      Hour plus holds for customer ************************'m being held responsible for a toll that failed to read my EZpass device, while other tolls were successfully collected on the same day. No attempt has been made to deduct the funds from my EZpass account to pay for the toll. They claim the violation is still in the dispute process, but threaten to send the bill to collections. They have the ability to mail threatening paperwork, but not to collect tolls. Asked to speak to a manger, and the call was disconnected. EZpass ** has utmost disdain for their customers.

      I received multiple violations starting a month ago for unpaid tolls despite my plate being linked to my account/tag. Never had an issue with them using my plate to charge the account until now. I disputed the first violation and they removed the admin fee after matching my plate to the account. Then why do they continue to send violation notices for the same plate every time I use the tpke???? There is no customer **********************. Wait times always exceed 45min and the automated menu does not work (entering one of the valid options is an 'invalid' selection). What's going on with ** ezpass?????

      What exactly is going on with NJ ez pass. You keep directing everyone to dispute or pay tickets online but what happens if we have questions or concerns? This is the second time I receive a violation notice for a toll that I know I had my ez pass on for. On the first one I waited more then 50 days to respond and so I paid that one but now I have another within a 3 week time span and Im trying to dispute it because I am ez pass account holder for NY and have been for over 8 years. The note states in small letter that you have 3 days to add your vehicle to your account but my vehicle has been listed on my account for the past 4 years, which is how long I have owned it for. I call to speak to a representative, I was quoted at **************************************************************************************** the office is closed and to try again tomorrow. Terrible!!! And this needs to get fixed because we are all citizens who pay our dues. I have been traveling in and out of jersey for the past 8 years and I have never had trouble with addressing a violation and having it directed to my account. Since covid, nobody is apparently working in the office now, so now everything is directed to online. At least offer an agent or online helper just encase we have questions. I wish I can give this place 0 stars!!!

      Set up account, paid $25 fee for the account then put a balance on it. Wasn't given the account number but a reference number that is unusable to access my account, I'm still waiting for the device in the mail, it's been a month it never came - but those funds did get withdrawn from my account. I was then sent a bill for a toll violation, when I always stop to pay at the toll booth. I was also charged a $50 admin fee so now I'm waiting for over an hour on the phone with no end in sight. This is a scam if I ever saw one. App doesn't work, they take money to set up accounts that you don't have access to and you are charged exorbitant administration fees for made up violations. Then put onto a never ending phone que if you want to dispute the violation or gain access to your account.

      Ive been receiving toll by plate violations that have amounted to over $600 when I have an easy pass. ** easy pass will not accept ticket number in order to pay. I travel through ** for work everyday and I have been getting these fees every time I go through. You can never get anyone on the phone and Customer ********************************************* always has a line out of the door down the street with people going through the same thing. This is not fair

      Totally worthless customer **********************.... if you can call it that. Today is my 4 attempt on hold with the service center. I've put in lots of working hours on this. There is nobody there.I find getting 4 $50 violations in one day over the top. NY took care of the my expired card problem in 5 minutes. They just have the time not to listen to wear you out.

      I paid a one time settlement with ezpass over a year ago for outstanding violations. I recently went to pay a violation to keep my account in good standing. I was told that I had outstanding violations going back to ****, 2007, & 2008. I was even told I had violations going back to the 80s before I was driving. I have delta with 4 or 5 agents. The dates and the amounts change from agent to agent. So do the settlement amounts. There is no consistency or transparency at all. They are a eye watering, mind numbing clown car of disfunction. I feel scammed and victimized by ezpass.

      I am not sure why ** EZ Pass charges $100 admin fee for a toll not paid directly. I had my parents drive to pick up my son at the airport in ** and we are from MD. I went online prior to get their car registered with video tolls and pay by plate not knowing Delaware and ** didn't participate in this program. We received a bill after from *********** Authority and I disputed it and let them know I tried to set up an account prior and could I just pay the toll for $12.95 (2 tolls). They denied it and charged me $100 plus the toll fee of $12.95 for driving through their toll with no option to even pay cash. It's robbery. What is the $100 for? Why can't I just pay the toll. I am a law abiding citizen and you want to take $100 from me....I am a middle class American and you should be ashamed to charge this. I'm a single mother of 2 teenagers and they want to take $100 that I could use for food.I don't normally go online to complain, bc who has time for it, but to mark up my cost by over a 872% increase....for what?

      I wish I can give zero stars. Whats the point of having a customer ********************** phone number when all they make you do is wait whole day. Ive been calling them and have been placed on hold since 4pm to 7:30pm when at last they told me the offices are closed. How am I supposed to dispute a violation thats clearly a mistake on their end because the picture is in all black with illegible license plate. I am sent a mail for toll ticket for a place Ive not even been at and for a car that doesnt even belong to me. Horrible customer **********************. They make you pay for something you didnt even do because you couldnt get hold of them on the phone. Useless.

      What is the point of having a customer ********************** line if you can't speak to a person. I have been trying to add a car to my account for over a year. You send violations and completely ignore the box on the back that states I am authorizing the car as my own. Your service platform is not helpful, you don't provide any customer **********************, and you can't even follow the directions on your own forms.
