      Want to give 0 star rating. I was driving thru ** without an ezpass (which is not illegal). I get a letter with $50 administrative fee (each, totaling $150) for three tolls that were less than $2 each. Since I do not have As soon as I receive the toll notification I paid the toll and disputed the administrative fee since I took all reasonable action to pay (in cash) the toll but they had no cash lanes and I had to keep moving. The dispute was ignored, they cashed the check for the toll fee but still want me to pay $150 in administrative charges (which is absolutely ridiculous) for tolls of less than $5.00). As MANY others said on this review site, when you call the number provided, no one answered. Something needs to be done about this -- they shouldn't be able to get away with this because people end up paying the (unfair) administrative fee just to maintain their good credit. It does feel like a TOTAL SCAM!

      Received a notice that my E-Z Pass account was empty due to a credit card fraud. I paid the toll immediately, they wanted a 30$ administration fee for a 3-dollar tool. For every 3$ toll, there was a 30$ fee. Not going to pay 30$ fee for a piece of paper. No way to do business.

      I have been out of ** for over 3 years, I am getting a bill from EZ pass for minimum $ that has to be maintained. Not sure why I should have any amount in the account when it has not been used in 3 years and possibly will never use it. I am also not able to access the account on line, When I try to access their automated system on the phone it keeps going in the loop, cannot reach the right place to close the account. I have been calling them last 3 days have no success reaching an agent. Truly the the worst organization I have ever delt with.

      Absolute nonsense. This company has a monopoly contract for toll collection in **. They have access to your financial information and can charge without informing you or with consent. The customer ********************** is not helpful following hours of hold time. The people making decisions here should be held to higher standards

      $50 admin fee on a $10 toll. Absurd that this is even legal. Every other state has a "bill by mail" option with a couple of dollars extra if you miss a toll or don't have an EZ Pass. $50 for an admin fee is unacceptable.

      If I could find them no stars, I would. You waste your time on hold 30 minutes for customer ********************** and get disconnected. Absolutely horrible. Very frustrating in getting a resolution just to any problem. I can't find words to express my dissatisfaction.

      I think EZ Pass is a horrible place. They rob and threaten you and think everyone is a liar. It's come to the point when I get on the *********** or Parkway I ask for receipts because you never know you're going to be harrassed about not paying the toll. I paid a toll and asked for a receipt and the agent gave me an insufficient funds receipt. I was unaware of this because I paid it and when I gave it to EZ Pass that's what happened. This place has horrible customer **********************, super long wait times and the people have no remorse or respect for the clients. This place needs to be revamp. Who's over these rude people they need to be fired. I'm tired of disputing tickets for tolls I've paid. Is anybody going to do something about this? It's an outrage and the public needs help..

      Awful app, long wait times for customer **********************, unexplained fees. Do not sign up for auto replenishment. I did and was charged $20, and still dont know why. You cant cancel auto replenishment on the app or website, you have to call. Wait time was close to an hour. I did have a very nice representative, he answered all my questions and removed my credit card from the account, which canceled auto replenishment. He then explained that I had two other active tags on my account, and Id eventually be charged $18. Both were sent back years ago after they threatened to charge me. My guess is they have a record of this, but never updated my account. Apparently they can change the auto replenishment amount based on your toll activity. Ive gotten so many emails about account revocation, and continue to get them even though I replenished. I came close to quitting because I felt like I was being scammed, but now that I have control back, Im keeping the service.

      Theyre crooks. Got mystery toll violations totaling over a thousand dollars even though I have a functioning ** EZpass that worked perfectly fine In **. They refuse to accept my disputes
