      From start to finish, Momentum Solar exceeded our expectations. As we went through the process, each team member was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. The initial meeting with ***** provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision to install solar. He is very personable and made a great first impression of the Company.**** went above and beyond as we worked out contract details and project implementation. He was fantastic to work with as he always picked up his phone to answer any questions/concerns we had. He genuinely cared about our year-end deadline and did everything he could to ensure it was met. Our new roof was installed quickly and neatly. (No nails left behind!) The solar panel installation team was great. Panels were put up in one day. Finally, the electrician who wired our project took the time to explain things to my parents as he worked. When he returned to replace the main panel, he encountered a few issues - which meant he and his team worked well past dinner time to correct them.Momentum Solar employees and subcontractors care about their customers.Quality people providing quality solar.

      Unfortunately despite the kindness and professionalism of the salesman this whole experience has been unsatisfactory and atrocious. The panels were quickly installed with no problem (and in less than 3 hours for 30+ panels!). However, the follow on inspection never took place. That inspection would clear the job so a meter could be installed and the solar panels would go live, meaning we get credit for what we generate. After repeated calls, we were informed the company responsible for doing the inspection was no longer a subcontractor of momentum. Therefore we would have to wait until December. It is now January. Weve been paying for panels service and paying the electric company for electricity, even though theyve been receiving electricity from ** for free for three months, and we have not been reimbursed one cent for what we have paid. No response to phone calls, no response to emails, terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. They only received two stars because the installation was seamless.

      Nightmare from the beginning, Not only is customer service yet to be desired, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone and if you actually do talk to someone they have no real ability to solve problems. They sold us on a 63K dollar system, but a quick google search of how much those panels actually cost compared to the cost of the system looks to be inflated probably to take advantage of the tax incentive that at that price any consumer would have no choice but to add the tax incentive to the cost still have not been provided an itemized breakdown of what we paid for. Was told it would be white glove service, haven't been able to get a solid response from anyone since the panels were installed 6 October 2023. It took over a month after install for them to file application for net metering with FPL appox 13 November and then a month after that for it to get approved and installed. Working and selling in that market quite sure they knew the delay, but failed to disclose. Oh and by the way since panels were installed billing for the panels commenced 60 days later without an operating solar system. So now 2 electric bills passed plus the payment for the panels. Was told they would reimburse the electric bill turns out that was a lie as well. Their finance company shady as well 2 payments posted with no decrease in balance. Was told we would get a $600 referral so our neighbors, who specifically told them which salesman. Well you guessed it no referral bonus paid because they filed it under a "scavenger salesman". If I could go zero stars I would, 100% do not recommend.

      They lied about everything. There is no rebate and you get charged a loan and an electric bill that they claim they will pay. The checks were never received. I ended up paying twice as much than when I began. They are a scam and everyone needs to be aware!!

      Just providing my review in regards to Momentum Solar and specifically their presence in ******. Our representative was ***********************. Originally me and my wife had ****** approach ** in regards to Solar on December 12th, 2023. We had multiple issues with him that day during the sales meeting. They Originally messed up our needed kWh a year and tried to sell us a system that would have under performed, we caught the issue prior to signing and the Momentum team was willing to adjust and we ultimately agreed upon a ****** kWh system for our home and signed the contract. They sent out a team a week later to physically survey our home. We waited for any update and finally got new documents sent in our email on January 9th, ****. These documents were basically a complete change order in regards to the Solar system. Instead of a ****** kWh system, the system was now only ***** kWh from a 6.4 kw system. They went from 19 panels to 16. We contacted our representative, because this was a dramatic change and we did not feel comfortable moving forward with such a dramatic decrease compared to our original contract. The representative said we could NOT cancel without accruing cancelation fees in the amount of $4000.00!!! The representative was very rude, and attempted to "gas light" me and my wife into feeling guilty. He refused to provide me contact info for Momentums legal team, and insisted that this did not constitute a breach of contract. Regardless, we did not sign the new documents and will go with a different provider. Be careful who you work with, they may not be as professional as their appearance may seem. If I receive any fines or negative feedback, I will update with a future review

      Great presentation, great salesman but the management office when you cancel will start to harass you by calling and texting and making comments that are unnecessary and rude. Find out all of the facts before you sign up.

      I started trying to get a system installed on a newly built home in August. They have missed SO many appointments. I am now paying for a system sitting on my roof that is not operating nor has it ever operated. I am forced to make payments, and the promised concessions and rebates have not occurred. I am starting to suspect this is a scam. 5 months since we started over 2 months since the panels were installed and still nothing but excuses.

      At first, I thought that this company was doing a nice job. They installed panels on my roof quickly, but have since delayed over and over again a final energizing of the system. They say that it is due to delays by my township and by my electric company in inspecting and unsealing my meter. They have been extremely poor communicators regarding the delays. They have reached out with promises, that remain unfulfilled. I would definitely not recommend this solar company to anyone unless it was an enemy.

      Door to door salesman came at 6:45pm. It was dark and I wouldnt answer the door. He hung around in front of my house for 15 min. He came by again next day and parked in front of my house and was not taking no. I was working outside and had to go in and shut the door to get rid of him. I called company. Ill call them again if he comes back. If I wanted solar I would call. Door to door has to be abolished. No soliciting signs dont work.

      This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. 1st off the salesman flat out lied said there was a $3000.00 rebate on the battery. After the partial install called customer no service about rebate forms they said there was none they said called the battery manufacturer did that and they said the rebate was $1000 and it expired over a year ago so bottom line is salesman flat out lied to us. Next is the install cannot get them to come out and complete it been 6 months now system is running but they installed 2 panels in my garage one panel is up to the electrical code with the proper cover the other is not up to code just on open face breaker in the wall with no cover. Have tried at least a half dozen times taking to customer no service always same response that they will contact the appropriate **** but nothing ever happens. I have been a navy electrician for 24 yrs and 20 yrs in the civilian world. I could finnish this myself and do it correctly but I want this company to finish the job. I regret not checking the reviews on this company they have allot bad ones. I got an email from for their referral program offering $500 for each new customer had to laugh I would not recommend this company to anyone the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
