      Would give zero if o could. Complete scam ! I have never gone through a toll in my life. I would get a notice 2 dollar toll with a 50 dollar fine a couple of months later. This would be the first notice . Its not surprising that people arent paying these scammers . Once I started getting receipts violations stopped. This is a criminal enterprise !!!I was forced to get Ezpass which I did not want. That is the goal . They are destroying people towing thier cars and suspending Thier registrations while carrying out thier illegal scam .

      Wish I could give 0 stars.I received two toll violation notices in the mail today, 7/13/23. The notice date on both letters is 6/29/23. Both notices came in the same envelope and say that each are the second notice; however, this is the first notification I have received of either of these violations. One letter also states the "required response date" before legal action is taken as 7/9/23. So, I received these letters 2 weeks after the listed notice date and 4 days after the required response date. This means that no matter what, any payment I made towards either of these violations, even if I paid immediately upon opening the letter, would have been considered late and might not be accepted.Secondly, I have been an E-ZPass account holder since 5/5/23, and these "violations" occurred on 5/10 and 5/11. I can confirm that my account had sufficient funds on this date, as I had just opened my account 5 days prior. This, in conjunction with the lateness of the notices, means that I will NOT be paying the $150 in administrative fees. I will only be paying the amount owed for the tolls I accessed, that being $12.40.I tried to submit a support request online through their website, but it does not load beyond 25% when I hit "submit" and as a result the support request is impossible to actually submit. I try to call the customer ********************** line and I am only able to reach automated messages.I have had nothing but headaches and trouble with ** E-ZPass! From now on, I'm just going to carry cash on my when driving!

      Ez Pass is robbing ppl a little at a time. I drove to Bayville ** and paid cash for every toll I went thru and they send me a violation as if I ran the ez pass. How many ppl are yall doing this to. Get a receipt for every toll you go thru and save them. Ez Pass Scammers Scammers Scammers

      $3 dollar toll. $30 dollar administration fee. This says it all. Extremely opportunistic when taking advantage of their tolling system. In summary, never choose the wrong lane in **. Very disappointed in how they process tolls and how they prey on the less fortunate. ****/******

      Takes forever to get customer **********************. Always a problem. Even when my account has a stable balance sometimes my toll device won't work. They don't send enough emails or even call when your balance is running low, so it basically, in my opinion, sets you up to fail and need to start a new account and buy a new device.

      when i dealt with **** for my easy pass any problems were always solved in a courteous manner,ever ** took over ez pass it has been a disaster just like everything *** gets involved in,njmv,inspection lts all about incompetent and unqualified people

      If you wait on the phone for 2 hours for a person to answer, they always wave the fees for a missed toll for EZ Pass owners. However, if you try to pay the missed toll via mail and use the back of the document to explain that you are an EZ Pass customer, they send you to collections. How is this legal?!

      Please do NOT!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They conveniently forget to tell you that they deduct $1.00 from your account balance each month for non use. Then when you're least expecting it and the balance dips below the threshold. They hit your bank account with the amount to replenish it. In my case $25. I have (excuse me, HAD) roughly $50 left to my name. I am currently fighting homelessness and trying to find employment. They kept me on hold for ************************************************************************************** (she was not) when she didn't even know I was calling to close my account. She assumed I was just calling with mobile log in issues (which was another problem on its own). They are rip off artists and we should not allow them to **** ** with these highway robbery practices!!!
