      Have you checked your transaction toll costs against your pre-paid payment statement balance replenishment adds on-line lately?The "addition and subtraction" doesn't add up to correct sums in the balance column.Long-time customer since ****, I used to be able to easily read and clearly understand their math against the dates and their charges easily, not anymore; it's helter-skelter .......According to 'transaction amount balances' and pre-paid balance sums 'added-in' (at ** EZ Pass' will) found at the second column from right, figures are ambiguous at times and one can't help but think their being cheated and short changed. To listen to their customer ********************** agent's response adds even more confusion and uncertainty. I do not trust EZ Pass New Jersey is providing and suggest everyone to take a closer look at their statements just to be sure

      I called yesterday at 3 pm EST to go over a letter that was sent to me by Ezpass regarding an account that I closed in the name of my father who had passed away 4 months ago. I was on hold for 4 hours until I hung up the phone without anyone answering me. This is beyond unacceptable and completely ridiculous that not only their customers are left without any support but it seems nobody cares from management to correct this problem. I furthermore sent an email asking for help as to why this account is still open and being charged, and you guessed it, nobody bothered to answer, nor can the ticket number even be accessed, it is like they deleted it from their system.

      Extremely bad customer **********************. My account got terminated and I had to pay the remainder balance. I tried paying online but it kept saying that you need to connect with Customer **********************. I called them repeatedly since I had moved out of state, it wasn't feasible for me to walk in, they made me wait for 2 hours on the phone but still nobody addressed my concern. Then I hung up and called them 2 to 3 times more in the following days but I got disappointed as they were just not answering the phone. Then a few days later I receive an email from collection agency. I paid them promptly. This is not the way to treat your customers. I hope that this business gets shut down because they have no concern for their customers and the ratings clearly reflect that.

      I wish I could give zero stars. These people are narcissistic good for absolutely nothing but evil criminals who cant earn money the honest way so turn to this embarrassing excuse to scam innocent people out of their hard earned money. Im working a crisis contract as registered nurse in *** Jersey literally only to help out a hospital who had all their nurses walk out on them. Im from the opposite end of the country. I signed up for ** ez pass for the toll roads I take to and from the hospital. Apparently sometime in middle of November ez pass decided to cite me 17 toll violations over the course of about 5 days for absolutely no reason that they could explain- nothing changed- I didnt get any before then or any after. Literally nothing changed. I called their help line and waited on hold for one hour to finally speak with a representative who I am not kidding it seemed like her soul purpose in life was to s**** with me. I calmly tried to explain my situation when I finally got her on the phone after being on hold for one hour and she immediately got nasty and hostile with me and said i didnt ASK you for that information. If she thought I was speaking over her when I was answering her questions she would go on a minute long rant about how she cant hear my responses if shes speaking while I attempt to speak therefore causing me to further be unable to talk, like at all. It was an absolute nightmare. Like speaking with someone actually insane. The violations are 50 dollars each and happen automatically even if the driver isnt at fault. I cant believe how horrible she behaved. It was almost like she works for a company that runs scams and knows how to knock people right off their feet when theyre giving them the run around. Oh wait. They are trying to fee me 850 dollars! For what? I did nothing wrong. I pay their tolls to use the roads to get to the hospital to take care of *** Jersey residents. The only violation that occurred here was against me.

      Ez pass is a criminal organization I wish I had the money to *** the ever living h$?! Out of them! Please get rid of ezpass bunch of scammers and steal money from hard working people

      I definitely feel like I'm being scammed. On 10/17/2023, I passed through a toll and by the time I made it to my destination I checked my account and noticed that there was no deduction from my account balance. I figured the charge was pending. A little over a month later, I received a bill for my toll charge with a $50 fee attached as well. I checked my account only to see that Ezpass never charged my account for this toll. I have been trying to call for days to dispute this issue because I cannot do it online. Still to this day, I am unable to speak with anyone from customer ********************** or the violation department. I would be on hold for at least 1 hour or until I would hang up and try again only to be unsuccessful again and again. NONE OF THIS IS FAULT OF MY OWN.

      This New Jersey passing is not for people they over charged for not I have ez pass from ******** and they still have charge bills is $10 Over for $50 more for not good New Jersey

      Customer ********************** @ ** ********************** is terrible, submitted an online request about a month ago...never received a response! Any time I have called (about four times within last 30 days), was on hold for ***** minutes (one case 54 minutes) and hung up.There is no ** EZPASS customer **********************, its doesn't exist. I cancelled my account online AND SWITCHED to NY EZPASS (I am a New Jersey resident).

      Switched my credit card and forgot to update the file. Just got a notice in the mail but I have 5 violations - each with a $50 penalty. I can't resolve online. I've spent over an hour with customer **********************. This feels like a scam and is not acceptable.

      WOW, 1 out of 5 RATING, no changes are seen. BBB useless. EZ PASS ** you're the worse. Your customer ********************** is terrible, helpless and careless.All I have for you is Hate. If you charge people those outrageous administration fees. Show them some respect. Hire more representees and try to help instead of making people pay you for your imperfection.Lat people dispute violations and appeal the disputes. Send out letters in days not in almost 3 Months.
