's back deck and were rude when she approached them about the damage. The supervisor was in ** when this occured and was not on site. It's been three weeks and we still don't have the pictures of the roof as we requested. It is now impossible to reach anyone. They never addressed the damage, yet called for an appointment to install the panels. We are very unhappy and we wish we had shopped around for another company.

      I was very happy with the process, the salesman explained everything and answered all my questions, the people that installed the system did a great job and we fast. My contact was ******** from the Company and she was great to work with and again guided me through the process and answered all my questions. This company made this venture easy, Thank you
