      Paid to take online Praxis. Ran all technical tests prior to test but ******* said they could not see me. (camera tested fine on my end) Said I could not test. For six months, asked for a refund by email, phone and letter. ETS said no refund due to fact that test was "opened". Test was not taken. They kept the $130 and had to pay again to take it in person (not taking chance online) since teaching license requires **********************. Having to dispute charge with credit card company. Now, I'm seeing all the negative reviews with similar stories about this company. They are taking money for services not provided.

      I took the Praxis ******************** Math. At least I tried to, I had so many issues testing from home. The issues were not on my end, ******* U was receiving errors on their end. Even though testing was going on during the weekend, the ETS technical helpline was closed. I was on the phone with ProctorU for two hours. I was not able to take my test.

      Not even worth a full star I went to take my at home test and their system was detected with a virus so I was unable to open or download the ******* portion in return I didnt get to take my test, I have to wait the full 28 days to retest, no refund even though the problem was on their part.. total scam! Waste of money!!!

      I wrote my exam at home on March 13, 2023.My score was immediately held for review and no suitable explanation was provided.My score was never released and there is no appeal process.I did not receive any outside help at all but ETS has made up a magical reason and has stolen my money.Is this a money making scam to make me write it again?

      Took my GRE test and got terminated after the 10 minute break. The ******* said it was because I put my camera down. However, I had to plug my laptop in because it was on 30% and about to die and I still had 3 sections of the test left. In doing so, I put the top of the laptop screen down a little but so I could reach around to plug it in. I went to the bathroom and came back with 5 minutes still left of the break. I sat there at my desk staring at my laptop until the break was over. The ******* had switched to ************ and she messaged me in the chat asking if I was ready to start the test back up again. If my laptop screen being tilted down slightly (for less than 5 min) was a problem, that should have been stated in the rules. No one ever said that was a rule during a 10 minutes break. If I had known that, I would have faced my screen back up after plugging in the charger. Since we are allowed to leave the room (to go to the bathroom, etc) I dont see why I am being terminated over this. ********************* C wouldnt have been able to see me if I was in the bathroom.How is my ******* supposed to monitor me while Im using the bathroom and not in the room anymore anyways? That doesnt make sense. I have called ETS several times and no one will answer. I dont think its right for me to pay $220 for a test that got terminated for no reason.

      ETS is a scam! Do NOT use this service. I scheduled four home exams and three of the four was unable to access exam, the fourth was kicked off and told I had lost internet connection. Please place a complaint with the Attorney General of your state and file a complaint. If you need the praxis test to graduate with a masters in teaching, please note this in your complaint.

      Zero stars do not seem possible to submit here. Having a monopoly on providing a service really shines thru here. The customer is held accountable for proving they are not responsible for a failure of their services even when multiple test takers in the same setting experienced the same failure to submit their test results for review. The instant come-back reply is you cancelled the test. Right all of us here cancelled the test.

      Worse customer ********************** ever! They care nothing about the customer and will not assist unless they call you. They say theyll call and that you must wait on the call, but they NEVER return the call. I literally waited by the phone for 2+ days and called when there was only 5 hours remaining of the window in which they said theyd call, to only be said I MUST wait for them to call me. All while my job and livelihood depends on taking this test.

      To whom it may concern I applied to take the paraprofessional exam for the Teacher's assistant for ******* , First time tested in Dec18,2022 remotely and the system didn't recognized me, after several attempt calling everywhere to reschedule 2 hour later I was told to go ahead take the exam anyways to not forfeit my fee which was $68.00. Five days later I received my results that I didn't pass which now has been erased from the Prometric system. On February 23rd I reschedule and paid $88.00 to retest for the ******* para professional exam again after testing I was told by Prometric agent the test I took was wrong. Then again I reschedule on March 8th 2023 paid $88.00 dollar plus, and only to be told it was a wrong test again. I'm asking your team to investigate this unfair and unjust situation with a full refund.

      Would rate zero stars if possible and would strongly encourage customers interested in one of their products to seek any alternative product. I was not allowed to take my scheduled GRE exam yesterday as my internet connection was "not stable enough" according to their representatives, even though their recommended equipment check that I ran on my computer two days prior noted all software tests, including the test for internet connection, were sufficient to take the exam. I am not aware of any software that has been unusable or has even had trouble with my home internet connection. I work from home routinely for a commercial bank with various types of advanced software and have never had an issue with connection at any time. It is interesting that at no point yesterday did any of my personal computers or other devices have any trouble with internet connection. And at no point in the test signup process or preparation was I notified of the required internet connection needed to even access the exam, or the repercussions of not having this supposed "ultra-high-speed internet". The company has a policy for this test and many others that one must wait 21 days after taking an exam in order to retake it. I was informed yesterday by multiple customer ********************** reps that I must wait until the end of the 21-day period to re-take the GRE because "you clicked on the exam link you have to follow the 21-day retake policy"!!! This link I clicked on only brought me to a window to communicate with the test *******. The actual testing software was AT NO POINT downloaded onto my computer, thus I never even had the opportunity to read or open any testing materials. It doesnt make ANY logical sense that clicking on a link would be anywhere close to the equivalence of actually taking the exam. The above response has so far been the only one given by customer ********************** reps. I am also told that NO refunds are available at this point!!! Highly alarming to say the least.
